Lived here many years ago. It was absolutely beautiful. Now it is a bit slack on the rules. Yards can be beautiful but too many trashy yards weeds are totally out of control. Lots of broken down cars. Needs more security guards. But beyond that its a pretty nice park.

Neighborhood is more trashy towards the back. But I have lived here a year now and have had 2 wagons stolen out of my yard. My car broken into. And a table saw stolen out of my yard. Also people dont respect your property. Kids ride through your yard on their bikes and purposefully run over your sprinklers. Just because I do not have a fence up yet does not give people the right to just use my yard as a cross through.

Im sure about 15 years ago it wss a very beautiful community but after years of carelss and lazy people its became quite ugly

Good family friendly area, seems like a happy community. Was visiting a friend but am strongly thinking about moving out of my apartment and getting my own Mobile this way

Quiet neighborhood, awesome office staff, pool rules are kinda lame but aside from that its a nice place to call home

My lawn mower was stolen last night! I tell my daughters friends mother, that lives in park too the story and she says her friends home had issues with someone tryin to break in her house at 5 in morning.... then when cops come they tell her a few homes have had issues with break ins here past week! Everyone needs to be alert... this is nice quiet place.... help keep it that way...

The park looks decent enough but upkeep definitely needs to be improved!!! I mean come on, this park is almost at full capacity most of the time, around 500+spaces. People are allowed to not keep their yards up so the weeds are Out Of Control & makes the park look bad! Those that are vacant, the area is not maintained. I have lived here several years & there is what could be a nice park for family use, but has never been cared for and is not usable. Service is not always accommodating when needed, water pressure is low, & we never know as with any properties in Midland when prices will be raised! More cons than pros!

Management is great! What needs to be worked on is that dirty laundromat room, only one washer works!

Its a nice mobile home park. Theirs not any craziness going on that I have seen. No cops running through the property and they have a nice pool area.

Drove threw there looking at lots... so many yards were scary... not wanting to live next to someone that could lose there pet cause of all the overgrown weeds and garbage

Definitely better then some of the other trailer parks around here.

Current management is great. Just follow the rules, pay your rent on time and all is fine. We have lived here 6 months and plan to stay 5 more years!!Nice quite place to live.

My Mom lived here for a few years and never had any problems. Lots are nice and reasonably priced.

Its quiet and not like you would think being that close to airport plus air show benefits..
