Quite the neighborhood very quiet peaceful and so real. At least while I was there.

Friendly, peaceful place to live.The landlord is such an amazing Lady. Awesome folks living here. The Landlord is so amazing and very helpful, and most thoughtful and absolutely very caring for her tenants. Best neighbors I have ever had. Folks helping out each other means the most. The speed bumps are a little rough on the low cars lol but nothing to complain about. The Landlord makes the this a 5 Star in my opinion.

Its been a good place, except they think its the Ritz. Always trying to fine people for everyday living, ie; things on deck for everyday living. Childrens towels & swimsuits &toys they use everyday should not be penalized. Nor should people who need to take care of vehicles. It makes it even harder on folks who are trying to make ends meet while living in the community. Ive found neighbors friendly & helpful mostly.
