Very peaceful, nice staff, we enjoyed our stay for a week. Wouldnt mind coming back, we enjoyed this place. The dog area was clean and kept nice, maintenance does a superb job.

I went to visit my boyfriend and his family, felt so welcomed by all the wonderful folks that live there. Heated pool and spa, very nice.

Great people loads of activities to choose from. nice park amenities. We live pool and hot tub. weekly dinners and dances if you want to participate. Adina the office organizer is very efficient in her job and the recreation activity planner is well liked by the residents. Park going thru some changes.Laundry room definitely needs an overhaul and weeds on some lots need removing to give a higher rating for appearances of the park. We have met very friendly people here and we like the fact we are close to stores that we can walk or bicycle to.

This place is trash the people who live in here are moatly drunks or drunks seriously dont move here.

3 owners in 2 years..3 management companies...4 managers...3 maintenance men all in same time frame...management caters to snowbirds..full time residents are treated badly and ignored..

Nice friendly residents, grounds are kept neat and clean, always something to keep you busy. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful place with lots of amenities

The WiFi is a waste of the Parks money. A suggestion would be to do away with the present system and have a good system available at the clubhouse at least. Except for this we have had a very pleasant stay and have already reserved a spot for next year.

This is the nicest park for the price in East Valley!!

I have a big issue with the property manager Stephanie Keil regarding the terrible louder noice of humming and buzzing from an older electric transformer that is behind my bedroom that keeps me awake at night and made me feel so miserable, each time I was in the office the manager seemed extremely bothered to have to talk to me, she is very rude and useless to help me shrugging in response to my questions and generally giving me the impression I was totally unwelcome in the office. She has terrible customer service and deceitful business tactics. She doesnt care to help the tenant. The laundry room has 5 machines that are not working for more than 3 weeks and they still not being fix. I have been here for three months and Im having the worst experience of my life!I strongly urge future renters to Stay Away Very Poor Management!!

Great folks here! My husbands band...Exit 40...played here and they were so appreciative...we had a blast!!

My mother loved her time at this park until she could no longer return due to health issues. Do not trust the owners or management they say the understand but it is all about the mighty dollar. My mom was an exploratory citizen until we wanted her to understand she could not returnMore than 20 years.We did not want to take away her self determination that has served her for more than 80 years. We hoped before the doctors would take it away she would see she should stay close to loved ones. .Management and the owners wanted to slam her on the rules which she no longer comprehend due to her mental state. It all boils down down to money. Her fees were paid but the family did not want to sell until she was ready to sell. Our loved ones still need respect, trust and the feeling we are taking all decisions away from them. We want to give her self respect something management could not understand.

Avoid this place pool mostly closed after snow birds leave, front desk lady rude, new management raised rent 25 $ right of bat,,new maintaence person every few months,snowbirds make excessive noise nothing done about that, they care nothing of yr rounders only snowbirds as of august 2019 great new lady in office,great new maintance man pool allways open clean give credit were do good job

Nice size park, not too big nor too small. Many planned events to be part of. Great staff. This park is set back from Main Street. There are several store close by.

Not the biggest RV resort has the basics heated pool shuffleboard horseshoes and pickleball

This is an awful place, office staff brutal, if you ask them anything it,s like your a pain. Permanent residents incredibly clicky, don,t seem to like the seasonal folks. Have a loud electrical box on our site which buzzes all night, can,t be healthy. That comment from Bill Emery says it all. There is an unapologetic hate for Canadians at this place. Its a terrible vibe. Won,t be back EVER

The management company of this property, Tricon Lifestyles, are very unorganized, poor communicators. It was painful to make a simple reservation for a month, and ended up not getting it right. Springhaven is NOT, an RV Resort. It is an older park model community, with very old units and rvs. Springhaven is a rules driven park. Dont park on the street in front of your unit, the manager will have your auto towed. There are alot of dogs barking excessively. To the west end of the park, there is a low income apartmentry complex, very noisy, and they throw things into the park, hitting your rig, and car. I will not stay ahain, or would I recommend!

The front gate has malfunctioned several times in one week. There are No managers, just one office person who works part time, and one maintenance guy are all the staff there is. What few people, that are still here, are not welcoming and dont even wave. Wouldnt recommend this park to anyone.
