Beautiful Community! I love the wooden bridge behind the clubhouse. Cheryl is very helpful and kind and the kids love saying hi to her. Overall an amazing place to live!

Its under new management. Jon disappeared after telling a senior citizen moving in that she didnt need a contract and there would be no changes. It was just affordable. Shes now going to drain her savings to stay a few months. Then what? $400.00 per month to be on the grass there? Nothing included? She now has to worry every day. Im worried about her. Commentor below says more too. All correct sadly. And its $7000.00 to move a trailer a few miles. Also the heat doesnt work in one end of the way overpriced trailer she got conned into here. I see no end to her problems here ...........sorry new management, i have to try to stick up for the weak.

We own our mobile home here, and yet our lot rent is being raised and are now being made to pay for water, trash removal, etc. They also have a new lease out with a lot of illegal rules in them, as I have been told by a lawyer, and they have not been giving any formal notices about important things happening in the park. Its sad because a lot of people in here are elderly and probably live on a fixed income. Hopefully will be able to move somewhere else soon, but apparently they are also allowed to tell you you cant sell your house if they want to.

Everything has been taken away that we had before, haven parks, bought this place from fishers.Park keeps going down hill. Some people dont care what their place looks like. Others do. but the owners dont seem to care.

I live here in the park this one of the best maybe the best kept park in Midland mi, the street is always plowed in snow season and we couldnt ask for a better park manager than Jon he always helpful and fare .simple follow the rules and you are good to go :)

I moved in a couple months ago and I love it so far. They do a fantastic job keeping it plowed in the snow!

Bug infested

I grew up here, I have alot of memories attached to this place. When I was here, it was a safe, loving community of people. 5/5 stars

Quiet, clean, friendly... A great place to have a fresh start

Great place to live, very clean, well managed and priced well.

I wrote about this park before but did not mention how great the manger and workers are 2 years ago when the park flooded Jon and staff worked tirelessly all day helping people get out of their homes, he was here all day and into the evening the next day when the waters had gone down he made himself available to help if you needed it. Provided food as no one had eletricity. Brought in botted water helped put skirting back up.With the storm yesterday again they came through for the residents trying to keep up with the snow removal to keep the streets safe plowing drives, clearing sidewalks and helping where needed not sure how early they were out yesterday but do know they were still working at 8 PM last night and was back out by 5 AM this morning..Thank you all for all that you do! Truly care about their residents!

Have lived her for a year, used to live here as a child as well. Very friendly staff and an overall wonderful neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is a payment option online or through debit/credit card just to make it easier to make payments, but its its small thing in the scheme of things, best park in midland!

I have lived at Alpine for 5 years. For the most part it has been a pleasant experience. Jon is professional fair whenever there is a dispute among us, he goes out of his way to help. No one is perfect and like family occasionally there is discord but Jon is quick to help resolve issues. Has helped on many occasions the one I am most thankful for is helping to save my dog. Eternally grateful! My dogs are my babies and he didnt hesitate to help! :-):-)

Love this place!

My husband and I lived here for a few years. Its well maintained and the people are friendly. I only ever saw a police car in the park twice (and they were at the same house) its a very safe neighborhood. Close to everything too.

I have lots of friends that love living there and it sure is easy to get to them they also have a good parking spot for extra cars.

Not to good I was promised things that was not done then found out the rent was going up because it was sold and I here water and pet fee will be going up no not a good experience at all!!

Trailers are to close together. Not much space to park. And it floods when there is rain
