Lighthouse Mobile Home Park is an amazing community to place your home. I was a newly separated single mom with ZERO knowledge of mobile homes, but made a purchase & found the community to place my house. Gwenda the on-site property manager & Mark the general manager are incredible people. They work w/ you, look out for you, give you information, give you chances to keep your lot & home up to lease standards -example: I broke my ankle & had issues w/ my lawn mower so my grass was much longer than it should have been. Gwenda was understanding & patient w/ me & I was not cited or charged. The location is near I-35, an easy commute to New Braunfels, Schertz/Cibolo & North San Antonio. The community does not have amenities that are becoming popular in other parks & apartment complexes, but that is fairly reflectedin their affordable lot rents. There is also a gorgeous community park less than 1 minutes drive away. I am so grateful to have found a place to put my home & feel that Gwenda & Mark have been on my team EVERY step of the way! I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could.

This place is under new management with big changes. Last year there were all kinds of things on property that should not have been allowed. But, it is obvious that the rules are being enforced now!

Guy stole my car and took it back to a house there he wasnt even supposed to be at!
