Ive lived here for 14 years and I really like the privacy and large lots

I have lived here for 10 years and I am content. Most of the People are friendly and the manager has been making improvements the past couple years. Management encourages all to keep theyre decks free of debri and the lots well maintained as well as the exterior of the homes clean and the blinds or curtains in good condition since it is important to keep our community as attractive as possible and I like that ... Dogs are allowed, but to be kept on a leash while outside the home and dog poop cleaned up promptly ... indoor cats are welcome too.. . The Owner rarely raises the rent and as a result of all these things, I think this is the Best Manufactured Home Community in Midland.

It is a nice park but the management is in in residents personal business that is completely unprofessional and unexcusable. She has a tendency to be overbearing and uncooperative when you try to discuss matters with her. Please understand I am not bashing I am simply telling the truth that is needed. I hope this helps.

This is a tidy mobile home park that young adults and retirees live at.

Lived there for 5yrs very nice community to live in. Bought a house only reason i moved out
