I called to ask about a property for my parents and get some questions about the park and there amenities. What I got was the Manager Gal that was down right rude and unpleasant to speak with. She was so unprofessional that I will be looking elsewhere for my parents. But let me make sure to address the UNPROFESSIONALISM and RUDNESS of this women. Noone should speak to another in such a tone.

We just move in about 6 months. We told to paint our home. Nothing wrong with it. We been here for 4 years . It was a 55 + park. And then new manager told over and it was not a 55+ park anymore. Thing got worse. All kind people were let in . Ground rent go up every year. People moving out . I bought this place for my for ever home. Now I want to move some place that wont drain my bank account. My husband had to back to work. We cant keep up with the bills. My place is paid out, the ground is killing us. We are supposed to be retried and enjoy our self. Not thinking about money problems all the time.

My son goes here first year. So far so good.

Too many derelict trailers

O live here, nice retirement community with most amenities. The 20 plus dollar raise in rent every year runs off too many people.

Friendly, clean, pool and hot tub well maintained, clubhouse, craft room, exercise equipment all very well maintained. President a pleasure to talk with.
