The summer exhibition is a treat! And its free! If youre fortunate, there may be an artist or two around to discuss their displayed work. There are a few coffee shops close by for after or before your visit. Lovely venue on a hot summers day. Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Good accessibility for wheelchair.

This art that is on display the guy that does it is very creative. I love how is brain works. Genius I say, genius. Also the needle work of the lady cellular phone. These people are genius in their own ways. Hope I meet the guy that does the art with paper. I would like to see him in action.

What a shame this museum may shut down. It was so nice. Interesting exhibit of art. Great way to learn about another culture, see another perspective, and be reminded how lucky we are to have our freedoms in America

Derek Gores collage series was fabulous! While the exhibit included various artists inspired by Gore, my favorite was Spring in her Step, by Gore himself. The display, with a matching background wall, was visual beauty for the soul. Highly recommend this exhibit. Really fantastic collage artists and lovely displays.

We had so much fun coming here I would love to come again. Great to have this as a resource for the families in this area

They had a good run. Lets see what happens to the building once FIT clears the art from the walls and Eau Gallie is left with a shell for a building. Like many museums across the country, raising money for art is always dicey and necessitates a near genius to figure out how such monies must be raised to keep the doors open. Too many museums. Not enough geniuses.

This used to be one gem of a museum. Its exhibits challenged its visitors with thought provoking images. One was often pleasantly surprised at the depth of imagination expressed by the artists. The museum was known for its ability to share original works of art with the community. Then one day it all changed.Although the exhibits are still often beautifully constructed and displayed, the management of the museum has greatly diminished their brilliance and their appeal. On two separate occasions my family and I have travelled over an hour only to find that the museum doors were closed shut, in spite of the fact that the museum website stated its was open. The museum is often closed on a whim. There is no rhyme or reason to its openings and closing.Viewing times been greatly reduced and restricted. The incompetence of its management is unparalleled and because of the administration’s ineptitude this once quiet enclave of culture has been effectively destroyed.Free admission is not a license for unprofessionalism.Do yourself a favor. If you intend to visit any of the upcoming exhibits, call first, and then call again while on the way.If not, you may find yourself pulling on a locked door because someone “did not feel in the mood” to open the museum or simply decided capriciously to close early and go home.Simply sad, so sad how this museum and all its charm have been ruined by those who were charged with its wellbeing.Dr. Joe

I go here every once in awhile. The Foosaner hosts many artists. My suggestion is just drop in when you have the time. FYI, you can take photos of the lobby area but you CANNOT take photos of any art within the gallery. Dont be that person;)College students in the area, great place to write your Humanities paper on!The Eau Gallie Arts district and the Eau Gallie Pier aregreat places to take a walk. Or stop by the libraryand gaze out over the river, I do. Speed limit onPineapple is 30MPH, strictly enforced. Most ofPineapple is a residential area which doesnt need anexcess of crazy coming off of US1. If you are not from here, go 35MPH, get the ticket and uhh... !Thanks for helping to pay our bills! Jk, dont break the law:)
