We went there to look at a mobile home that was for sale. We got there after dark but just thought that we would look at the outside. A man came flying at us in his vehicle and SUV and asked us what the h*** we were doing! I explained to him that I was just looking for a MH that I saw for sale on the Internet. He said weve been having a lot of trouble here a lot of things coming in now and disappearing from mobile home sites!. I told him thats all I needed to know Ill never move here!

Nice place but the parking is not all that great. If your looking for a great overall place to live with reasonable prices stop here!¡!

UPDATED: PARK MANAGER AND REST OF STAFF MAINTAIN THIS PARK TO A HIGH LEVEL OF SATISFACTION AND CORONA VIRUS MANDATES ARE ALL FOLLOWED. BETWEEN THE CLUB HOUSE, POOL, LAUNDRY ROOM AND THE FLAG OF THE U.S.A. TO PLEDGE EVERY DAY TO, I SAY AS A NON RESIDENT (FREQUENT GUEST AS MY DISABLED AUNT RESIDES HERE) I BELIEVE THIS IS ONE OF THE TOP 20 MODULAR HOME PARKS IN THE VALLEU TO RESIDE IN. WHICH IS SAYING ALOT CONSIDERING THE QUANTITY OF OPTIONS HERE IN MARICOPA COUNTY.

Great place to call home for the winter months !!

This is our 2nd winter here and love it. Cheryl the manager is always there for your needs and is pleasant all the time. There are new owners and we look forward to have them. Living at Mesa Village is our dream come true.

We have been at Mesa Village since December and love this park, the staff and the residents. In the short amount of time we have been here, we have developed friendships that we will cherish for life. We plan on being back next winter.

Nice well kept stable park in central Mesa.

Lived in this park for over 2 years. Your experience may vary. If you like to gossip and be gossiped about, you will love it here. If you like to change yourself in order to be part of exclusive little groups of gossipy people, you might like it here. If you are over 60 and have nothing better to do then to gossip about your neighbors, youll probably like it here. I think you get the point. If you chose not to belong to these groups, or if you are still working for a living and dont have the time, you will be treated as an outsider regardless of how long you have lived here. Since most people act like lemmings and just follow the crowd, most people will probably like this park. If, however, you have an ounce of intelligence, this park will likely NOT be a good fit for you.

Very clean well kept up Facility

May go through it managers like underwear they treat you like crap when you get there the only good thing about the place is the maintenance guy hes nice and friendly and does good work I would not recommend living there they will try to sell your place out from under you or tell you you have to move it
