The price is good but if you don’t use all your time you can’t come back another day and use it unless your a member which is stupid

Cool idea. You need to have an account with some games in order to play. The staff man was very helpful. Id hire him. It is a cool place to have you and the buddies meet up and game together. I have a similar gaming system in my basement. There was only one virtual reality set.. was hoping there were more. Call ahead to reserve a party room.

Hey went here for the first time this week. People seemed nice enough, helpful. Good nutella shakes, food. Systems ans compters were great! Price point is fair. Will be comimg back Edit: Came back and brought a friend from Sweden he was overjoyed. Addinf pictures :D

This place is amazing although some kids are obnoxiously loud, its a fun time to relax and enjoy games with friends.

Its $5 per hour/$12 for 3 hours/$20 for 6 hours of gaming. Great deal, way better than traditional arcades.

Low key spot thats good enough for the solo traveler or a small party. They got decent prices, food, games, and folk.

Very nice and relaxing place to spend some time gaming. They let you bring your own console which is very nice. Internet speed was little slow for me. It might be the time I was playing the game, others dont seem to have issue with the internet, still Ill like the speed to be bumped up more. Overall, a very great place to spend some time.

This is the greatest place in Milwaukee. If I could, I would move in here. The food is God tier and the employees are God themselves. I dream of this place every night and count down the minutes until I am able to come again. Plus I love the chairs.

We came to do vr and maybe other games. When we got their I automatically wanted to leave but we stayed thinking hey it might be fine, their where just a bunch of kids being loud and cursing and it was all 1 big room including the vr, the list there said it was a private room but no the clerk just walked over to a few computers, got 4 of the queue pillers and connected them. The headset barely worked as it would freeze randomly and the screen went all gray and you couldnt see anything and the game would unfreeze on you but you would still be in the gray screen and then you would pretty much fail anything you where doing because the game kept going when you couldnt do jack. After that the left controller kept freezing up on me and the headsets face cushion was broken and just stayed infront of the eyes and where it was realy uncomfortable and couldnt realy see. And with those queue pillers you couldnt feel them or see your boundary so I kept hitting things because I had no way of knowing where the boundries by feel as you usualy could just put your hand out and try to figure where you where but no you would just try to find it but miss it with you thinking you where fine and then smack a chair, and when I tried to keep myself in the middle I would always gray screen so I had to be in the corners, and if I did find a place in the middle a small step a way I was already at the corner, at most you where 1 step away from the sides from the middle and1 1/2 steps from side to side. I would have liked to stay and try to play their computer games but since all the computers where 1 room with a bunch of loud cursing kids we decided against it and left.

Fun and its not expensive for $5 you can play for an hour and for $12 you can play for 3 hours. The game library is not as big but it is worth going and hanging out with friends.

It was generally really quite so u can focus on your game which made me very happy. They also had amazing customer service.

Its ok, the prices are reasonable. Some of the chairs are broken down and the soda machine didnt have any ice. Since there was about 30 people there, it got warm pretty fast. Had a good time with my buddies there.

Overall a Pretty great experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially for first timers. The only reason why we deducted 1 star was because it was very warm inside. They had fans running but it was really stuffy. Even though we were distracted by gameplay, once we got up from our chairs we literally had to peel our bodies from the game chairs. I would still recommend them to everyone but advise them to dress light!

Tier 1 lives up to its name. Great atmosphere, great rigs, great food. Jordan (the owner) always excels in service, really knowledgeable as you would expect from an owner, ready to help out with anything in a moments notice, but not helicoptering like staff in other lounges. With a variety of consoles, as cheesy as it may sound, theres something for everyone. The PCs are surprisingly quiet, despite clearly being processing monsters. The food is also pretty good and more than reasonably priced, especially when considering that it tastes as good as it looks. Couldnt recommend this place enough, be sure to try out the seasoned fries.

Pros; Cool vibes, dope setup (ps4 and xbox1 and Nintendo switch and comfy couches, and decent gaming computers with nice headsets and gaming chairs and access to steam and several popular games) nice employees, cheap prices ($5/hr)&($25/hr for VR).. definitely a good place to take your kids, good place to have a birthday party etc.. Im 27 and went with 2 other adults for my nephews birthday who is turning 10 and we all had a good time!.Cons; mens bathroom wasnt all that sanitary although it wasnt the worst Id ever seen, I decided against using it..Some games require you to have your own account pre made before you get there to play..(other games you can use one of their accounts)Other than that the only thing I can think of.. is there are some areas/consoles where there was ALOT of dust.. the entire tv/entertainment center/Nintendo switch area by the front door was caked in what would appear to be, several months of untouched dust.. which really isnt that big of a deal, but would be nice if they kept the place a little cleaner.. although its kind of to be expected in a place where kids frequent for it to be a little untidy..Overall it was a fun time and good experience and would be 5 stars if they kept the bathroom cleaner and wiped up the dust!We will definitely be going back!

I go here at least 2 times a week, and I am never unsatisfied with the variety of games, friendly staff, and entertaining environment. Not only is it the only gaming lounge in the southern part of Milwaukee, but its the best Ive been to by far. I really hope they open up a second one.

Visited Teir1 Gaming Lounge for the first time today and it was an excellent experience. The staff member working was very nice and accommodating. Changing systems was easy and the food we ordered was good.The pricing is more than reasonable and its very unique in the fact you can buy time and any time you dont use you can use at a later date. (You make an account when you buy your time.)Would highly recommend this place to anyone, regardless of age. Try it out for yourselves.

When I visited my boyfriend in the U.S, it was great to be able to game together here. The staff are laid back and friendly

I did a Daddy / Daughter night playing Fortnite and we had a really fun time. We will be returning.

Great place for my boys to go have fun

Went there a few days ago. Thought it was going to be sketchy, but was surprised when I found out it was really nice. Staff was friendly, the demographic was really 14-18 year old boys, wouldnt necessarily bring anybody under 12, as profanity is common. Food is a bit expensive (except for the dirt cheap refillable soda), and the price for the gaming itself was well beyond worth it. Would recommend to any gamer and will definitely go back in the near future.

One of the best places to ever come out for Milwaukee. Great atmosphere, great staff. I saw a review from some guy name Jessie said the complete opposite what I just mentioned. He must on crack or something because this a place where gamers can come and relax or anyone that would want to try something new and have fun this definitely a place I recommend. First time there and it was the best.

A good place to chill and hangout with friends. Its a little packed most of the time. Seems loke they only have about 20 ish seating for computers, especially since people sit all over the place. It gets pretty loud too, some people get tilted and cant control themselves.

Love the atmosphere. The place is affordable and one of a kind.

I found this place and fell in love with it, if you are a true gamer this place is for you. Drinks no Alcohol which is good no need for it because you can get drunk just from playing the games their. You would have to see this place for your self to get a good feel for it, you will fall in love with it too.

This is the reason lan centers are dying. I walked in with my girlfriend to play some video games and check the place out. We were a burden on the worker there, since he was playing. We finally get loaded in and their games all need an update. So I wasted ten dollars to sit in a sticky gaming chair.

This place is AWESOME! Its really the one of the ONLY places in Milwaukee where you can be your inner gamer and have fun with friends. Ive been going almost every single friday since September and Ive loved the place ever since! The food is awesome, the prices are better and more worth it than going to the movies, the game selection is big, the staff are always ready to help and they know what to do if something goes wrong, and they have great computers to boot. So if youre looking to have some fun and game on a friday night, or any night at all, go to Tier One Gaming Lounge. Its truely the place to be.
