Hit or miss park, lil sketchy in some areas

The lady who is the boss there is very unfriendly. I almost didnt rent a place from there because she was so rude. The secretary is rather nice though

Made the park unsafe and made our family pay for it. Would never suggest to use rental land for real estate. City of Minot shame on you for treating our family so poorly for not coming from here.

Basketball hoops need repair, tennis courts need big time repairs. The whole trailer park is a safety hazard. And The rents keep going up. Iť needs new owners! They have done a better job of keeping the roads clean this winter.

Great place to live if you dont mind mobile homes. The staff are always looking out for you if theres any issues or maintenance needed. From what Ive seen, most of the homes there are fairly new and in great shape. I enjoy living there and have many friendly people in the area .

Lot rent goes up every year

We have an amazing view from our location and pretty quiet and safe here. We love it.

Great for kids. Even has a nice playground. And Kum & Go gas station is only a short walk away.

Really like living here, nice, clean park with friendly people and the management has been great to me! Maintenance guys are super nice and come right away when needed. The only thing I would change is the rent. It seems kind of high ($1200 for a 3 br) when compared to similar homes. But overall Ive had a great experience living here!!

I love my sister in law. It does not matter where she lives.
