Friend lives here, dont know much about the place

Edit: The owner was kind enough to take care of things and was very helpful. My fiancé is relieved :)My fiancé lives here and has made several complaints about his neighbors annoying ankle biters barking at all hours of the night and so far nothing has been done. The children that live in the park like to play near his trailer and leave their trash all over his yard. They dont seem to care if they break anything either since theyve hit the trailer with a ball multiple times. I was there when it happened and I yelled at them from the window. Of course nothing was done about it.

Very nicely kept. Friendly neighborhood

One of the best properties I have visited, clean, no over parking, and all homes skirted. Pretty old property but obvious that the manager is doing their job to keep the place clean.

Nice mobile home community. Lot rent a little too high, since the community really, really needs road improvement.
