Lived here for several years, was given two days to read their rule book before signing. No one follows their rules.Was promised by enrique that the fixes to the house would happen after the house settled a couple months. Well he lost his job due and i spoke to the new manager eric and sent him a email claiming everything. We have also had the older maintenence guy in twice to write up a report on the same exact things and absolutely NOTHING happened. 1st relevel of my home costed me 9k to get the underneath of my house updated seeing they didnt put the right support under it as they are doing with the new homes which caused the cracking i complained about. Had to replace my sink bc also bc they couldnt fix the leak that was their since day 1.unless u were grandfathered in you cant have things others have on their lot. People have loud muffler car that rattles my house windows or the basketball kids that bought their own hoop and yell profanities with cars burning up down the neighborhood keeps my 2 yr old awake at odd hours. And here we are during a pandemic and we get another raise in lot rent. We looned up the history prior to buying it was like 10.00 range and now it is triple then that. The best thing our area had was laura even though she had limited power she was awesome and of course they got rid of her. We havent had a meeting about things that need to be done since b4 covid so i dont know how they are fixing or repairing things. So all in all no i will never advise anyone to live here they lie to make a buck and i hope everyone here calls the bbb for their fakeness.

I have lived here for about 7-8yrs. In that time they have gone through 5 or 6 managers. Make sure if you get an agreement on something you get it in writing with a signature!! Ive seen people who got a managers approval (i.e. for a carport), and a new manager comes and makes the remove it.They raise the rent consistantly every year. During the Covid19 pandemic, we lost nearly all of the amenities. They should have given a rent break, but they raised the rent again!!They are unhelpful, unresponsive, and so interested in what the company wants/thinks that they have little concern for the tenants.

Good price for lot rent. Streets cleaned regularly. Quiet.

The choices of home styles and furnishings are nice. The park is in transition so theres a mixture of new and old homes in the area...some not so well kept.

Nice community safe environment

We have lived here for a month now and I cannot say enough good things about this place. Very Clean! Safe gated community. Neighbors are very friendly. Has a pool, rec room, work out room and zumba classes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to grocery and shopping but still very quiet. So glad that we chose here to make our forever home.

Dont know anything about it

I dont live there, but take my friend home from work sometimes if its late late at night. Its security gated. Seems peaceful, and sometimes we stand outside her house- her husband & son sleeping, and security is REAL- drive by and wave as they know my friend. Good peace of mind!

Very clean park with lot rent significantly lower than in their mobile home that they manage in Tempe. They are really enforcing the codes of painting the sheds the same color as the trailer and where fences are located

I live here. Just moved last month. Great community and very quiet.

Come find out yourselves. This place is unbelievable! Dont wait but if you do. Its worth it.

Good little yard sale in sierra estates this morning. Got baby bibs & receiving blankets fot .25 cents each!

I love our community. Once inside complex u will find happy kids, loving pets and great neighbor. As far as handicap acceptable depending what u need it can work. The basketball court if in. w/c u can go down ramp but wont get back out alone. They have a nice grass field for kids and dogs but it has two entrance to go down and both are steps. No wheelchair no problem. And lastly the office doors are very heavy and need a push door open button. So a little restrictive in that dept. All the rest is great!

Sierra Estates used to be a family park you could feel comfortable in. Ken and Kat were amazingAs we enter into the 7 th manager; the complete lack of integrity is showing. Get it in writing!! The park doesnt feel safe anymore

Rent the lot, been here 3 years, rent has increased every year. Pool is closed 40% of the time. Water is shut off at least once a month.

It is a park. But people are friendly

I feel it is a terrible place to raise children. Gangs run free. Bullies are created. Your children cant be safe in this environment.

Went to a community yard sale here, nice looking community. Nice people. One downvote for locked exits with no signs up anywhere to inform about them. Had to see the lock and chain to realize what the situation was and turn around to look for an open exit.

Trailer houses are nice and kept up with some exception but mostly taken good care of

Quiet community some kids are rude even when their parents are around.

I hate living here. If I had the money to move I would in a heartbeat . When I first moved here almost 5 years ago, it wasnt bad. There was a lot of problems with my home ( they never fixed) but the community wasnt bad. Management was kind and as long as you werent a nuisance they left you alone. Now... Water is constantly being shut off with little to no notice, they are so strict, theres one lady with blonde hair that works in the office, shes a sweetheart, but I feel like we cant even enjoy our living here. they up the lot rent every year! Management is rude! I havent meet the new one yet. But the one before this one... Yelled at me for my daughters wagon being outside while she was playing in it... We are a FAMILY COMMUNITY!! I sure hope these things change because I 100% regret moving here. Too expensive, too much headache.

B-E-A-utiful place.

Its full of drug addicts. Whether its the adults or the children, each home seems to be the resident of at least one addict.

Management lets Tow trucks that are not even Registered with the DOT much less a contract and lets them take random vehicles. If you are a guest to this place after dark make sure you have a parking space!

BEST Community by far! Love all the Halloween Parties-Christmas Party-love how everyone gets together and helps eachother out!!!
