Lot prices are astronomical. Parks do not meet city code standards... ie: no onsite 24 hour manager, no childrens playgrounds, poorly maintained roads.

Lots of illegal activity. The manager is very hard to deal with. She has a bad reputation. I moved out because of these reasons.

Its pretty quiet for being a trailer park and most of the units they have are fairly new.

Very rude office manager

The road need repair and the owners havent repaired the Basketball court/ Tennis courts. Next step I will get OSHA & the City of Minot involved
