For what it is I find it well kept and in order with better than average neighbors. Thats more than you can say of most neighborhoods let alone a trailer park.The lot rent seems high but the management is responsive, understanding and more than pleasant. Just a 4 because some of the places are old and tired in need of freshening. There is some side lot clutter and an absence of a tree a brush or flower or two. ButI feel as though the glass is half full instead of half empty. All and all a nice place to live. Cheers from Jefferson

Jefferson Mobile Home Park is an overpriced dive where they took out the parks and playground equipment to save on insurance cost and doubling the lot rent

Not a very clean park. Very old trailers. Doesnt feel safe. Trailers a very close together. Perfect for people who dont care about what theyre home looks like and just want somewhere to stay

A bit sketchy, but not the worst place in the world.

I have lived in Jefferson for over 2 years now and never had any problems with neighbors, kids or vandalism. Im great friends with my neighbors now and couldnt ask for better ones. Ive had 1 instance where I called in a noise complaint but those neighbors moved out a while back. Ive created life lasting memories in this mobile home and I hope to make even more in the years to come. I recommend Jefferson to anyone looking for a place to call home.

To many hoodlums running around stealing ect.ect

Very little upkeep around and between trailers, cars parked way out in the street in nearly every row, teenage hoodlum types running amok & harassing passersby. Would not recommend living there.

I got a flat tire driving through here after they pulled out some trailers

I live in Jefferson but it sure would be nice to get in and out of my parking spot for my wife and daughter also instead having snow pulled up behind our vehicles especially when I cant shovel do to having back surgery and they expect me to pay for someone else to clean it, so why am I paying 465.00 for

The greatest place in Minot I cant believe that Thomas Jefferson actually lived there, like I didnt know they had mobile homes back then. You may find yourself thinking that it was just a rundown trailer park just like all the others. Youd be wrong the houses are as big as Mansions, their lawns sprawl for acres and are greener than a new, crisp $100 bill, with Benjamin Franklins smug grin, just staring back at you like yeah you wish you could afford this. The whole reason I was there was to look at buying a house myself but they are far too spendy for my budget. Just kidding its like every trailer park.

Residents dont seem to really care about how the area around their trailers looks. Lots of trash and discarded outside toys and other yard type items. Grass and tall weeds in yard and around the trailers. Basically unkept yards/lawns.

Horrible management. Insanely high rent considering the gravel driveways, crappy playground that hasnt been updated since I lived there 22 years ago, and the winter snow removal is a complete joke! Most of the residents yards are FILLED with dog feces, even though the lease states that it must be cleaned up regularly, and the grass mowing almost never gets done when it should. Also make sure to lock your doors at all times, even when youre home. Had a strange woman walk in during the middle of the night and almost get eaten by my dog, and not long after had the fire department come in during the day while I was sleeping asking me if I had called for the fire department!!

Quiet community good place to live

Lots of kids...be mindful of your speed...its summertime & kids love to play outside. Just think back to when you were a kid playing & running around your neighborhood...

Needs to be cleaned up more

Lot rents will go up again another $15 in January to make it $465.00 per month! Not sure why, as there have been no improvements and other trailer park rents are from $200 to $350 a month.

Nastiest trailer park in town with one of the highest lot rents. Winter maintenance sucks. Be wary about living here, cops are there on a regular basis!

The central air in this area is colder that Eskimo who who.

Extremely overpriced for the amount of work they put into clearing snow in the winter. The reason they keep giving for the rent hikes is water but I sure dont use 4 times the water as when I moved in, pay 4 times the rent.
