Called three times and no pick up, so we decided to just walk there. Upon arriving, we saw three employees just sitting behind the counter... no customers no nothing...neither of them greeted us. I paid $69 for the sling shots for both my girls along with a video. They didn’t go over any instructions. Girls were on the ride less than a minute. Afterwards, the employee handed us a usb of the video and a t-shirt...didn’t even ask what size. Probably one of the worst customer service business ever... save your money- totally not worth it. I would give negative stars if this option was available.

We paid $76 for our video & 2 Tshirts & we go to show our video to our family & it’s empty !!! Nothing on the usb bracelet that was giving to us .... I can just imagine how many tourist come & spend that much for a moment we want to remember & they have nothing when they got home !!! And you can’t call because they do not answer ... I will be calling Better Business Bureau on this company because I’m most positive they do this to thousands

Slingshot was disappointing. paid $28 for a 30 second ride, but what do you expect its myrtle beach.

Situated on the Ocean Boulevard strip of South Myrtle Beach is the Free Fall reverse bungee jump attraction dubbed the slingshot. A 120 mph, 300 foot shot straight up into the air! So exciting and worth the extra money to get the video of your ride!!

The Slingshot is an adrenaline rush and the optional video you can purchase is a great souvenir! It was my second time on this ride, but my daughters first time and so we of course had to get the video package for her. It was well worth it! The video captured the entire ride from the time they strap you in until they are about to let you out with full audio. The results are priceless! I must say that I reccomend riding at night if possible as the view is much better in my opinion when you can see the lights.I rode the other rides last year and they were absolutely terrifying! I am a total adrenaline junkie, but their version of a drop tower only has a seat belt strapping you in and the other ride they have looks innocent when watching from the ground, but felt like we may actually pass through another dimension or something when we were going full speed... I would have done it again this year, but my daughter wasnt okay with giving that one a try.

It was soooooo high!!! You could see for miles and miles, I especially loved the air conditioning in the lift buckets. It was so comfortable in there.

This is a must visit place, there is so much to do here. So much fun! All on the water.

This park is highly unsafe slingshot was down for multiple weeks due to the fact that they couldn’t find the cause of it not working properly. One precise manager was so unprofessional towards his associates. Associates are disrespected forgotten about in 104 degree weather operating rides that already produce enough heat to knockout a elephant. I’ve watched a altercation happen and the associates that were wrong keep there job and the associates that were trying to do the right thing dismissed from the job and later on fired. Manager (Ian Gibson) is the worst manager I seen he sent one of his associates home and then tried to move guest to another register in the middle of a transaction while the associate still had her Credit Card. So do You want your children to work or even ride, rides here if the staff is treated so poorly and rides kept up mediocrely??

We loved it!!! We will definitely be back next year! Nice little strip to shop, ride rides and play games!

I rode the sling shoot on whim, I am so glad I decided to just push myself outside of my comfort zone and try something a little scary. I would recommend getting the video of your ride as it will make you laugh to watch your reaction.

My children and I were very happy with the slingshot. Prices are what they are but it was all about the memories.

A free falling good time

Kids had fun but I am a little ticked off that I got all the way back home to watch the video we paid for per kid (2 videos) its on a USB drive so yeah... and its not even them!!! How do u not put the right video on, not once...but twice. Kids are upset bc they wanted to share their experience with more than their words with their friends. This sucks. The workers just didnt seem to care either except one that felt bad for my son bc he didnt want to ride so he said he wouldnt make him. And the lady at the desk seemed cool. The other guys just seemed like they didnt want to do anything.

This is for thrill seekers only!!!!! The employees are friendly and you can get through everything quick. My friend and I did every ride and none of them disappointed! I want to do them all again.

On and off the ride pretty quick. Smooth ride with great views. Its something you cant find else where.

Great family fun, lots to do and good eats.

You can get a pass for the slingshot and all the other rides for around $50 after taxes. This also includes a T-shirt and the video of your slingshot launch. Staff is pretty awesome and was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted to pay for. The 1 star loss is because one of the rides was closed and we were not told when we bought the entire package. Normally I would have dropped them to a 2 or 3 for something like that but they did allow us to pick another ride, other than the slingshot, to do again.

I rode the sling shot 3 times in a row. Kne of the best rides Ive been on. Soooooo much fun!!!! I highly recommend.

My daughter and I hadnt done an adrenaline provoking ride in some time and, as we watched from the sidelines, we knew the slingshot was for us. The perfect ride..terrified watching others do it, stopped overthinking and, while initially terrified..not scared..just had fun. Price good too..coupons everywhere..and got a free t shirt.

The slingshot is what we came for! Hubby enjoyed hopping on and the video gives us lots of memories to relive. Will definitely visit again.

Loved the thrill rides.

The kods loved the exciting rides. The rides were about 8 bucks a piece. The sling shot was $25.00. There are only aboit 4 or 5 rides in which one was not working. The only downfall is the kids wish the ride had lasted a little longer.

Small rides too small for bigger guys like myself. The fairest wheel was somewhat boring and pretty expensive.

This place is FUN.....we rode everything.....I do believe the AIRSTRIKE was worst then the SLINGSHOT....the staff was good too.....I also reccomend the Pravillion for other rides and unlimited wristbands for other rides

Baby girl loved the rides. I rode one with her and my husband another. Unfortunately Airstrike caused some numbness in his extremities.
