I enjoyed the laser tag. Staff was friendly and professional. We went on Groupon and purchased discounted tickets, but the amount of fun we had would have been worth paying the full price.

Had a great time with my brother and girlfriend here. We ended up going at a time that wasnt busy at all but luckily a father and son showed up so we could have a decent size team playing. We got the 3 game pass for only $20 which I thought was a great deal for 15 minutes each game. Staff was extremely friendly and funny, and all the equipment worked well. The arena was also extremely interesting with 2 stories and tons of obstacles to play around. Overall a great experience and well definitely come back if were ever in the area again.

A super fun time! Very intense and great to play, even better with family, and offers water and refreshments! Its a little hot in the arena but thats not a large issue, scoring is a bit odd on the TV screen but other than that a lovely experience!

Great family fun for a reasonable price! Played a couple games as a family and let the boys play another few times after. They had a blast, the game area was a good size, and they provided a stat count at the end for those that are serious about their laser tag.

We had my son’s 11th birthday. They were great. The kids and the adults loved it. I would definitely recommend this to others. The price is reasonable. The pizza is from Papa John’s which is always yummy.

Staff was very friendly! So much fun with just 2 people I can only imagine how much fun it would be when it got busy(my brother and I got there at opening time) all day pass for 2 people(open to Like midnight) is only $65. Prices are very reasonable and they also have a small arcade! I will definately go here again next time Im on vacation!

The building does not look like much from the outside but It has a lot of different areas to run and play lazer tag. There is an upstairs area as well as a downstairs area. I really enjoyed coming to this arena with my kids. Its definitely affordable and fun. The staff is very nice and Im happy we came here.

Had a great time with my teen boys. Love the new updated lobby under the new ownership the past couple years. We have been coming for years and new updates are awesome!Lots of new updates in lobby for parents to enjoy while waiting for games. The new couches and parent retro free gaming station was excellent adds. Nice to have the WiFi and tv too when the boys played for hours.Our group enjoyed the laser tag and scoring is awesome to see the results after each game. Nice to have teamwork too in the laser tag game encouraged with the base bonus points.We will be back!

The people who work here are amazing. The prices are fantastic for the laser tag. Less than $20 for all-day laser tag is fantastic. They encourage a friendly attitude and not all the saltiness that usually stems from competitive games. Definitely will come back here.

My grandsons, age 5 and 6, loved this laser tag. I had purchased tickets on Groupon for triple plays. We played two games one day and was able to return another day for the third game. The staff were friendly and when we were there, we were able to play as our own group. If you haven’t done laser tag, it’s a lot of fun for all ages.

The place is nice and the arena. Is nice and has a good fun layout. When we went there were not any other people there so my friend and I played the game by our selves. It is a great place to bring kids. They are probably busier in the later hours of the day and it is probably much more fun then.

Great lazer tag set up. Lots of fun. Nobody was after us so they bv extended our play. Really fun if you go with a lot of people. Downside arcade games mostly didnt work

A fun place to play laser tag with friends, family, and new people. (I sound like a commercial). I like the arcade in the lobby; it gives my group more things to do when we finally get tired of laser tag. Very reasonable pricing, too.

It was very enjoyable for 3 players to play all day, even then we had to play every other round sitting out for 10-20 minutes while others played. It was overcrowded with 40+ players in one round. Also it can be very un-enjoyable when players decide not to play fairly. The WiFi here requires you to follow them on Facebook to connect. It does have a close by Dunkin doughnuts to enjoy while waiting. later on I found that the new game master handled things way better than the one I experienced earlier in the day.

Awesome place for family laser tag. I took my 7 year old son and we both had a blast. Great staff and all around great facility.

We booked a birthday party for a 9 year olds birthday. We received numerous emails confirming the booking and the deposit of $25 was deducted from bank account. We arrived on the day in question (with 16 kids/parents). Staff took our cake to the back and told us to wait on the previous party to wrap up. We waited 40 minutes in lobby and were then told by the same staff member (advising he was a manager) that the former owner has not taken down his site and does not own the company anymore and that they keep having a problem with double booking because he is booking parties through his site and keeping the money. They were booked and could not fit us in so we had to move 16 people and find another location last minute. Very disappointed children, especially the birthday boy. Today when I found the reviews on this site it says that the new ownership was in April of 2017. If this has been a known problem for well over a year and a half then they should be making an effort to combat the problem, filing complaints, getting the website down, spreading information so when someone is looking to book a party they see that it is a problem, changing the signage on their current property to their new name instead of the name being used on a fraudulent website! The staff that informed us that they could not accommodate us for my 9 year olds birthday (with 16 people on a rainy Saturday) was very rude and unprofessional. He was very nonchalant about it and said he did not know what we could do but that they could not help us and we could come back another time if we wanted to and try again. He said it was an ongoing problem but did not seem concerned about it at all. We will not go back to this business ever and with the attitude and lack of professionalism displayed do not recommend anyone go here.

The course was nice, the staff were not very nice either. Not all of the guns are accurate which was frustrating... one round I played my gun wouldnt even work. Their arcade isnt very extensive, but it is a little expensive ($1 for most games if I remember right)

Was amazing and ton of fun

Simon did a fantastic job giving us one of the best experiences. With our family of 12, it can be a bit chaotic at times, but he did a great job getting us excited about the game. The scenes were very cool, and Simon also gave us great tips on how to play the game, and gave us some cool ways to play the game differently in order to make it one of the greatest experiences ever!

This place is a find! Looks a little sketchy with its mural, but its my childrens favorite thing about MB (we have done it ALL)!!! Staff is friendly.....to the CHILDREN! We paid $20 a child after 8pm and they played unlimited until 11pm ---the close at midnight but my kiddos lost steam (we had 2 -9 year old girls and 2- 13 year old boys). The rounds last 15 minutes and then they alternate another group in. Mine played every round!!! I would have bottled water and a snack in car......

We had an amazing time. Theres a lot of obstacles and the time seem as if it wasnt coming to an end. Thanks for making my daughter b-day celebration extremely fun.

Everyone was nice and kids enjoyed themselves with all day laser tag. We literally stayed all day only taking a quick break to eat lunch and return.

Rainy day in Myrtle Beach, on vacation, had us looking for something indoors to do. Played a few rounds of laser tag which was fun for everyone (6-49 yrs old). Unfortunately my daughter fell and badly sprained her ankle. Staff didnt care much and could only offer a glove filled with ice to help. My youngest wanted to stay and play again (had all day passes) but with the foot injury we had to leave. Would recommend Ultrazone as a good family place to go.

My family of six had alot of fun. We were a little skeptical of the outside apprearence and how the arena for laser tag looked but we were soon relieved of any doubt. It was very dark as soon as you get in and they explain the rules very well. They helped us put on the vest and very helpful. It has like ramps and places to hide and shoot. It was very fun we enjoyed it. One person lost their phone then at the end of the game they cleared everyone out to look for it. They had great service. I am glad my family decide to come here.

Ultrazone Myrtle Beach was and still is a great experience for families and friends. All the changes have made the overall enjoyment of the store and its games much better. Great prices, large arena, and the equipment worked very well for the 9 games I played, very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint would be that they didnt keep the arena very cool and I was sweating a lot after only two games. Also almost half their arcade games are broken

Despite reviews that indicated most of the video games were broken, I found only three out of 19 were actually down. Three others had really bad screens, but were playable.The laser tag equipment was in really good shape, except for two or three that seemed to be impenetrable, not registering hits.The staff seemed friendly, attentive, and helpful; this too despite opposing reviews.The secondary Myrtle Beach location, Surfs Up, was in-fact closed with a For Sale sign on the door. I got word from the staff that the equipment and video games had already been distributed to other locations.All in all I feel I got my moneys worth and a lot of exercise.

Wow, I had been to this place years ago, It was dark, dingy and smelled a real tourist trap.I went back only because I had promised my kids laser tag if they behaved at school. I was dreading the trip. Came only to find out that the entire facility had been re done and is under new ownership and it shows. No Pack problems, TVs for my wife and me to watch when taking a break while our kids played. This place is Awesome now!!!! My son cant wait to have his party there in a few months!It used to be Dark and Dingy, and Smelled. Now it Is a place that I have no problem taking my kids to and let them play for a few hours.

Great fun, especially on unlimited night. Some of the laser guns could use some maintenance, but other than that I had a blast.

My 8 yr old hurt his knee because he was ran over .on 2 occasions!!

Horrible customer service!!! Waste of money. Two people in our group had vests that didnt work and instead of offering to give us a free game (this is what the one where we live did when that happened) or even acting apologetic, they said oh yeah it was messing up yesterday. So not only did they not do anything to make it right but they knew it was broken and did nothing about it so more people would waste there money. Will not be going back. Would never recommend to anyone.
