Our family has lived here for three years. It is quiet here and I feel safe. The manager is always helpful and willing to help in any way she can. We feel lucky to have found Pecan Grove and we love that we are in Greenwood School District here. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Lose water 2 too 3 times a week and the electricity at least once... but everything else is okay its pretty quiet over here where I live and I like that.

Its not bad. Just a little hard to know where to go, to reach the manager.
