Visiting a friend. Took special notice to the Entire Park!! Very Nicely Groomed!! Every home & Every yard, whether desert landscaped, painted rocks & stones or modest yard art, VERY NICE. Any neighbors who may have been in their yard, driving by or sitting on their porch, were friendly & waved or said hello. It was a good feeling.

Basic inexpensive mobile home park . Friendly people over rule the bad . Not to sure about how crime is but that is anywhere.
