Not my cup of tea but if you like people its good.
Great park. People make you feel welcome.
Over priced. Floods horrifically. Security gates constantly broken. This place is a dump, save your money and go further south. They closed all of the features because of covid, understood. I called and asked if they were going to help folks who might be late and wave the absurd $45.00 late fee, because of all of the people who lost jobs, and have to work to live here! I was told I dont know they would get back to me. Never heard from anyone!
Very quiet and well maintained properties.
Did some carpet cleaning here. Nice ppl nice park
Quiet place for seniors in this 55+ community. Was visiting my father in law while on vacation and they really take care of the lawns and garbage removal. If youre looking for a nice community to retire Id recommend this place for ya!
The village is wonderful cant say the same about our purchase experience.
I enjoyed the meeting tonight. I feel the board members are doing their job. Miss Linda has her act together, a pleasure to talk too. I give her five stars.
The lawn company is great
Any decent park is around $550.00 a month. To have all the amenities and live in a well kept, safe park you will be paying around 550.00 monthly. I feel our lot rent is within reason to all the other like minded parks. If you are looking to pay less lot rent be prepared to give up something. This park is Quiet, safe and keeps its people well informed. I personally like it and know many others that do as well.
My Bestfriend lives here. Beautiful, great neighborhood.. well kept...xoxo love it
Great place to live a lot of activities happen there.
This place is bizarre! People are so desperate to leave Hacienda Village that they will sell their trailer for pennies on the dollar to get out of the outrageous fees and lot rent. In addition to paying for a flimsy trailer, be prepared to fork out almost $700 per month on lot rent! For that price, you could live in a real home on a nice lot and still have money left over every month!
Its ok
Hacienda Village is a very nice Mobile Home Park. The 2 negative things that we have noted since moving in 4 years ago would be that it is not a secured gated community and it changes management in the front office about once a year. It does have a gate across the front entrance( which is not monitored) and a gate at the back entrance, but not monitored. There are also a couple totally open areas around the village. Do your research before settling in a so-called gated community mobile home park! A third negative would have to be the water drainage issues here. They definitely need to be updated and corrected.
The people here are super friendly
Gated and friendly
I bought a mobile home here in Hacienda village about 2 years ago as for any rules there r none dogs over 35 lbs not one but 2 or 3 an only 1 dog can be a service dog no rule kids under 14 are in the pool everyday with an elderly woman Im guessing they also live here homes are falling apart screens not taken care of an neighbors who do not get along no shirts on men outside of the pool..an nasty people who have nothing better to do then talk about others.. cats roam free on cars in yards big aggressive dogs not cleaning up after there dogs
A great place to live great neighbors safe secure, the only downfall is it very expensive to live lot rent is very high!
Safe and clean living community. Amenities include swimming pool, fitness room, and clubhouse with billiards tables. Come join us!
I love Linda, she does a great job cutting my hair.
Very welcoming people with a great community spirit. You can be involved as much as you want to be with the various activities and get togethers available. Nice size pool. The new management is doing a great job of improving the standards of the park
Nice place to live great clubhouse people ate friendly
Its pretty nice. People are friendly. They love to help you when ever you need them.
Hope to live there one day
Quite park
Very nice place need a few touch up but other than that nice place
Miserable people and very snotty. Some of the people in this park need to mind their own business. Its like living with spoiled rotten kids who just like running to the office and being a tattle tale.. If it not hurting someone shut up for god sake. Live your own lives and leave the rest alone.
Great place to live for the older crowd
The water lines are old and always breaking. That forces everyone to boil the water. They need to replace the lines....
Very friendly staff... food is good... drinks are great!!
Not what it used to be. Water supply issues, loud vehicles. Not the retirement community it used to be....
Looked clean and quiet, access was difficult.
Everyone is friendly and helpful if you need it. Lots to do, and weekly activities.
I just moved in and it is a nice place to live, everyone is friendly and helpful.
My best friend lives here and its a very friendly community. Lots of amenities and a very clean park !!
Nice, very friendly people! Great location!
Nice 55+ park. Pool is very nice.
Beautiful place to live
Over 55 resident park. Clean friendly and easy to navigate
Without a doubt the worse 55÷ park in florida these people are the meanest bunch of old crabs Ive ever met and the hoa sit and argue with each other, the new president is the biggest idiot of them all and tries to bully people. His fb page says he likes men and thats ok even says his nickname is fluffy but its very inappropriate to have several young shirtless boys on his friend list....i would stay clear of this place
Nice park. well kept, secure community.
5 years in, more checks in the positive column then in the negative. However, the human compulsion to be nosey overwhelms some of our residents. We have The golfcart brigade who continously ride up and down the streets, reporting every little infraction to the office. The office contributes to the problem by inserting a tattletale sheet in each monthly newsletter. Mind you, we are all grown adults who worked all our lives, raised our families and for the most part are retired or on the verge. It is a beautiful park, safe, no crimes being committed, except for the animal lovers among us who dare to feed a stray cat now and then.Sometimes it feels like an internment camp for seniors.
Just went to visit a friend. Well maintained park but, jammed in like sardines.
Very clean and well maintained.
They dont think about residents at all. They only think about how much they can raise rents on renters and the lot rent
Friends live here, not my style, but clean and pleasant surroundings
