Nice clean mobile/manufactured park

Good place to live. Price on Two Bedroom and 3 Bedroom are very reasonable. Also have good modular homes now as well

So far so good. The place is clean and quiet. The house is in good condition. The management is very nice and extremely supportive and helpful. We look forward to continuing a good experience here.

This is actually the worst place I’ve ever lived. I wish I could give this place less stars. They are rude, hard to get ahold of, horrible soft skills and only care about themselves and how they can get even more money out of you. Don’t live here.

What an amazing place to call home! The owner actually really cares about his residents! Residents actually care about their community and most importantly their neighbors! I totally miss Maple Grove!!!

Absolutely love it here. Quiet. Nice lots. Mgt. Keeps roads up (winter). Very good about maintenance calls.
