Its quiet and a family friendly park. I enjoy living here. Neighbors seem to keep to themselves but wave when they go by. Only thing is there are no amenities here.

My parents have lived here for 25 years. In the past five years they complained about new policies from the new management that they felt targeted them specifically, which made them feel unsafe - but they love their neighbors very much. I dont know if management has harassed them, but I do know theyve failed in customer satisfaction if my parents suddenly feel threatened. The park looks neat and clean and all the residents seem friendly.

Nice and quiet place that is tucked away from traffic. Larger lot sizes unlike most places like it. You dont feel crowded in like most places like it. This makes a nice appearance too. Unfortunately, not a lot of amenities to brag about.

Nice really clean trailer park!! Almost looks like a housing addition its so clean and kept up!!

Basic mobile homes

Seems kind of unkept. Its diffenetly not an HOA. The area is quiet.

They discriminate against young couples. Although we needed a place to live and where more than happy to buy the trailer and live their and pay our lot rent and utilities they still denied us. They also did the same thing to another young couple a few months back. So do not apply here if you are under the age of 55 because although they dont advertise they will deny you because they dont want young families to live there.
