This is a very nice and quiet 55. Plus community.The staff is nice and express. sincere interest on keeping the community a safe and quite place to live

This place is just as I imagined. Nice and quite and the people are very friendly. I know Im going to enjoy my stay here!

Love my new place! Had a few obstacles during the move in, however they were handle very professionally and quickly.This is a clean and quiet park, all winter visitors have left for the summer.The few neighbors I have met are very friendly and kind.I tried to use the BBQ on Monday, but the gas was not working, if someone would get this corrected that would be wonderful. It’s nice out at night I’d like to have dinner on the patio with friends.Looking forward to what this new year brings!

Alma Gardens is a delightful community in the heart of Mesa. AG is located near EVERYTHING! The park is well-maintained and clean with responsive staff who make sure the clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard and pool area are in good working order. The streets were recently re-paved with plenty of notice to residents. When older homes are abandoned, they are removed and not allowed to fall into disrepair, until new ones are moved in. This is a neighborly community which made me feel welcome the moment I moved in! Perhaps, most importantly, I feel safe in this well-lit community.

Very nice clean park lots of trailers for sale, management was nice, pleasant to deal with and very helpful when making application for park, bought an existing trailer from private owner got a good deal, senior park not a lot of traffic, feel that my privacy and security here is good and respected and that works both ways be respectful of others

I found that moving in was very easy, staff was very helpful on imformation for me and very helpful on how to get all my utilities and electric hooked up with SRP. They gave me a list of people to contact if I had any problems that needed to be addressed. Thank you Alma Gardens Staff for helping me with my move in. Very nice and quiet here no problems at all, I would recommend them very highly.

Good service, Especially Stephanie, she always returned my calls and help me with everything that I need with the process, and now we’re living in a great place!

Its a nice quit 55+ community. Havent met neighbors yet and alot of snowbirds live here so there gone for the summer. And liven on Easy St is awsome.

Tried to purchase a mobile home here without luck. Management cant get the application process to me. Very frustrating .

Beautiful older park with affordable prices. Very friendly neighbors and a heated pool.
