Quiet place with nice neighbors! Has lots of older trees with lots of scenic undeveloped land around it which makes it a nice sanctuary away from urban development.

The managers are awesome. They are making great strides at cleaning up abandoned trailers and making it a quaint little mobile home park.

The owners and caretakers are very nice people who are willing to work with tenants on financial issues and the various people who live there are friendly for the most part. Lot rent wont cost you an arm and a leg either so overall, nothing to really complain about.

Went to look at a trailer for sale.
