The staff is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and nice. They allow you to go under the Zipline to get pictures and videos since they dont take any for you.I only give it 4 stars because of the cost. Its very expensive for a single ride. However, we had an adult they allowed to ride for free with the 2 kids. The adult couldnt finish because of heart issues. They allowed the kids to ride again! It was really nice of them to do that, especially since they didnt have to do anything. Just an overall awesome experience

I really enjoyed myself Ziplining, prices are very reasonable. It was my first time and the staff went over everything. I felt safe and will be returning during my next Vacation visit to Myrtle Beach.

Read this if you are an amateur!!The zip line was good, no complains there. However, the aerial course was not what I expected! I was expecting something similar to other aerial courses I’ve been on where you are attached to a harness at all times, where no manual work is required other than the course itself. Just get hooked up and do your obstacle with no further explanation. Long story short, that is not at all what this aerial course is. To even get up in the air, you are required to have a lesson by one of the employees on how to MANUALLY, ON YOUR OWN attach your harness to the course after each and every obstacle WHILE IN THE AIR. Sounds pretty important, right? Well long story short, the girl showing me what to do was VERY RUDE. She had a very strong accent so it was already hard to understand her instructions, and me having no prior experience with this resulted in me being very confused and didn’t know what to do. She was not patient whatsoever, raised her voice and embarrassed me in front of the other guests. That being said, I politely asked for her to unhook me from the practice course and left crying, without the option of having a refund. I rate the zip line 5/5, as all the employees affiliated with it were polite and helpful. And for the aerial course, 0/5. The course looked badass, but I don’t recommend coming here unless you have prior experience with similar things.

Very good pricing you cannot beat ! The instructor showed us step by step how to move the hook and how to zip line. I did the Matrix Adult Course that included zip lining. The course was pretty challenging! Employees were always nearby to assist you. Highly recommend and will be come back!

Fun and challenging. The zipline course is a blast with great views of the water and iconic streets in Myrtle Beach. The Matrix course is lots of fun but gets more challenging with every level you go up. Be prepared for sore arms and hands if you go all the way to the top. The staff take great care in making sure you feel safe and are secure at all times, but also try to give you plenty of opportunities to have fun at the same time.

Watch for weather cancellation scams! They will gladly take your money and give you a 30 day rain check. I bought 3 full course pass for more than $200. My children went in 1 zip line and they closed the place due to weather. They gave me a 30 rain check that was good for nothing because I won’t be back in Myrtle Beach for another year. Never again!!!!

The actual experience was great. The initial guide, Radcliffe was the name her gave us, was an absolute tool. He was unnecessarily rude and bossy. The guides inside the zip line were amazing and funny.

I freakin had to use the bathroom so asked to get down so I used the bathroom when I was half way thru the course I barley started and I can’t get back on IT WAS A WAIST OF 30 dollars I could have bought a fancy dinner for one with it. The lady was inpatient and the man was rude!

Great place to visit, if you have kids or not. Good for family and with friends. No waiting time and people were very friendly since most of them are kids who hook you up with the Gears and show you demo. Myself and my family really enjoyed and will recommend this place to others.

There was no wait time, the people were very nice and it was so much fun!! Will do again soon!

BEACH may 16-19 was Awsome everyone had the best of the best with all our adventures we expedience our first exscurgins was the zipline we met we thought was the best instructors Brandon and sherita !!!me and my cousin was so scared but we really wanted to do this and have this experience Together the other girls were not wanting to do this one so we met our instructor Brandon and sherita ...we started with Brandon Who took time and made us feel safe and secure and just constantly talking to us laughing being oh so professional each line we did he knew we were very nevous...my cousin was so scared sherita went with her on the other line together her first drop It was so much fun we were sooooooo happy jokeing laughing being silly we wanted the world to see and hear us!!! this was the best day ever im coming back with my husband who saw my video we took n wanted to experience this!!! Thank you brandon and sherita u guys are the best im so glad we had the pleasure!!!!!!!

I am not a risk taker, neither am I adventurous, however, zip lining looks so much fun so I wanted to try it. Welp, When I got up there, I froze and became very afraid to take that leap of faith. Now for the Review. The 2 guys who helped me and my grandson were totally patient with me and very helpful. Once I gained my nerves back, I ask the gentleman to push me on the count of 3 and he did. It was so much fun. Now I did Holler/scream the entire time and it is on video with my family laughing at me all the way!!! I will do again and again. Thanks guys! You Rock!!!

Had 10 people with us. $60 a person they said my child could go if he weighed 50 lbs. they weighed him he weighed 49.4 lbs. said he couldn’t go. Really a half of pound. If I’m the owner I would evaluate who I have at the front counter. Lost over a $600 Sale for half a pound. Young girl was just being lazy. Smh more than disappointed
