Good office personnel. Good neighbors for the most part. RENT IS WAY TOO HIGH HERE. I pay $500.00+ just to rent the lot that my mobile home is on!! The service people suck. Empty promises, takes forever to get them to your home, they dont do the job right the first time as they promise, and they leave messes.

Looks like a crack den area. Dogs running lose everywhere. And no one seems to be doing anything about it. Will NEVER be back!

They will not fix anything for you then after you leave they will charge you for it and say you broke. I had a tarp on my roof for year because they wouldnt fix it. And yes they are lawn Nazis and mow it whens its good and charge you for it

You can tell this place has been there for awhile. Seemed quite out in the middle of nowhere.
