We literally go two-three times a week due to the monthly pass, its 20$ for the higher package for two kids??? Together. They get neon night free and all the little extras. My kids LOVE it, and my youngest sometimes cries when we have to leave. The staff are super friendly also.

I noticed this place had a lot of one, two, and three star reviews, and now I know why!The lady who checked us in was very sweet and polite, however a male and female worker were not. When my husband went with our children to jump he was a little shaky on the obstacle course. The male got really upset with him and treated him disrespectfully. I don’t understand why a father can’t play with his kids without being put down, he also commented on my husbands weight(who is in no way overweight).That’s just wrong!Also, when I kindly asked the female worker about the air, she had a very negative attitude. She came back multiple times to add snippy comments. She starting rolling her eyes at me. I wish management would watch the cameras more closely! It was a very hot place, with very rude workers who criticize adults and kids about everything.This was NOT a very family friendly atmosphere.I would NOT recommend this place!!

Terrible I broke my leg there august 4th 2019 and broke both of my leg bones completly in half the person over the area I was in did nothing but stood there and screamed it took almost an hour for the ems to come and a child jumped in after me when I broke my leg making it worse never got any compensation or anything and now have ptsd of this event and am mortified by trampolines

Very nice place for kids (and not only!) to dispose of extra energy! Clean and fun! This year some jumping is limited, but my daughter has been going each year we are in Myrtle Beach over last 4 years or so.

Great place to to burn some calories and have fun while doing it. Massage chairs for those just waiting and watching their love ones have fun. Reasonably price and better deals and discounts on certain days.

My kids love this place! Book online to sign your waivers early for faster processing. If you have socks from another trampoline park you can use them here to save $$ too. The rock wall is fun too, even for older kids. BUT our favorite time to go is on Friday nights for their GLOW parties!

One of the best amusement place in the area! I purchased the 30-day pass for my visiting grandchildren and weve visited there a few times, best purchase Ive done in a while especially since it has been raining! Shotout to one of their staff, Ben, who was helpful and kind to my grandson who has autism and who doesnt always get the rules right away. Ben was patient with him and remembered us during a couple of visits. Thanks Ben!

My daughter got stuck in a pit for like 20 mins trying to get out until finally another customer helped her out thank heavens, with having the workers at the stations i didnt think anything of staying down in food area with their drinks and left over food. I know better now. The kids absolutely loved getting out and doing something fun for a change.

Great place for a rainy day! Comfy couches, rock climbing wall, and lots of bounce areas! Concession staff was super friendly and patient too! Definitely recommend! Better than our bounce house in Northern Virginia!

I suggest going to Groupon and buying jump time from there for a good sale. I paid $9 for 90 mins jump time. They do check the temperature of everyone coming in and you cannot enter if you have even a mild fever. And anyone not jumping has to wear a mask at all times.

Nice trampoline park with activities I have not seen at other similar places. The Ninja course is really challenging, and the rock climbing wall is also fun. Would recommend. The only downside is having to pay $3 for socks.

I usually have a great experience when going here. I go once a week, but the last time I had a not so good experience. I emailed them but they never reached out to me. Here’s a copy of the email.I (along with 2 daughters &grandson)come to rockin jump every Wednesday for the buy one get one (also I threw my daughters birthday party here the year before last) I say that to say I’m a loyal customer. Before coming tonight, I checked the site and it said closes at 10pm. I arrived at 7 & paid for myself & my daughter for what I thought was 2 hours . After paying & only after asking did the attendant inform me that rockin jump was closing in a hour. I was surprised bc I was just here the last 2weeks & that was not the case. I asked since it’s buy one get one & y’all are closing in a hour . I should get a hour & my daughter get a hour free (bc my first Wednesday coming THAT was how it was explained to me.. I could pay for a hour and get a hour free or one person jump for a hour & the second person gets a hour free) I was told no. I don’t understand if we were only getting a hour instead of two hours why we were not able to use the buy one get one free? Can you please fix this issue.Sincerely your,A loyal customer

Kids loved this place. A bit pricey but lots of jumping, obstacle course, rock wall, jump and dunk basketball, bouncing dodgeball, fighting pit, and trick bouncing area. All are staffed for safety and even fun for the adults if you can keep up! Plenty of paid options for relaxing while waiting for the kids. Like the massage chairs! Love these!

We came down from Sunset Beach for some inside fun while it rained. Their Rockin Tots hour was perfect for the 4 of us. Cant beat 2 adults and 2 kids for under $30 with buying their socks. Definitely wore out kids out. Not crowded at all with their current COVID program.

I had my 14yo,10yo,6yo&1yo boys there & they loved it! So much to do and wore them out, lol. I even got a nice massage on the massage chair.

Blaring pop music so loud you cant communicate with someone 6 feet away ...its small children in there ...their competition plays kid and kid friendly music...one parent came in and stayed 30 minutes...only 1 customer in there ...who the hell wants ear splitting music ..and kids..

Its a very spacious fun place for all ages. Different trampolines, dodgeball and even an obstacle course. You can be here for hours and get a goof massage on one of their chairs or just grab a bite while waiting for your kids to jump away.

It was fun except out of all the employees, only about 1 was focused on her station. Too many unsupervised kids doing whatever they wanted, employees were just walking around talking to each other. Front door staff was friendly but I dont think we will be back. Such a shame

If your old don’t do it! After going from a high jump and coming to a dead stop on a beam, my back locked up and hurt the rest of my vacation! I looked around and I was the only adult jumping and I guess for a good reason! It’s was fun but very dangerous! There was like 4 kids crying while I was there! One had to be taken out! Good times!

Great place to take energetic kids!!! They all had a blast! Check their website for current specials/deals or they also do open jump times. We went during their Friday Night Neon Jump event. They had a DJ playing music and games for the kids. Well definitely be back!!

My daughter had the BEST birthday party at Rockin Jump this past weekend. Findley, our event host, was AMAZING. She set up EVERYTHING, every single decoration down to the silverware. She served our food and cake, I was just in awe of this person who did SO MUCH for us and allowed me to enjoy the party. I wish I could hire her for every party I have. The only complaint I have is that the 2 hours allotment for jumping and then the party (90 minutes of jumping and 30 for food/cake/presents) wasn’t enough for the price that we paid for everyone. 30 minutes was not enough time for all the kids to sit down to eat, then have cake AND open presents. But other than that, we had so much fun and cannot wait to come back!

Took my two granddaughters 6 and 3 last November theyre back on vacation again seven and 4 years old took them again they love it so much we got a week pass so they could go everyday for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening it is outstanding

We went here for a party. It seemed very unorganized and overbooked. They didnt have a room until 1.5 hours into the party so we had nowhere to put our stuff and no drinks for sweaty thirsty kids. The trampoline parts were good.

We had a great time on a rainy day. They offer an under 6 time which is so nice for the little kids. The staff is very helpful and will come back on another rainy day.

So much fun for the whole family. We have waited so long to have an indoor trampoline park! The employees are so nice. There is a rock climbing wall that is no extra cost. Included in admission. There are also massage chairs for any adult not interested in all of the physical activity.

Great time for the kids and depending on the day and promo price isnt bad. Only problem is 2 hours is more than enough time. You can only jump around for so long before the kids are bored and want to do something different... Again great place, but for a short time, about as long as a movie...

Small inside (they are using an old Office Depot building) and pricey but nice atmosphere... not sure I could recommend this one. So much money for just one hour and there’s so little to do.Let’s just say that if I were to go again it would have to be because they were offering a deal or something and nothing else was happening in town...

Everything was going well until my girls wanted to climb the wall and there was no attendant for at least 20 minutes or more. I get that every employee needs a lunch break but to not be fully staffed on a Saturday so that ppl can get the full benefits of the money being spent for several kids plus socks, is unexpectable. I was not the only patron upset by this.

It was alright. My toddler, 2.5 yr at the time, didnt seem to enjoy it. Probably will give it another try when he gets older.

They don’t have special pricing for toddlers. $17 dollars for an hour as anyone else including adults. Only two activities they can use.

This was a birthday event...mid Saturday afternoon youll be up against older teens among little ones. The party itself was nice..the person assisting was doing her job...not very personable. When it came to paying at the end there was a very long line with 3 at the register...suggestion is that the party people should have a way to pay and go.

My 3 yr old and I had a blast!! We went in the morning during toddler time. It wasnt that busy so we were able to do everything. The young lady who greeted us was exceptional! Great with the kids and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

My son really liked this place. The reason I gave 4 stars is that they made my family wait in line for over 10 min. knowing that they were at capacity. We bought tickets because they told us to come back in 30min. By buying tickets then was the only way we were guaranteed a spot to jump later that day. Couldve had someone going through the line and explaining the situation before my kids got super excited and then I tell them we cant jump now, in fact, we have to leave for 30min.

Its very friendly and a safe place for kids to socialise and get off screen time and use muscles and cardio.

Fun place! A little pricey but it was clean and didn’t smell like feet like a lot of trampoline places - ha. I actually like how they make you buy and wear their socks - probably a contributing factor to the no feet smell My kids loved it so that was the most important thing!

My kids love coming here, but its worse and worse each time we go. Theres not enough staff for the events and the staff thats there are too busy talking to each other to care. I spend more time with kids being bullies and my kids crying about things than watching them enjoy themselves. We frequent at least once a month, but will be finding a different place to enjoy our evenings.

The staff was very kind and attentive towards my children, especially Camille. My kids wouldn’t stop talking about how nice she was. Rockin’ Jump was all around a great trip!

Reasonably priced indoor fun. They have dodge ball, an obstacle course, basketball, a battle beam, a jump arena and rock climbing wall. Of course, theres a snack bar and multiple TVs on different channels facing sofas for the adults to hang out if they arent jumping. My son (7) and daughter (10) loved it.

Really perfect for kids, not too noisy, clean, friendly and price is very affordable compared to other things in the same area

We had a great time. We went for over an hour. I think my 1 1/2 year old and 4 year old would have been entertained for hours! It was very clean and a very safe environment. I was pleased!

Always a great experience. They added new equipment too. My kids really enjoy coming here. Just make sure on some earlier mornings it’s for kids 6 and under only. I think that’s during the week, but call and check If you aren’t sure.

Good place for exercise in jumping. They have climbing wall and small obstacle course. My children didnt survive 2 hours in here. :)

This was really good until we went to the Fun Warehouse, which is a better deal. I took my 4 and 6 year old grandsons for the Rockin Tots. It was only two hours. But that’s more than enough. This is really for older youth. We won’t return until they are a few years older.

Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Great place to go if you like having whistles blown at you every 5 seconds. Kids can’t jump with parents, kids can’t take too long to get up out of pits after falling, or after falling on anything. They’ve got employees on power trips & that’s about it. Had a good experience with TWO employees. The lady at the front desk that checked us in, and a young boy at the rock climbing wall. I understand they’ve got to keep kids safe, but there’s no excuse for the staff members behavior today.

Its a very fun place to go spend some time, usually full of younger crowd. Definitely recommend for one time visit at least.

Cool spot for the kids and whole family. Stopped here before leaving town so the kids could blow off some extra energy. Polite staff and kid friendly atmosphere. They have a nice food court area. There’s even some awesome massage chairs...beware they beep loudly if you sit in them if you’re not feeding them (money) lol. You are required to purchase their socks but remember to hang onto them for the next time. Will visit again.

We stopped in on a morning that was too chilly to do anything outside and it was great. We had as much fun as the kids did. (1&1/2, 2&1/2). Lots of room and will more than likely choose a venue such as this around the area we live for our sons next birthday party. Definitely recommend this if youre looking for something to do for an hour or two.

This place was a great stop for our vacation. There was something for all of us to do. We are from Alabama so the prices were significantly higher than our similar places back home but it is still worth a stop. Lockers to put your belongings, massage chairs, and a snack area all make this a plus to add to your trip. They did seem to need more staff to monitor some of the attractions.

Manager is rude. Didn’t want to redeem an online purchase because I stepped out of line to purchase the online only special. A special that was NOT advertised online as an online only special. It took 15 minutes after I made the purchase for her to finally let my child get socks and a band so he could jump. My child just started jumping so I hope the experience gets better!! I’ll change my review if so....

We arrived at 12:30pm on Tuesday. I immediately noticed that there were few staff members monitoring the play areas. My sons entered the dodge ball court, which was unstaffed. Another child became very aggressive with my son, crossed over the center court and began pelting my son with balls from directly over my son as he lay on the floor. I yelled for the boy to stop and told my kids to leave the court. They played and had fun. But, the incident would have been avoided if there had been a staff present. At about 2pm, I noticed that there were more staff and most areas were being monitored.

Great fun! Offer a variety of trampolines, ninja course, vertical wall, and other activities.
