My daughter and I moved in August 1, 2020. The place is beautiful. The grounds are kept clean. The people in the neighborhood are very friendly and made me feel very welcomeThe pools are very in inviting. Management is on spotThis is the place to be. I’m glad I moved here

Love this park. Clean and full of things to do.

Just moved my mama in here, love the staff here, park is clean and quiet, and the staff at treehouse corporate office are amazing..Debbie is an angel..Louise and Joy are awesome and accommodating and on top of everything! Bought my mom a cute mobile home for a reasonable price..and my mom is so happy!!! the community here is quiet and clean and theres a dog park my mom loves that...2 pools and 2 hot tubs, fitness center, library and a pool table room with tons of tables..did I mention BBQ grills? very content with my decision to move my mom in to park haven. Her forever home...

When they sold me my travel trailer for $500 as is, they rushed me through which caused me to miss the extensive damage. Knowing my credit score and my income from my job, sold it to me anyway. I was told that living on the south side of the park I had to pay my electric with my lot rent. They didnt tell me that I would be paying anywhere from a month and a half to two months at a time. This got very expensive which kept me from the repairs. Black mold, shaky electrical system, rottin plumbing issues. I lost my home before my first year there. They lost my title I had signed and sold it to Mexico. Im 61 and homeless currently. My advice is not to buy or live there. If you are old and poor they will find a way to get rid of you. If you are well off they will rip you off.

We have new management, they are awesome. New owners too. The park is gorgeous. Pools and hot tubs are open 24/7. Thats one of the reasons why most of us moved here. Its fantastic. New residence are friendly and fun. We miss our Canadian friends. Ive lived here 8 years and absolutely LOVE this park.

Friendly people friendly manager clean quite park

I only drove through the othet night because I was needing a moment to myself for a couple minutes. Found the park very quiet and peaceful. Not sure if thats how it is during the day but i got my quiet moment to myself

Peaceful resolution to retirement

I really feel leaving is best for me and my cats. They are required to be leashed. Or Im evicted. When can more then likely next year were gone

Older mobile home and RV park. Its very clean and a good price. We were not interested in the large RV Resorts with all the fluff. This was a good choice.

My biggest complaints are the Miles Roach Motel and not being able to contact someone after hours. The other is I would like better security when it comes to both keeping the rif raf out and feeling more secure. Otherwise I would have given this park a 5 instead of a 4. Aside from my compaints, I am happy living here.

Park Haven just keeps improving, definitely better managed than our first visits in 2005 and2006; and 2008 and 2009. Highly recommend to our friends.

My male friend lives here. Old utility poles with lots of electrical things on them. Looks awful and he gets bad reception on his phone all the time. People from off the street always coming around and the office staff doesnt treat the year round residents that live here as nice as they treat the vacationing snowbirds. His always getting orders from the office to stick more money into his place like this park is high end or something. Its not. Its actually pretty crappy here. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

We are on our third year as year round residents. We have seen many positive improvements and enjoy the park. New paved streets, new managers, nice laundry rooms and very friendly staff and residents. The space rent is very affordable we are very pleased!

My parents let Rob sell my grandmothers house and he wont give them a copy of paperwork and havent seen the money yet oh and let me add he wont give her corporates phone number where the check was sent to for them to send us our part ...........i dont know what to think Im beginging to think he stole our money from the sale of my grandmothers house. But I hired an attorney today so tomorrow will tell all.

Very reasonable rates

Park Place has been upgraded since we stayed in 2012. The streets have been repaved and the pools have been resurfaced and upgraded. We were very pleased with our stay, the residents were especially friendly making our stay enjoyable.

Ive lived here since Feb 2008 and its been very pleasent. I just wish the park was gated to keep the low lifes out of here at night
