We had my sons birthday party there since they reopened due to covid 19 and it was a great experience. David was our host and he was awesome. Thank u to everyone that assisted us at chuckie cheese

Kind of like a kids version of Dave & Busters now. I miss the tunnels, ball pit and activities that actually allow kids to play, but she got plenty of exercise running from one game to the next. Wore her out!Food was pretty good. Had the nuggets and fries as a snack and couldnt stop eating them! :)

Pizza was awesome. They were out of onions which was disappointing for me but otherwise fun for the kids.

We had a great time at our birthday party. And Mariah was wounderful to the adults and childern alike. If we have another party there would request her again.

Kids love it also a great place to take the kids if you on a budget. I like how the employee walk around and place tokens in the games for the kids also the the Chuck E. Cheese app. Overall great place and I love the security how they stamp your hand and you child hand upon entering and if your stamp don’t match the child stamp upon exiting the child can’t leave.

I love this place it was like my whole childhood, I remember this one toy that I always wanted to win I ended up winning it

I suggest you get there early. Especially if your a parent that just want to spend two hours there I would recommend you go as soon as they open. The pizza is still really good and I like the new set up.

Everything is fine except for one thing. In 1988 I was kicked out of the ball pit on my own birthday party. The asked me to come out and they measured me in front of my whole family. Apparently I was a quarter inch too tall on my 9th birthday for the ball pit. To think that a 9 year old wouldnt write a review 32 years later. Hmm.

The General Manger Jeff is always polite and engaging the customers. Great fun and great food!

Took kids to a family party. When I say Ive been to many parties over the years to Chuck E. Cheese this by far was one of the best experiences thus far. Let me tell you that our party hostess was amazing. Indeed she did well beyond her job. Her Bright personality was very refreshing. Not to mention she was very attentive to all of the party guest. Could say so much more but Ill end it here. Hopefully this will help with any decision making.

Israel is very great with children. Very kind and goes a extra mile to make the kids smile. Also the lady in the front desk, Hispanic usually wears glasses is also very kind and respectful. They make the experience so joyful for the kids every time we go!

I toon my 10 month old daughter on Friday after work and the place was clean and not crowded or busy. She played and rode the rides and had a great time.

Someone swapped out my kids card and the manager didnt do anything about it. Although he did make a slick remark saying well you shouldve bought a wrist band to make its secured around the childs wrist .

The food was pretty good, but the Bayview location has become a place where potheads drop off their kids and smoke up in the parking lot.Its sad what has happened to the area over thirty years.I wouldnt pay for a party here.

We had a early bday party because theres hardly anyone there. Which makes it more safe. And they young girl that helped us on our party was just awesome. Thank you very much for being nice with us.

Ive outgrown Chuck E. Cheese years ago but my son wanted to have his birthday party there. I was bored and ready to go! Did not realize how boring it was and how so little games is at Chuck E. Cheese. The only good thing about Chuck E. Cheese is the pizza,wings and endless salads.

Not bad, havent been to a Chuck e cheeses since I was a kid. The robots arent as creepy as they use to be and kinda cool how they are synched with the videos playing. Pizza could be a little better but not bad.

The pizza is GREAT! The games change, which the kids love. It was siper clean! Best of all, my son had a BLAST for his birthday.

Cheap and the kids love it and they have the new all you can play by the hour cards for a good price so a cheap way to kill a few hours for the kids

It was great! I love the new token system, you purchase your tokens by way of credit card and boom! Your token card is generated and you swipe your card everytime you play a game or get on a ride! Its quicker and efficient, I love it! They have the best pizzas too!

Used to go their as a child. No more tubes and ball pit. That was the fun part. Changed a lot. Bathrooms are always dirty. Barley any cashiers. Not the most fun anymore. I always loved the stage used to have a built in tunnel underneath .

Not the same Chuck E Cheeses I had as a kid, and thats sad. I remember this Mecca with ball pits, tubes, games, and even a maze. Now it just seems like a glorified arcade that, while kid friendly, is nothing like the arena of fun I got lost in as a child.My 3.5 year old son had fun, and the pizza was actually pretty good. My son had chicken nuggets with a sad excuse for a side of fries, but as he really just wanted the ketchup, it really didnt matter.

Good variety of games including the classics like skeeball and frogger. The area is fairly clean. The prizes are good and they even let you turn in your play card for candy!

Still fun and a great place to join your kids while playing games.

This is supposed to be a child oriented play restraurant. Its all of that and then some. Im 73 and found myself interested in every one of my four year old grand childs activities there. It makes you feel good about life, in general, to see pure excitement and happiness from an innocent child. I just loved it and highly recommend it...for all ages!

The manager gave us a section in the reserved party section and I was so thankful for that. We got there early and had the mostly the whole area to ourselves. Very good time.

Wow! What a nice change from the dirty, dumpy place I remember from years ago! I love that you buy time on a card and the card simply stops working when the time is up. Makes for a very easy, tear-free exit!

This place on Chase Ave is totally ghetto. Beer should not be served when children are present! The adults act more like children then the children themselves!!! Fights between adults(if you want to call them that) is uncalled for. Will never go there again. Count on it!!!

Not a bad experience. Had a birthday party for my 6 year old and was over charged by $24. Brought it to the managers attention and he fixed it right away. Better to go on Mondays and Tuesdays. Not busy at all.

No more slides or tunnels... Theres no physical work to gain an experience. The games are fine, but the new pay for an amount of time thing has draw backs. If you are trying to teach kids how to prioritize spending... and theres no incentive to stick it out during a difficult game. You can just leave and start another.I guess I thought CEC had different values. If youre just looking to blow $10/kid for 30 minutes of unlimited gamingthis is the place.

I Love Chuck E Chesse

This 2 star review unfortunately goes to most patrons who let their little ones run a mock. It makes it harder and unfair to small kids and parents with small kids to enjoy the arcade. Overall experience is frustrating because some older children either hog or play to rough for the small ones.

Now it was anither section the young man could have went and started cleaning, when we were leaving its one side was still dirty THAT is where he should have been cleaning PERIODT. They Wouldnt come out to correct the situation. We had too go looking for the management. They gave us a tiny personal that they said was worth $10. Then SHE said that he ONLY tossed 1 piece away. Thats all she would do ....oh she gave us 25 . Now they have everywhere ...WHY do I need TOO lie about that!! I should have went to the West Allis its always better THERE. Dont GO THERE... THEY suck PERIODT!!!!

Its not what it used to be. Back then, the game qualities were much more exciting. Now nearly all the games are basic or underwhelming. The food is very expensive, and the ticket prizes are cheap.
