Radical Ropes was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable about zip lining requirements. The property is beautiful, and very welcoming. My friends and I appreciate them so much and will be returning in the future.

The kidzipz course was amazing!!! My 8 year old daughter was so excited. The people that work inside and the employees who help on the (brand new) course were so friendly. On the kid course you get to go through the course 3 times. Perfect size! We will be back for sure... thanks so much!!!

Super fun! Know your limits takes alot of upper body strength for the third level! Had to helped down but the staff were great at responding quickly and assisting.

Staff was friendly, instruction provided was good (Rachel hosted our ground school), course and gear was well maintained. Nice to have the shade of the trees. Only disappointed because my one-month-away from being 13 year-old daughter wasn’t permitted to go to the top level, even though she’s been climbing extensively since 7, and I was also participating on the course. It’s posted online and in person, so I can’t say we weren’t aware, but still disappointed that a first-timer late teen or adult could do what she was much better skilled at but not allowed to do based on age. Also think they should charge less for someone who has less access than others. Also some conflicting signage around the park. Ground school instruction said no more than 2 people per platform and rule sign posted said no more than 3 people per platform.

So fun! Kids at least 9 can be chaperoned through the course. Level 1 has a good difficulty for younger kids. Took my 9 and 12 year old about 45 minutes to get through level 1. Maybe has 10 or so challenges. It was too hot for us to continue to Level 2. You get 2 or 2.5 hours to get as far as you can through the course levels.

Fantastic! We had an awesome time here! I took my 2 teenage kids to do the 2.5 hour aerial course. It was the most fun of all the things we did during our vacation. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful for the difficult obstacles. Levels 1 and 2 were great and pretty easy. But, level 3 was quite challenging... To the point that we needed assistance a couple times. We were completely worn out by the end, which is exactly what we were looking for. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a little something extra on their vacation. We will most definitely stop in again when we come back to town!

Poor customer service experience working with a large group and with young children. Unable to reach on phone to confirm pricing prior to arrival with voicemail full. On arrival felt agent could have done a better job on taking through options based on ages

This place was crazy! If you dont have callused hands and you plan on completing more than just level one, Id recommend gloves. Levels 1 & 2 are really fun and not too challenging so great for kids/teens/adults alike! Level 3 is a different experience, incredibly more challenging than the first two and daring enough to really get your adrenaline pumping. It took my husband and I about 2 hours to get through the course. The employees on the course were so kind and helpful. The employees in the building were not as friendly. The photos are kind of pricey and not always the best.

My daughter (9) and I had a great time doing the ropes course here. She was limited to the lower course (9 and under) and after a few trips around when she was done I did the second level. It was challenging and a lot of fun. The staff were very helpful in initial training and were always below you offering guidance where needed. I cant wait to return to try level 3!

Son did the course, when he got to the top one of the workers joined him and helped him get through the obstacles on the top level. Great experience for him, first time hes made it to the top.

This was very disappointing. I would not recommend, I was coming here expecting a fun course and it was 4:30 on a Friday before labor day and they close at 8. When we asked to do the ropes course they said they did not have enough guides when there were a couple guides standing right next to him. They told us that they were closing the course even though they still had 3 hours and 30 minutes before closing time. Try somewhere else.

Been here several times. The course starts out easy and progressively get tougher as it should. The staff I has always been friendly and helpful.

This was our 2nd visit to Radical Ropes and our family loves it! Every level is such a challenging course! We were pleased to see that they now offer a course for younger kids too. The staff was very friendly and train you before you go on the course. They have you do a test run zip line so you are well prepared before you launch off onto the first course. The staff is also out along the course to encourage you and assist you should you have any trouble maneuvering from one obstacle to the next. I wish they had this in my city!

Lots of fun! Heard this was the best in the state and possibly best on the east coast...I firmly believe it. Had a blast. The trees provide great shade as the Adventure Courses can be quite intense.

Great time here!! My kids chose to do the radical ropes and got to level 3, but couldnt complete. The staff was very attentive to any issues and they all worked together. Everyone there was so very friendly!! Definitely would recommend this!! Plus, if you go after 6, theres a nice discount!!

Me and my teens loved this place but beware its so much harder than you think! Two of my teens only made it past the first level I only made it half through the second and had to quite do to heat exhaustion. Go when its cooler during the day theres not much air moving up there in trees. Also the employee told me 2 out of 100 complete level 3.....its that hard!

Dont expect a good refund due to weather. Me and wife was up on level 1 didnt make it half way. Because of slower party in front of us. They charged us 40. For mostly sitting around and standing. Make sure you check the weather and have at least two hours of play room. Will not be back here

OMG! I love all things on the ground but I did this along with my girls. Challenging!!!! Is all I can say. Overall it was fun the staff was knowledgeable about the courses.... trust me I was paying close attention . If you love ziplining this is the place for you.

10/10 would go again! Great staff, fun osbitcle course, and zip lines. They even have 3 tiers for the obstacle course, that get harder as you go. They said there will be more lines coming soon too. Josh and John were great!

Man this is actually an incredibly fun way to work out. Loved every min of it.

It was pretty neat. A lot of shade. The only thing I was upset about was that I paid for the All-Access Pass but some of the attractions werent open, like the Free Fall. I may not have splurged for the All-Access Pass, but all in all the kids had a good time.

It is fun and a very good challenge. Level three is a true challenge. But Della and I made it through. Real good work out for vacation or any time.

The staff are nice and seemed well trained.You are given solid equipment.I only did the ziplines so can’t speak for other activities. The ziplines were fun. The reason I give three stars is I feel it is expensive for the experience you get. Also felt like you moved slow through the different ziplines. If you have never done any ziplines or high obstacles this would be a great place for you seeing that the staff are trained and near by at all times. If you have some experience with these things Radical ropes might leave you feeling the let down.

Reservation recommended during the peak season. Kids section really good for younger kids and staff is very friendly and helpful

This was a great adventure to add into the trip and break up the beach. We went early before it was too hot. We did the ropes course. Well maintained, with good instruction and lots of staff helping anyone who struggled. Three tiers of challenge. The third level is tough. 2.5 hours for $40-$50.

On my trip to Myrtle Beach, my friend and I decided to give this a try. One of those most challenging things Ive done (Im very uncoordinated). The staff and instructors were extremely friendly and helpful. Be prepared to sweat! Being 50 feet up on the air and propelling yourself across tight ropes, blocks, ect is the ultimate thrill. I would recommend it for those seeking an adventure and who are NOT afraid of heights!

Spent the first 2 hours of my scheduled 2-¹/² hour time slot having only completed the first three obstacles (of the first of 3 levels!) Twice during that time there were kids in front of me who got scared and could not go on. Thats fine and to be expected, however, it took 45 minutes for the staff to respond to the first and as far as I know, they never responded to the second. I turned around and went back to get down. They tell you in the beginning there is staff watching from the ground in case anything happens, so why would it take over 30 mins for this to be noticed and handled? Beyond frustrated. What a waste of money.

Such a fun time! We did the zip lines and loved it! The staff was so friendly and funny - they showed us interesting ways to go down the lines to mix it up and keep it creative. Its a kind of small park, but they used the space well to make it seem large with long zip lines!

Fantastic ropes course! They offer 50% off after 6pm. Cant beat that!

Very fun place it is tiring but very exciting and the staff are amazing there im happy to say i made it through level 3 and i will be coming back to this place the staff are all very friendly helpful and amazing this place is one of the best for exciting entertainment and adrenaline rushes.

My brother and I went the day after thanksgiving to do the ropes course. Its basically ninja warrior to the normal person! I thought wed be there an hour or so-- we were there for 4+ hours! ultimately it was fun, and would do it again ....maybe once a year with someone who loves an athletic challenge. Prepare for noodle arms.

My daughter wanted to do this for her birthday, and we both had a wonderful time. The staff walked us through every step of the process, and checked on us while we were on the course. Once youre on the course, you cant disconnect until you are inside a tower, so there is no way to accidentally lose focus and fall.You better be in shape though! We made it through 2 of the 3 levels and were totally exhausted. Make sure and grab gloves before you go up. Youll be glad you did.

Call ahead during off-season. Hours stated they were open until 8pm, but when we arrived at 6pm, they stated they had taken the last group at 5:30.

My wife and I loved going to this place as a fun date. It is a lot of fun and it has a great ropes course . There are three levels and you have to be something like 14 to go to level 3. Most people only do the first two. We did all three but the third level we were at our limit and dead tired. If you are looking to save money search groupon as there are discounts online. Additionally i wouldn’t recommend doing both the rock climbing and the ropes because your arms will be too tired from one to effectively do the second. Last be sure to book early because if you show up the day of it may be several hours before there is an available time slot you can attend. The staff is very friendly and the only recommendation I have is to replace the gear with new gloves. I had so many blisters on my hand from having bad gloves that belong in the trash.

Challenging course fun time well run facility

I attended the Aerial Adventure Park. I received a short session of ground school and then was sent to the course! The course begins easy but is still pretty difficult. There are 3 levels and the higher up you get the more difficult it gets! The staff are there to give you tips or help you along the way. The staff are also very friendly and will even go through each course with you if youre struggling. Although its a hefty price to pay, it was well worth it and something to cross off of your bucket list!

My family and I had a fantastic time zip lining it was a little scary at first but what a experience. Are ages were from 64 yrs.old to 74 yrs old. It was really a fun time, are instructors were the best. Thanks guys for a memorable and fun time.

This was my first time zip lining. I was brave until it was time to step off the platform. The instructions were patient and funny. They repeated the safeguard, again, told stories, and helped me relax. After the first one, I was better. It was something I always wanted to do and now I have!

My sister and friends completed the course. Easy to find location. Reasonably priced. There are weight restrictions and the zip line was not an option when we visited but there was lots of fun and laughter. Definitely a physically draining activity.

Our time to go was at 130. It thunder around 4. So they said we had to get down. Well. We was on The third one. And people were slow in front of us. So we went past the 2 and half hours. And it wasnt our fault. They said we couldnt come back and do the top one. Even tho we just started the third one.

Really over priced, not that fun, ever difficult even for someone with climbing experience and not afraid of heights. Didnt finished the course and had to wait an extra half hour because some kid got too scared and had to be taken down. The people that work there are nice.

Oh boy this was both fun and scary. For me, it was initially scary because you start off by walking on a rope a few feet off the ground. Once I got it through my thick skull that Im hooked up to a harness and cant fall, the fear washed away. From then on it was mostly brute force with some strategy. Feel free to ask the experts what the best way to cross an obstacle is. They were all helpful.

Staff was super.. we only did the zip lines and they were short rides and the platforms were small for the group sizes.

This is a fun challenging course. I took my 12 year old Nephew here and we made it through all three levels in under the alotted time but we were definitely exhausted. I do feel that the price is very high for what they offer though.

Super fun course but also very challenging! Level 3 was honestly too hard for me. I recommend wearing workout capris because the harness dug into me and that hurt.

That place was awesome

Everyone was great with the exception of Rick. For starters he persuaded me not to wear my gloves and went on to say it would be harder with them on. Next, he said that I had very little chance of completing the third level of the course and tried to discourage me from attempting it. Lastly, he had the bright idea of embarrassing my mom in front of the rest of my family by calling her too rigid to complete the next part of the course. Overall, he was not an encouraging instructor and was just negative. However, the rest of the staff was incredible and helpful when in sticky situations on the ropes. Your business would be better off if Rick was not apart of it and most importantly, the customers would be ten times happier.

During our experience we encountered a medical emergency while zip lining. My family and I were extremely happy with how well their emergency plan and crew handled everything! Mike and Mark did an amazing job before, during, and after the incident!! Great job M&M!!

Fun afternoon. Need to lose some weight. Had to watch my kid have all the fun because they have a weight limit of 250lb.

Had a little more excitement than I expected when the cable I was walking on came off and dropped to the ground but thats what safety harnesses are for. Didnt get to finish because a storm came in but it was fun while it lasted.

This place is awesome! The Aerial Adventure was not as easy as I thought it would be, I got through level 1 and 2, but was too wore out to do level 3. I climbed the rock wall all the way to the top, which is about 75ft high and wasnt too hard. My boyfriend and I jumped off their version of bungee jumping but didnt do the their zip line, and we wish we would have because it wraps all the way around the park. I will be going back next year! Id say its better to go when its not so hot outside,and you should plan to spend at least 4 hours there.

Love this place! They have great customer service and it is so much fun.
