They work with you. Especially with all the hardships that have fallen upon most of us with losing our jobs and having to figure it out. So patient and understanding. So kind and helpful. Thank you holiday park for everything you have done for my family.

Very nice & quiet community

They raise the lot rent at least once a year. Almost triple what it was a few years ago.

This year I believe they will raise the lot rents and mobile home rents. Besides the street lights need a lot of work. Gread doesnt care about people on a limited income.

Its a changed alot its quiet and you can visit with out somebody something negative
