Magic City Management has been THE BEST in all of Minot!!! I cant tell you how much it means to have our property taken cared of by good, responsible tenants. Not only does this company keeps us transparent and responsive, they provide us with quality tenants who treat our home like it was theirs. If you are military, they definitely go the extra mile for them. It truly is a blessing to have them manage our home with peace of mind and quality service. I highly recommend them in all of their future clients. A must!

I highly recommend Magic City Management because they are:Very Reliable, responsive, transparent, and very easy to work with! My home was rented out the same day I had moved. It was on the market less than a month. Now that is fast! The manager greeted me in person and the process was very easy. If you are military they definitely take care of them as one of their main priorities. I am fully satisfied with the tenants they provided and appreciate their easy communication. I hope they continue to grow their clientale because they are doing it right!

Worst rental property company Ive ever been around. Trying to relocate our family up there. Found a property that we had our hearts set on. jumped through hoops to get them the paperwork they asked for just for them to tell quit replying to us and then telling my wife 2 days before we were moving up there that another family had a water main break and that was the only house they could put them in Wouldnt recommend this garbage company to anyone

I have really nothing but positive things to say about this management company. If something needs repaired it gets repaired right away. In the past if you happen to be A little late on your rent they realize that you’re human, and they would work with you. Only thing that’s not good anymore, is they no longer work with you if you’re late. I gave them four stars because really honestly they are great. The reason I gave them the four stars is really on the time of the office that it stays open. I guess for working people it would be nice if they would stay open until six. Give them a shot though, you won’t regret it.

I have been renting with Magic City going on two years. While there are issues with every company, Magic City is by far better than most. When we have issues they are quick to respond and always friendly. They are very willing to work with people and respect privacy.

We just rented a property from them, and so far they are amazing our leasing agent has probably the best personality ever, she went above and beyond for us, She got us into our new home quick and easy. We have rented through other places before and none even come close to our experience with Magic City, Im so happy and grateful that we found them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hadn’t had the experience of them managing the property I have, I called their office twice and emailed. I was told both calls I would receive a call back, never did. Didn’t make any sense since the office woman who I spoke with said they were accepting properties. For sure not the best show of customer service to not call back and have common curtesy. Ended up going with a different company, to this day 3 weeks later no response back from Magic City.

I cant say enough good about this group of people. Theyre professional and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

The young lady at office is very attentive and really cares what is going on and really goes out of her way to be as helpful as possible.
