They have improved the roads and as long as you are within the rules they dont mess with you

I would not recommend this place please anyone looking for a mobile home space look at reviews before you go there as soon as I walked in i was not greeted I was not ask if I could take a seat I feel like they saw my color of my skin and this lady I believe who owns the place was so rude to us she was talking to her Assistant like we were not there like she was to good for us and she had attitude I’ve never been mistreated that way in my life she made me feel bad for being Hispanic my daughter was rubbing my shoulder cause she said she felt bad for me the way the lady was talking to me and she was whispering in my ear not to get a contract with them so I told them I’m sorry but this is not gonna work out thanks for you time and I left however I called them back and was like ma’am I feel like y’all mistreated us when I was there maybe we can start over and she stopped me from talking was screaming in me ear saying we were the ones with attitude and I said ma’am do you hear yourself how your talking to me she wouldn’t let me talk she kept talking I said I let you talk ma’am can you please let me talk I have talked to a lot of people about this place and they all say the same thing about this mobile home park also when I went to see the park cause it has all these rules about animals and keeping it clean it was the whole opposite. I wish she could’ve at least not worried about our skin color and treated us more like human beings saying your not racist and acting is a whole different thing . But I am a grown woman I can at least apologize and say if I did anything to make Westgate feel like I was being mean or rude I apologize but my daughter was there and say me crying after we left and she said I wasn’t being mean it was the other people my daughter told me sorry mom for what you just went threw . I’m happy I have my kids and my husband as long as we have each other we are happy . Hope y’all can find it in your hearts to look at people as people not color

Ive lived in a couple questionable places in my travels but this place is by far the worst. Families looking for a home do not put yourself through this even if its a last resort. I HAD TO and we stayed for 2 years laying low until we could move. The managers are extremely unfriendly people and the use people at this park for their on gain. There are holes in floors big enough to fall through. No ac in alot of the units and mold everywhere especially throughout the flooring. Being called trash and liers for petty @#%& is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. These people and community needs to be investigated.

I am looking for a job in Park Management I do have 12 years experience if anyone gets a hold of the owner and they want a great manager give me the info.... everyone else go to your county obudsman and report management and owner.... Its against the law that when requested they have to give you the owner info if they dont report them......

I read the warnings and thought no way could this be. Figured Id look and put my application in.I Have Never in my life met such a rude, hateful, angry woman in my life.She all but called me a liar when I turned in my application and verified income. Apparently shes never made good money.Anyway I guess shes just a bitter angry old woman. And her assistant I truly feel sorry for and Im sure she treats her the same on a daily basis.So if you want a nice place to live dont go there. Glad I saw it first hand!

Ok place the residents are very nice N friendly

My parents went to get a space for their trailer they made an aplication went through the process and spoke to the manager all for a NO. The reason? Because my mom not only has two boys but My sister living with them and that was an issue for them which shouldnt be any of their Business ! If my sister doesnt work or goes to school its not their problem. They had already been told she was gonna work how was this a problem. Plus when i went to get info they were rude and never answer calls. IF i could give 0 stars i would.

If I could give this place a zero I would. never in my life have I met such a hateful person in my life (the owner) . This trailer park is a joke!!. They have all these rules and regulation yet their park looks like trash. I went in to file for a spot and right of the back they wanted personal bank information, forms from bank where I’m getting financed as well as social security number etc. They do a background check but everything else is unnecessary. She called me a liar and other things because of my income even tho proper documentation was provided . Two years Tax forms had to be provided for a month to month slot at the park. People don’t waste your time! At first they seem like nice people then they turn out to be racist and very judge mental

*****BEWARE****I would give zero stars if possible, these women are bigoted and hateful, when applying they asked us for information that should have never been their business. They also ask for references but never call them, I don’t believe these women had any intention to allow us a place on the land before we applied, DONT waste your time. I knew there was a reason why there were so many empty plots around the facility, it’s because THE STAFF SUCKS. I’m sure they will also invade your privacy as well if they saw fit. Their pet policy is ridiculous and it’s overkill but yet they have strays running around everywhere, it’s probably just a way to control people. I am a first time home buyer and didn’t know any better about this place, I went to a different place and got in without all this drama. If you don’t want to be let down. DO NOT APPLY HERE.

Real bad service never go to this place again

Not good experience made a deal with owner to buy trailer and when I was picking up she backed out which left me in a bind with no where to stay not happy

The managers of this place are the worst people I have met in Midland so far. Rented a couple of truck parking spaces, and we parked them on the grass / loose dirt. Then the forecast calls for a whole week of rain, and there would be no chance of getting the trucks off the lot if it rains. So we go on a Sunday evening, and park them in an area where no one has parked for a week already, thinking well be able to work something out in case someone had planned to use the area in the next couple of days. Then the next morning they call me and tell me to take my money back, and get our trucks off the yard. No questions, no chance to arrange anything. Very ridiculous. They are fortunate to have a business thats in high demand right now, and then they treat their customers like crap. This isnt the first time I noticed it, but its the most annoying.

Here we are in 2018 and discrimination is still on going. The worst experience as a first time home buyer. Denied for no legitimate reason at the last minute. Stay away save your time and good vibes from this negativity. As the economy grows mobile lots become scarce. They have asked for documents unnecessary to a monthly rental agreement and refuse to return our bank documents along with sensitive paperwork. This has got to come to a stop.

Wow. So you label people oilfield trash???!!! Guess what??!! Thats your income these days being in midland Texas. How moronic to say such things to someone who is working their ass off to help bring the market back and feed their family. I got a huge following in our coach club and can bet word shall spread of the ignorance and racism I seen. So next time you pump gas/diese, remember the trash you referred to helped put that fuel in your tank idiots.

Does anyone here knows how to get a hold of the owner from westgate ? I really need to talk to someone other than Susanne or her secretary they kept all my furniture, clothes and practically left me and my kids on the street . I owed 3 months of rent and she had given me time to pay and once I had the money together her people said susanne had left a msg for me saying to ust save my money and get another home to live in, I got an apartment and move out I had all my services still connected at the Mobil home so I started moving little stuff to my new place since I didnt have a truck to move everything at once so to make it short I finally got a friend to help move everything, I showed up and my stuff was gone, the neighbor had my smoker on his patio and he told me susanne had given it it to him and that same day she got her maintenance people load everything and haul it off,,, I been calling her and writing notes saying I need my stuff and she hasnt even try to talk to me about this matter . I understand I owed her but she didnt want to take the rent money when I had it together and my stuff was worth 10x more than that

So I called this place and asked if they had any spots available and they said yes. The lady that answered the phone asked me if I had any pets and I said yes but hes a little dog and she said oh well we dont do pets. Like come on lady hes little he aint going to hurt anybody. Dont waste your time in calling its so ridiculous!!
