Bethany the community manager has been very easy to work with. She is kind and all around awesome. One of the best community managers I have come across.

Theres a dog run completely fenced in, right next to a play ground in a huge open area. The dog run/park is fantastic for wearing out the dogs. Other then that its a nice semi quiet place to call your home. If I could afford a mobile home there Id snatch it up in a heartbeat. But until then Ill just have to continue visiting my very close friend that is living in Aspenwood Mobile Home Park.

Just moved in a couple months ago but so far everything is good. The neighbors are all nice and helpful and the staff was also very good. They just sold the property so hopefully nothing will change. The lot rents are low especially for a all ages park. They are also pet friendly. So far a great place to live.

A very friendly and family park, the grounds are always clean and the neighbors really watch out for each other.

Going to be moving in to this park on the 1st of Nov. and have been driving around in the park, since mid Oct., to see how it is. The only bulk or as some would call, trash, that I have seen is nothing more than construction going on at that space or they were moving in or out. Other than that the people are nice the management seems to know what is going on in the park and that is a big plus.So for what it is worth not living there yet the eye and ear tests say it is a good place to live.The ear test was from a number of residents that I talked to for a bit or just said Hi and was acknowledged with a Hi or Good Morning, Friendly people.Michael D. Very messy and not a place I would want to live.

This trailer park used to be pretty nice as far as trailer parks go. But over the last couple of years it has slowly gotten more run down. A lot of the trailers here have trash and bulk items sitting in their front yards or car ports. Its starting to look a bit trashy and fit the age old stereotype unfortunately. If people who live here would clean it up a little more the whole place would look better. But I will say that the managment here is decent and the security lady is very kind. Firm but fair. As long as you follow the rules here, its all good.
