Very nice little community to live, My boss and some family friends live there; I installed the cabinets in one of the mobile homes and they are very spacious and nice inside after completion

Martha seems to be totally rude and out of wack in all honestyThe owners are great they will greet you wheneverThey are thereBut Martha i feel like she’s doing some scum thingsThe owners might want to look into thatI’ve had 2 encounters with her and she’s been rude and just awful as a person and things I’ve heard about her surrounding that trailer park sheeesshh and I’m not sure if she’s pocketing a lot of the money she’s “making” honestly hope someone reports her or something she’s making that park worse and worse no wonder people keep moving in and outAnd for renters be aware not a place to live your better off going somewhere else

Got to spend some time with friends and family. Enjoyed the afternoon at the park.

Not a very nice pace to live... But its better than nothing. :/The manager is nice, but the owners arent very.

Its calm and peaceful, neighbors are nice and dont bother you. Enough room for what you need great prices and maintenance works well. Front offive has cameras around the Mobil home park and they host little events every once in a while.

I like it

This is a clean and structured living park. People take pride in their homes and property. Very well maintained and Management is on it. Lovely place to visit and live.

They Dont like military vetrans. Like to evict on hear say, when other party involved lied about them being at fault. Glad me and my are protected under vetrans with a disability act.
