Would give more than 5 stars if I could, the best place for an escape! The staff is friendly and informative, the decor is authentic and the room we did was pretty historically accurate. We will be back for sure! It was a great way to spend a Saturday night. We have been to a couple different places, but after finding this gem we wont escape any place else. Highly recommend whether it is your first time or your 100th.

Always trying to find new things to do with my boys. I have always wanted to do escape rooms with them, but I thought they were too little. In the last two weeks we have done three rooms and managed to escape! My boys are 12, 10, and 5. The rooms we have done The Heist, Esacape Storyworld, and Shipwrecked were all kid friendly. The game masters are so fun to take with outside of a game. Always a good time at both location. Worth the money.

Highly recommend CSI: HOMICIDE Case Reopened! This was the first time at Escape Room Entertainment (West Melbourne location), but not our first Rodeo! The staff was great and even though we had to ask for a clue (grrrrr), we were back on track and ESCAPED with minutes to spare!! Jessica made us feel welcome and I was very impressed with all the extra CoVid-19 precautions and measures taken. I’m kicking myself for not joining my family in doing THE UNDEAD-A Zombie Invasion afterwards...they loved the challenge! Will definitely come back to do more!

Next we stopped at Escape Room Entertainment in West Melbourne we did the Mafia Takedown & The Undead . I would have to say I really enjoyed both rooms I thought the thememing was original and some of the puzzles were very cool. I would come back to do the other rooms here.

First time going did the ship wreck with 4 other people and it was an amazing experience. Certainly something worth doing again with friends! The staff was very friendly and welcoming to new comers! The tricks / puzzles were great it had us thinking the entire time, this definitely is a great group activity. We will be trying this again with friends at their other locations and looking forward to the challenges they pose with their other themes. You want to do this at least once youll get hooked quickly

My wife, daughter & I did the escape room. We had a blast. I was not sure how we like it but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Im sure they got a good belly laugh from us while we were trying to escape. Great time! I highly recommend it!

We had a great time with Drew. We booked the CSI room to celebrate a birthday. It was a great decision. They start off with a safety/ informational briefing. You are allowed 3 clues and we did end up using them all. This is one of their harder rooms but we escaped with 3 minutes to spare! I definitely recommend giving this spot a chance.

The second one we did was the mob one, that was a lot of fun. We had a small group of four and we got out with like 2 minutes to go!!! I want to try shipwrecked, cant wait to go back!

This was a different escape room then we went to last year, but I really enjoyed this one. The Mafia takedown was very challenging but it was a lot of fun to attempt to figure out! The staff was very nice and very helpful to us!

Love this place. Just set the record for the new Mafia escape room! Drew was our guide at the West Melbourne location, and he was excellent. Some of the best rooms Ive been to. You wont be disappointed​!

This place is a lot of fun and the staff are super friendly. We did Shipwrecked last Tuesday (2/26) and it was lots of fun. Challenging but not to difficult. We want to go back and do the new room Mafia Takedown. Cant wait to try that one out.

I thought youd have to be REALLY smart to enjoy one of these, but we went in a group of three and it was amazing. Not too mention hilarious if you go with the right people. Definitely on my to do list, to do all of the rooms!

3 great locations spread across the brevard area; and a wide range of games with varying degrees of difficulty suited to all levels. If you havent tried a game you definetly should give this one. Also a great activity for team building or just a group of friends to spend time together.

Ran the new Mafia room, and it was great fun, puzzles felt quite fresh, and timely assistance when we needed it. Have done several rooms ar this location, and have been good.

You have to check out Escape Zone. Look around for coupons because it can be a bit pricey.Its a race against the clock to solve clues to Escape the room. This is a great team building exercise. The staff is friendly and helpful.Highly recommend as an icebreaker for a first date. You really do have to work together in order to successfully escape.

If I could rate this place a negative I would. I cant believe this cost more than any other escape game and was exponentially worse. So disorganized, linear, and vague. I am sick with myself and how much I paid for my group to do this.. but yeah the staff was nice.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Theres are many other companies that offer escape game rooms that are enjoyable.

Each room is a unique experience designed to build creative thinking skills and teamwork while having fun. Staff was friendly and if you ask for a hint its not obvious, still pushing you discover the clue on your own! Great family outing that is both challenging and fun!

Had an absolute blast here! We did the Undead Room and it was incredibly challenging, which our group thoroughly enjoyed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and you can tell they enjoy their job. I am definitely going to come all the way back from Port St. Lucie to try the other rooms!

Yo, this was amazing! Quick service, friendly staff, and very challenging! I did the diamond heist. It was better than expected. Even my nonchalant boyfriend had a good time. Only complaint, I was completely lost and had no idea how to begin. No pics are allowed to be taken in the rooms and cell phones must be in silent, Just a heads up!

Fun and entertaining for a group of up to 8. Puzzles are challenging, I just wish these adventures went through more than one room. Staff was very friendly and they take a group photo for you after. Parking could be better.

We experienced the shipwreck,we went with a group of four people and were able to beat the clock. Given the fact that we had no idea what we were getting into we learned shortly after that is was worth it! Very challenging but with the right people and the help of the clues and lovely staff its a breeze... well sort of. No words to describe the awesomeness of this place! The staff was just wonderful. They really made the experience very enjoyable and we will be back to unlock the mystery of the other experiences!!

Wasnt sure what to expect, but we had a blast!! The Diamond Heist room was challenging and exciting. The staff was awesome and very friendly. We went with some friends (recommended, since youll be grouped with strangers otherwise). Well be back to try some of the other rooms.

The Escape Room in Melbourne is great. Ive done most of the rooms, and they all present unique challenges that your group will love. I recommended doing it with a large group of friends, since its more fun when you know everyone in the room.

This was a tremendous amount of fun, and its the first of its kind in the area! We plan to go back and do the other two rooms over time! The owners were very nice and friendly. The prices are definitely reasonable, and the room was challenging, but not impossible...challenging enough to keep it interesting.

Ive been twice and both times were super fun! The second time, due to circumstances outside of managements control, our game had to be rescheduled. They were very accommodating and offered us a free game due to the inconvenience. Great fun and great customer service!

Ive done just about every room (besides the elf room) and have loved it! Its a great hour of fun using your brain for puzzles to unlock the room. By far my favorite was the undead room.

I loved it i just thought for the C.S.I room, once you entered a second room they should add another 30 minutes. But it was our first room and it was bit more complicating, i would recommend starting at a lower level even if you think youre advanced.

We played shipwrecked with 6 of us and teamwork was the key. You have to work together to solve the puzzles and escape the room. The staff make the experience even better. We had such a blast that we went home and booked another room! We booked Diamond Heist for the second room and a group of 3 in front of us had booked the Undead. After learning that you would be split up to start the Undead game, we offered to switch our room with them. The staff was awesome and let us switch so that each group would still have a great time! While we survived the Undead, it was definitely the toughest and most exciting room by far.

My husband and I went to do the CSI room and we were in a group of 6 strangers and had a blast. We all worked together and completed the room with 9 minutes to spare. The conowner tony was our guide and he did a wonderful job immersing us in the mission and helping us out when we needed it. The hole staff was amazing and kind and the place was clean and well ran. We will definitely do another room soon thanks again
