Do not rent from Green Acres RV Park. The manager here changes the codes to the restrooms when ever she wants to. She has a very sellected few that she gives the new codes too. So, if u stay here and wish to use the showers or bathroom. You will have to Kiss her butte real nice. I guess I didnt

Stayed 5 days. Was fast and easy to check in. The park is kept very clean and in excellent condition. The pool, although small, appears to be in good condition. Nice laundry room. There are 2 bathroom showers. The commuter rail is right there. Supermarket is across the street. Walgreens is nextdoor.

Beware of Treehouse. If possible they will take ur home!!1 A few people I know had this happen to them. They were going to be a couple days late on rent. Which is 550.00. Plus electric. They called management, 5 days prior to the 1st of the month. On the 2nd. The police were there and telling them, they could only take there personal belongings!! I had also stayed there before these individuals did. I witnessed many unique things. Manager was up all hours of the night. Walking a dog. I work at night and from my rig. It was my misfortune to witness soemthing i shouldnt have. Manager was not pleased. After that, she would come and knock on my rig. Thedoor, the windows, you name hit, she hit it. It got so bad, i forfitted my rent and pulled out!! Please, Please stay clear of GreenAcres RV park and do not, I REPEAT DO NOT, do business with Tree House.

They were racist against any RVs older than 7 years old! They said my RV was too old to stay at their establishment. The lady that I spoke to asked how long I would need to stay. When she found out we were only staying for a few days she said we could stay. But she then made a lovely comment saying what harm could we cause for only a few days!! We will never stay again. Next time I will do my homework and find a more friendly place!!!

Very clean and quiet! I was really worried to stay here after reading some older negative reviews. But with most places being 55+ we were limited. Pulling up to Green acres I saw the front sign and first few trailers look a bit run down however our space in the back was large and around other really nice travel trailers. We had more than enough room to park our two vehicles along side too. I was really surprised by how well run and clean everything was. I saw the staff raking the rocks and blowing leaves to keep property tidy. The pool and hot tub area were very well maintained also. My favorite part about staying here was that it was SO Quiet! Trailers are pretty packed in and yet we never heard anyone talking or making noise. No dog noise either. It was a really great experience and we will definitely stay here again as long as they continue to allow a child and dogs. It’s centrally located as well. 5 stars. Well deserved. Thank you to the staff.

I stayed here in early November and enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff and the park is really clean. Per some of the other reviews it is not in the best area but it’s not as bad as some say. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter and grandkids. The physical location is very centrally located to the surrounding area. If your looking for a 5 star resort you will be disappointed but for a place to stay for a few days or several months it is a very good place to stay.

Our stay at Green Acres was a very positive experience. Definitely this park deserves a 5 star rating. The park is clean and well maintained. Its location is also very convenient. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Green Acres before and appreciate the improvements that have been made. We look forward to many more years of staying at Green Acres while in Arizona for spring baseball.

Place is centrally located, but the homeless are always around, there was a shooting at Zs liquor store last week, its getting worse. THE most negative thing in Green acre RV park is an employee there that has no people skills and is not nice at all tot he tenants, seems to always be defensive. my and others opinion that have stayed there, not getting any better.

Horrible experience. We had to leave early due to getting a job elsewhere. The manager kept our electric deposit because we left early. Electric deposit!! The manager claimed she could keep it because we did not stay 2 months. When I spoke to her about it she hung up on me. She would not put me in contact with the owner. She was a very rude, disrespectful woman. The area was not very nice either. There were police helicopters surrounding the area often. We would not go back again.

The lady was decent, but the guy freaked out my 4 year old son (and myself) and I didnt feel safe staying the night. Rudest person Ive met in a while, and I work in customer service. Also, there is a homeless population in the area. Add to that you can get a hotel room for a few bucks more a night. Save yourself the time and move on!

Complained about a neighbor and his dog for At least 6 months and nothing was really taken care of. Finally that dog bit someone and attacked another dog. I helped harness that dog and put it back in the owners house. I was covered in blood. 2 days later I confronted the property manager about the citation. She ememediatley started raising her voice and being rude to me. Ive lived here for about a year and a half never late on bills. Ive even prevented some crime. I personally would love this RV park if it had a better property manager named Pam.P.S. Since the property manager wont give the owners name to the property I thought Id help you all out. His name is Harold Eugene Marshall.

My wife and I stayed here for just under two months right before our wedding. We found everything with this park to be pretty great. Pam and Lee were both wonderfully nice and accommodating. The WiFi was a bit tricky sometimes, but a quick call to Pam in the office always fixed the problem immediately, and I dont feel it was enough of a problem to knock them down to n only 4 stars. If we need RV accommodations in the Valley area again, we will certainly hope to find an open spot here.

For an RV park off of two major boulevards, we found Green Acres to be very nice. Its nothing to look at, with almost no vegetation, but thats consistent with the desert area. All the sites have a concrete patio and well-kept gravel pads.Helpful park assistant Lee started the trip off on a good note by helping me back a very large rig (37 plus a dual-cab pickup tow vehicle) . We used every inch of space to get in but - what seemed almost impossible - we got it first try.Bathrooms are very clean. Pool is small but looks nice (havent used yet). This is also one of the first places weve visited that actually loans you a cable box so you can decode the otherwise useless modern cable signal. Just need a credit card to guarantee you will return the items.

This RV park discriminates against dogs. Be aware of that and choose to stay somewhere else.It is very unfortunate when this happens but it does. We have travelled all around the US for over 14 months with our two dogs and have never had an issue. They are Pit Bulls and apparently many people feel that they are less than real dogs even though they are better behaved than most Labs we have met.I let the woman on the phone know that they are considered Pits even though they arent full bread. She immediately hesitated about letting us stay there and finally said we were not welcome.I do not recommend staying at this park even if you dont have any dogs since it is operated by such closed minded people.

When I gave my last description of my experience, at Green Acres.... it was removed, they keep their 3 stars by blocking the truth ( without obsenities), but Pam can say.... anything and everything she wants)). The Horrible manager (Pam) lies, she talks down about guests, and what is still in the reviews, about her outrageous behaviors, is true. Just stay at Green Acres, try them out for your self, write a review and they will remove it, so they can and try to keep their 3 stars......they should have a zero rating. Pam calls People: stupid, ignorant, crazy, a pain- in-her-ass, she makes comments about other peoples sexual preferences, she will tell you are creepy... to your face and will lie others ...ask the current guests. She tells people no childern and then lets People move into the park with childern. She will tell people small dogs only, and then let big dogs into the park. She picks and chooses who she likes and doesnt. Pam .....some day your lies will caught up with you.

Not the prettiest of places..everyone staffed in like Sardines.. cant have blinds open, rvs parked in all sorts of directions so you may have 4 rvs pointed at your window. But there is a small pool ro rake reprieve from the stifling Arizona heat! I have stayed at worse so this one is acceptable for a week or 2.

Rude owners and staff. Wifi does not work. They say it does, which is a lie. Area is ghetto with homeless people walking in and sleeping after office hours. Same people own Apache Palms in Tempe. Wifi doesnt work there either. Just a glorified parking lot in the ghetto. Good for short stays. Not a nice place to walk around or enjoy. Good Sam shouldnt associate themselves with either park. I have no beef with the staff, per se, but I cant stand seeing fellow RV folks getting ripped off by greedy, misleading owners. Avoid Apache Palms and Green Acres. Give your money to someone who is willing to earn it.

Pam the manager needs to find a career that doesnt involve customer service, however lee is an extraordinary nice man. I would give this tv park 5 stars in a heartbeat if Pam did not work there she is a liar and a terrible person. They also claim they have wifi which is as a factual statement is true but if you need to use it as a business tool and actually download something other than a poem with no pictures it is absolutely useless, but Pam says it works fine and if you speak to any other residents you will find she is wrong.

Its okay if you just want a place to park, no activities. Its in a questionable area, but close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. We found the park to be clean, has a small pool, laundry and was quiet at night. It is a very old park, with a lot of very old trailers, which appear to be full time homes. There was only a couple newer transit RVs during our 2 week stay. I thought the employees were friendly, but unable to actually effect my complaints. Dont stay at Green Acres if internet is important, its down more than its working. Our cable was fuzzy, the handy man came right to our lot, put a new end on the cable, in an attempt to improve our reception. It didnt help us, theres always a chance its our problem. Our cable did work okay last time we had cable available, but thats been a while. Also the fuzz was considerably less on some of the higher numbered channels. This didnt bother us as much as the internet did. Other than news theres nothing on TV anyway. We were able to use the antenna for news. Theres several very clear local channels available using the RVs antenna. Over all I would call the park okay, we did expect some activities, but that was our fault for not checking, they didnt advertise activities. They do advertise internet, which is not at all reliable . Also be aware that there is a 2 WEEK CANCELLATION CLAUSE. I assume thats because some people show up see the place, and want to leave. If you just want an inexpensive, quiet place to stay for a few days this place is fine, give it a chance.
