I celebrated my birthday here this year. I have been wanting to go to a bounce house for my birthday for years and Bounce did NOT disappoint. We had so much fun climbing in the bounce houses and playing laser tag and the staff was so kind. Highly recommend!!

Really awesome space for families, kids, and parties. Took a group of about 20 adults and 10 kiddos and half of the adults stayed after the 9pm no-kid cut off. We all played laser tag and shared pizza. Great way to feel like a kid again.

Fun for the whole family! Wide variety of pinball machines, the rock climbing wall is great and safe, and they always have super fun beverages. The pizza is delicious! The owners are pillars of the community and always stand up for what is right. I cant count how many times theyve offered their space for community functions.

This has been my kids favorite place to go since they opened. Lots for the kids to do no matter what age and the adults can sit and relax. Full bar for adults, food is great, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We also love everything they do for the community!

My kids had a blast... This place is very affordable, pinball and arcade games on the upper level is free. Even my 4yr and 8yr old daughters was able to rock climb, I thought it was awsome that they had little tiny harnesses that fit them perfectly.Pizza and drinks was on point as well...Staff was attentive.Overall I give this place 4 stars, I was very pleased, and my kids did not want to leave!

Fun place for the whole family. Some of the bounce items will need to be replaced soon but still very fun for the kids. LOVE that the arcade games do not cost extra. The Blue room is also great family fun. We did not try the climbing wall or laser tag. They also have free lockers to store your items which is a nice touch. Thanks for a fun day!

Party was cancelled end of June for a July 31st party due to CoVid. Was given a option to have a drive in movie party, get a credit, or get a refund. I chose refund. I was told it was processed on July 2nd. I called two weeks later was told it takes 30 days to see credit on card. Its almost been 6 weeks, still no refund. I email and call with no response, now Bounce is closed!!! I dont see why they they would even take reservations with deposits if they were uncertain if they were going to open back up. There sure wasnt any issues charging me a deposit fee, why is it so hard to refund me?

Ill give it 4, service was awesome, they just took a little long to bring us food, we came to the drive-in movie️

Great place for the kids to play in indoor bounce houses. Lots of awesome pinball machines and a few other arcade games. Bar upstairs and they have pizza that looks really good.

The pizza is fantastic as are the tots. They have healthy options too...but lets be realistic. They have tots.

Some of the best pizza on Milwaukee and honestly the best business owners I know... Cant wait to get back to pinball!

We come here often and my kids always have a good time. The only downside is that the last few times we came, the inflatables with the slides never have enough air in them or maybe they are leaking. My kids end up sinking in a little and it’s harder for them to navigate them. The last couple times we mentioned it to the staff thinking it would be fixed and it hasn’t changed.

Had a fun and safe night watching a movie at the drive-in. The food was served safely and staff was very helpful. Id would highly suggest this place for a chilled night out

Great time had by all.... we had fun on the rock wall, and the laser tag, air hockey, bounce houses, pac man, race car games.... so many things to do and a great price for all.Clean and very friendly staff! We will be going again!

Lots of things for kids to do. Was able to let our group of 4 year olds play on their own without much concern. Laser tag was fun for kids and adults. Inflatables looked a bit low on air and the food service was very slow, but they were very busy. All arcade games are free, which was an awesome treat.

Great place for whole family, different prices depending on package for play, but its not overpriced in my opinion. Bounce houses, lazer tag, climbing up walls, axe throwing, arcade, food, and more. Even night time adult only fun.

My kids love this place, they always have a blast. Everything is very well kept and clean. The food is great! My one complaint, that we have noticed on multiple occasions, is there is never enough staff on hand to run the different activities. My boys had to ask multiple times to get started on laser tag. No one would come and I when I would go ask the front desk wed get multiple excuses; the kitchen is backed up, we have more people then we expected, someone will be there. And nothing. Very frustrating especially given the price that we pay for the unlimited admission. After our last visit my son told me that one of the stuff members was very rude because they did keep having to ask for someone to start up laser tag. My kids always look forward to going to Bounce but if we are treated as a nuisance I cant say that I am excited to go back.

Show much fun. Kids could wall climb, car race, pin balls and also bounce. Parent could enjoy chair massage for free and theres a bar also for sitting and watching football.

Visiting from NJ we were blown away by the friendly staff and the value. Its not super cheap, but its a great amount t if stuff for the price if your kid is the right size for bouncy houses. Our daughter just turned 6 and loved it. Not a ton of stuff for toddlers.Spectators dont pay, which is a game changer.Food is good for this sort of spot and beer and wine are available, whaaaaaaaaaat?!

Had my sons Birthday here. It was amazing! We booked early (10:30a) and our party was able to fully enjoy themselves our party host (I believe her name was Avia)(I suck with names) was absolutely amazing. She made sure the kids got into everything they wanted to do. One down fall was that she was super busy with others I had to kind of take lead which is cool but I thought Id get a bit more help having a host, luckily I had a small group and a couple parents. Even my parents joined in on the fun all in all we had a great time and good professional service even other staff members were helpful.

We had a great time with our granddaughters using the standard admission. The pizza was good too.

We mostly went for the arcade games, pinball, and air hockey. Although we spent a few hours playing and the price was good, a lot of the machines were in poor working condition or simply broken. In addition, the available selection of games was MUCH smaller than expected and advertised on their website. Was definitely surprised by the $3.15 charge for a fountain soda and didnt realize it was going to be a free refill situation.

Its an amazing place with giant bounce houses, ball pits, tubes, trampolines, laser tag, a climbing wall, arcade games, Axe throwing, Pizza, beer, massage chairs, oh yeah and you can bring your kids if you want

Great place for kids. Cheap entertainment. Pretty okay food

We were meeting a friends for toddler time, so I didnt look up Bounce. I was expecting trampolines or smaller activities for toddlers, so it wasnt very fun for my 20 month old. Giant bounce houses are pretty intimidating for tots.

Its not a bad place to let the kids release some energy and its not very expensive. It does get crowed thou. When the weather outside is nasty is when the place fills up for obvious reasons. The staff are young(er) kids and they do a job as expected. Not the cleanest place so I recommend bringing hand sanitizer and have it handy. Food is typical with pizza and side stuff. They do serve alcohol however for those really stressed out parents....lol. The massage chairs are nice but again be prepared to wipe them down before use. I think 3 stars is fair. If the end result is to run out your kids to unleash extra juice they have stored up, then mission complete.

Had an incident were my child was bullied and shived by another child, and the staff was incredibly rude about the situation. Told us to manage it ourselves, and laughed. Would not reccomend

Not really sure how this place has 4 stars... the staff was really lazy and slow, took forever for lazer tag to get started. (**THERE SHOULD BE A STAFF MEMBER BY LAZER TAG.....I shouldnt have to hunt down staff members and waste 15 minutes more of my valuable time. On top of this, I had to wait over an hour to use the massage chair because kids under 18 and infants in carseats were sitting on the massage chairs with a sign that says 18+ only, the staff just allows their own rules to be broken. The bounce house was old and barely inflated. Air hockey tables wouldnt start and pucks were nowhere to be found. The bathrooms are the most disgusting Ive ever experienced in my life. Overall it seems like a free for all where staff is nowhere to be found. We purchased a family package and it felt overall like a ripoff for $125+ (w/ tax) we spent. The best part of the night was probably the average pizza. Next time, well go to Chuck E Cheese.

Spent $70 for the kid and I to be able to do everything (3 large bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, and laser tag) and enjoy as small pizza with pop. Everything is kid and adult friendly, staff was very attentive and polite. Ended the adventure relaxing in the massage chairs. Good time all around, will probably try to find a coupon or deal next time.

This is a great venue to bring your kids for the usual bounce houses, climbing wall and laser tag. To add to the already cool place, they have good food, a few free classic arcade games and even joysticks built into the second level bar for parents to play video game classics at.

Alright so this place is NOT a trampoline place. We went there expecting trampolines well a least one person in our group who looked it up did. It was more geared towards kids but they did have adults only from 9pm till 2pm with a full bar which could be fun getting drunk and bouncing on the big bounce houses. They have axe/ hatchet throwing. They do have arcade games but most of them dont really work and a lot of them are just pin pall or driving games. We were expecting more. They do have lazar tag as well, we didnt get a chance to play that. Bringing kids here would be great but as an adult I think that you would have to be pretty drunk to want to stay for a long period of time. Plus the axe throwing isnt included in the rest of the bounce area, you have to pay for that separately. Once we got over the fact that it wasnt what we wanted we did start to have some fun but it only lasted so long since there wasnt a whole lot to do and we didnt want to pay extra for the axe throwing. Customer service was great! Everyone was very nice. Malinda at the front desk was helpful and super nice!!

I. Had. An. Amazing. Time.I love that the owners treat their employees so well and are fantastic community members. For that reason I reserved a 12 person laser tag party for my 44th birthday. I had a dedicated concierge of sorts helping get my friends into laser tag, rock wall, etc... we all got a free drink and a VERY NICE party room where I brought some birthday treats. We also ordered food (my friends dream of those tots and are happy there is delivery.) All in all such a memorable experience and a joy to kids and us women of a certain age. Dont miss an opportunity to enjoy this gem of Milwaukee!

They have free massage chairs for adults supervising the kids!the arcade games were cool, and the inflatables were fun for the kids. Food was better than at most places like this.

My Great Niece had an amazing time here. The adults had a blast as well. Very nice and spacious. You can virtually sit anywhere and see your kid playing. Nice little workout too. Something to get the kids tired and ready for bed.

I went on a Sunday, and it was awesome! The servers are all really nice, as well as cool, and all the games were so much fun! The only one I didnt get to try is axe throwing, but thats alright. Its just suspenseful until the next time I visit!

Great for the parents that dont want to watch their kids.... If thats not your style, than I would go any where else, games are outdated, pizza is not the best, the staff (I understand their teenagers but) dont seem to care about the cleanliness of tables, and the bounce houses are held together with duct tape and filth

I love the new additions! Customer service was great and better than my last visit. Could be a little cleaner. My 2yo daughter always has a blast and never wants to leave. Well be back!

Great place to spend a day with kids. Family Fun special package is awesome, We enjoyed all free games, including laser tag and tasty pizza. After running with kids I relaxed with free Chair massage. Hosts are very nice. We loved our time here.

Very nice place. We had two kid birthdays here and it was great. Pizza is far better then I was expecting and service was very kind. People always talk about Monkey Joes, however I find that this place was much better. Better atmosphere and food. There is also a bar/lounge upstairs for the adults. Great job keep up the good work.

We love spending the day at Bounce. The staff are friendly and work hard to ensure guests have a good experience. I love that they invite the LGBTQ+ community to host events. When we visited, we were so pleasantly surprised to find that it was Drag Queen Story Hour. Our 4-year old loved it. Great place for kids to blow off that cooped-up winter energy. They have a rock climbing wall, Lazer Tag, large inflatables, massage chairs, a classic arcade upstairs, decent food and boozy drinks. We drive from the Chicagoland area because its a good time for kids and grown-ups alike.

You have to pretty much chase down employees in order to play laser tag. If youre an adult you dont want to go until its exclusively adult hours or you will not get a chance to do any activities other than drink alcohol and wait.

Wish I could give no stars. The Staff was rude and laughed at concerns. I took my daughter for her 9th birthday and it was our 1st and last time there. I asked about a discrepancy in their advertisement and they said the website was outdated and they couldnt do anything about it then gave me mean stares throughout my visit. I got the unlimited family deal and they didnt want to compensate because my nephew was to small for their harness for Rock climbing and it was included. Pizza was gross taste like chemicals were used on the Tray and not rinsed properly. I wouldnt recommend anyone to spend $119+ for this place. The bounce houses were duck taped and smelled really bad.

Kid loves this place. Fun, safe, staff is nice and food is OK. It does get boring relatively quickly compared to other indoor playgrounds Ive been to. Kid will ask to leave after about 1.5 hours.

Kids love the place. We had a birthday party there but after the 2 hour limit we had to leave. We paid just as much as those not having a party so why cant they give the kids a different wristband and let them play? I would have had more beer which adds to them getting more money. Just an odd policy. After we received an email from the owner she was able to tell us more information about my concerns. That being said, I hope my constructive comments help other parents planning a party there.

Other than the ghetto location, (yes, Google maps is taking you to the right place...). I highly recommend. It’s one of the only affordable admissions place I’ve gone to that also lets “kids” over 12 and adults bounce on all the toys and play along with your kids. Arcade games are free and appeal to all ages. You have Atari style, classic racing and more recent. There is an upstairs seating are with a bar so you can easily get a view of your little ones no matter where they are. Easily order and the food is fantastic, though a little more costly than Chuck E Cheese.

Solid place to take the kids on any given day (we went on a Sunday). We though we were in the wrong place when we arrived, because there was only one other car in the lot, but it was just getting off to a slow start that day. Plenty of bounce house gymnasium options for the kids. Place is relatively clean, but could use new carpet. We didn’t do laser tag or climbing, but enjoyed everything else. I was able to add video games for me for a lower price. We spent about three hours there and I’m guessing that’s about the max unless your kids really love bounce houses and pinball and older video games. I honestly had a great time playing pinball.

While attempting to support change and repair I noticed this company instead of healing perpetuates division and hate.

The activities for kids was great, and I would bring my child here again for that but NEVER plan a meal at this place. The food aspect of this place gets a D. Our food took an HOUR to get out, it was a cheese pizza and salad. The family right before us got their food about 1/2 hour before us. Someone that ordered about 45 minutes after us got their food in about 10 minutes. When I FINALLY went up there, they were like, oh, the lettuce was upstairs. What? So, you just ignore our whole order? I was less than impressed. When we asked if they had glasses for water, I was given a glass....but another 15 minutes or more before the water came to the table (its not on the soda machine). My child was done eating by that points. RECOMMENDATION to people coming here: Dont come during a meal time, patronize other places that value service and timeliness.

It was decent. I loved all the arcade games and activities. The drinks were good and well priced. The bounce houses are great for kids, but I think that as an adult they are a bit mediocre. The weird thing about the place is location. Its kinda set back in an industrial area, which makes it a little hard to find. It could use more lights on the outside of the building so that you know youre in the right spot.Amazing place for family time and children. But for adults it could step up its game a little bit. However there is a lot of potential for a really fun adult environment and it is worth a visit.

My nephews had a great time..The facility was clean. We didnt purchase food, but it was nice to see vegan cheese as an option for the pizza. Massage chairs are as option for the adults, for a $7 wristband, but I only saw 2 massage chairs.. seems like it would be pretty competitive if the place is full of people.

Great staff, food, and attractions. They got to rock climb as long as they wanted! Full bar for adults with a ridiculous amount of beer selections. They even have free massage chairs. Unlimited everything for $20! UPDATE!! Came back again because the kids love it here. Only complaint...kitchen staff should be wearing hair nets. Piece of hair intertwined in the pizza dough.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the place was very clean. I also had a wrap that was huge and very good.

I was there new years Eve with my wife and two daughters. It was our 3rd year going there. First problem, I ordered food when I first got there, not knowing when the buffet would be served. I was refunded 2 HOURS later and told the normal menu isnt served (this shouldve been advertised and told to me when I ordered). Second problem, the food buffet took forever. I understand the staff was real busy and they can only cook so many pizzas at a time. However, people were allowed to eat in the room where the food was being served and instead of waiting in line like everyone else, they kept taking food as it came out. These people ate a whole pizza before dozens of other people even got a slice! Lastly, the ball drops at 8pm and the place closes at 8:30pm. Except after the ball drops, the staff almost shuts everything down, starts cleaning up, and getting people to leave. My girls and I were trying to do laser tag one more time and at 8:10pm we were told no more, they were shutting down. Seriously? Theres 20 minutes to go and laser tag takes ten minutes. We werent even allowed on the bouncy gyms anymore. This is completely unacceptable and RUDE! You advertised until 8:30, you allow people to play until then and clean up after their gone. We payed $160 for this awful time when it used to be good... So sad

Fun place for families to take their kids for a party. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. If other parents or family members come, but dont need or want to stay by the kids at all times, they can go upstairs for adult time in the bar where they can get pizza, appetizers and beverages of their choice. They also had several classic okd time pinball machines to play on. It was so popular, they might need a bigger facility someday...

I had a birthday party here today and it sucked for the money your better off going to Chuck E Cheese you get a small party room where you feel closed in and you feel rushed the host kept asking are you ready for your pizza and as soon as you do get the pizza shes asking so are you cutting the cake now gosh were not even done eating and when Im helping my baby open her gifts with my guest sitting watching the host comes and says if your not busy and gives me my balance of what I owe (not like I was running out with all the gifts there and guest sitting there) they could have waited till we were done and took me aside alone to discuss payment which I had paid 300.00 already and the balance was 64.00 I will NEVER NEVER come to this place again to much money for little time (2hrs) So if you take that money to Chuck E Cheese and you dont have a time limit there after (2hrs) they tell you have to leave and during my party they brought another person in showing them the room possibly for a (overcharge party )

A bit overpriced for an underwhelming environment. Pros: arcade games included in admission, My 2 year old a blast and the food was delicious. There are only three bounce houses and the arcade is extremely small. It also took a very long time portions of our food order to be delivered to us. Overall a decent place for young children, but for the price, one could probably find a different place to go with more to offer

FUN! FUN! FUN! I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. I went here for my husbands birthday with some friends on a Saturday night where its 21+ after 9:00 p.m. and all of us had such a blast!! We threw axes, jumped in the bounce houses, played the vintage arcade games and played laser tag. They also have a rock climbing wall. It was so much fun to be able to enjoy a place like this without a bunch of kids running around. Loved it!

Sam and the team at Bounce are great! Me and a bunch of friends did the axe throwing and had an absolute blast!The milverine pizza is incredible...

A little run down but all in all, a great place to bring the kids to play--the staff was incredibly friendly and my three year old niece LOVED playing in all the bouncy houses. Would definitely go back.

I love the fact that Bounce is so very active in the progressive movement. I love that they back their politics up with actual engagement. I love the family-friendly atmosphere of the place. I like that its (mostly) clean. I love the fact that they host a weekly D&D game for kids. I LOVE that its right around the corner from my home.However, for such a family focused, fun place, the staff could use just a touch of a better attitude. I get it. Working in a place where youve got screaming kids pretty much non-stop could wear you down. Its not that the staff it rude or bad, far from it, but most seem to have a not my problem attitude when it comes to dealing with customers.Big points for the place and the activities, a small ding for some of the staff.

Disappointed in our experience. Went to their New Years Eve celebration with my five-year-old. A lot of parents drinking and not supervising their children, and there were no attendants at the bounce houses monitoring anything. Very unorganized - waited several times in long lines for food because they were not prepared and brought one pizza out at a time. Flat soda. Water fountains not in order or clogged. Very dirty place. Will not be visiting ever again. We left just before the balloon drop. Was not worth the price.

Friendly staff and a great place to bring kids of all ages. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was they seemed to be under staffed for the first hour I was there and couldn’t handle the kids requests for laser tag and rock climbing right away after more employees started it was fine.
