I took my kids here when I saw this place and I was headed to Dennys. They did not look like they were open. I went inside and fell in love. Its cheap and simple. A bunch of bounce Houses and arcades. Their food is SUPER delicious! The staff were VERY professional. This is definitely the place to take your kids. Even if played and got in the bounce Houses. my kids were 2,3 and 9. Each of them had something fun to do. please take your kidsUPDATE: I was looking to take my kids back and they are no longer there. please dont waste your time or gas going. Im really sad about it thought because good doesnt tell you that they are closed permanently. My kids loved this place :(

My family, friends and I absolutely enjoyed my childs 2nd birthday party. It cost more then any other venue we checked out ($800) but it was well worth it. We got the entire facility to ourselves for three hours including food 15 kids Mickey Mouse mascot was there they created an awesome Mickey Mouse balloon centerpiece it was amazing I could not have asked for anything more.

Had my 8 year old granddaughters birthday party there yesterday, she really enjoyed herself. I wasnt as excited as she was but Im 53 and they dont sell beer although they have a dining room with huge TVs its not football season so a bunch of screaming kids jumping off the walls doesnt necessarily do it for me but I guess for a kids its heaven. I would go back

My best friend and I went there this pass Sunday. What I loved was it wasnt all packed so our kids was able to really enjoy themselves.We will be back

I was looking for somewhere to take my little ones on the weekend, I considered this place but after reading the reviews this place will NOT be it. I know there are some people that just cant be pleased, and thats fine. But, honestly what turned me totally off is the owners response. It saddens me that people think they are doing the community a favor by coming into their neighborhoods to make money and treating them any type of way. I am a business owner of two successful businesses and can relate to both parties frustration. However, I would NEVER respond this way as a business owner. We must do better and be more professional. In closing, as an owner I would consider taking the post down or simply apologize to the customer(s) openly for the lack of professionalism. Thanks

Just learned about this awesome place and finally took my son. He enjoyed every moment of it!! And I enjoyed watching him play!! Many Bounce houses, trampoline, rock climbing wall, $.25 - $.75 fun games and funny human-bounce-roll area Lol all of it was AWESOME!! The owners are very sweet and have great hospitality. Not only is it a wonderful place for the kids to enjoy themselves with many different types of bounce houses but you also cant beat the prices!!!! As soon as I walked into this business I felt a loving spirit... Wish their were more places as this. Our kids deserve this and the owner has a heart to do BIG & Fantastic things!! Bring your families here guys*, I promise you wont regret it :-)!

My kids love it weve been 3 times looked fresh and bright every time and pizza is great. We have been to every bounce house in Milwaukee from bounce Milwaukee to monkey joes I think kangaroo is the best hands down its by far the largest, even though its a bounce house they have just as much arcades as an actual arcade I counted 41 of them plus they have that game knockerball, a rock climbing wall and a trampoline great for small kids.

Wow! I have worked in customer service for many many many years, the owners response is appauling! If I would have read this review before coming to kangaroo I most definitely would have went to chuckee cheese at least my food would not have taken over an hour! Prices do not fit the establishment, if youre going to order wings on the weekend stop at wing stop first for some odd reason pizza and wings take 2 hours to prepare! Great place to allow your kid to run around and have fun but the customer service SUCKS! better off else where.

Extremely well put together. For this to be in the urban community it doesnt look that way looks like something from Brookfield. I just hope it stays around, #great concept! #Children will be amazed!#watch out monkey Joes

I love taking my fiancée son here, the employees are always cleaning down the inflatables something Ive never seen done at monkey joes and we used to go there all the time before this place opened, and as a white man in a predominately black area I feel comfortable going I just wished they could get the food out a little quicker it takes about 30 min for chicken but I guess its worth the wait cause it is pretty damn good other then that my kid loves it they got my business

Great, I wish you could play with your kids in the bounce houses but I understand why you cant, I really enjoyed the arcade and the chicken wings, well be back the kids are asking already and its only been 3 days

Im soooo glad I came to find out for myself what this place is all about! If I hadnt my kids would have missed a great place to play Im not sure what the whole hating in the HOOD is about but its saddening because the food is way better then chuck e cheeses, if you have smaller children like me you dont have to keep paying 4 games that give out a few tickets at a time and when you leave you leave with Candy that ends up all over your backseat or toys that break before you make it home, I only saw real nice toys in the gift and toy section. $10 for one of my kids seven dollars for the other one and they play all day long Bouncin, climbing on the Rockwall playing tag. My house doesnt get messed up and I dont have to worry about them getting into any mess. I will definitely be back

We had a large party of 26+ children all ages, and there was lots of entertainment for them all! The Staff was nice, and very accommodating!

Clean place and would def come back! Fun fun kids will love it!
