On October 24 we spent the afternoon with our 2 grandsons 12 & 14. We had a great time there, ever associate very good and helpful. But 1 young man (John) by the super raceway was extremely good and wanted to let you know. We had our grandsons in line, and watched as a driver coming in never let up on the gas and plowed into the whole roll of cars coming to a stop. Also during his ride he kept running into other drivers. This got me nervous since my boys were next. Yet John handled it right away & marked that kids band & talked to him. Made me feel much better for my boys going on. He also talked to the others going on with our boys to make sure they understood. We have just moved here this year & are happy to say. Glad we went here and will gladly come back.Thank you, John.
The arcade has been updated and is much more enjoyable. The rope challenge is a fun activity to do with the kids. Go-Karts are great fun but dont bump people when you park.
Went to the park today on 11/6/20 for my daughters birthday and brought a group of 20+. I’ll just start off by saying I grew up in the area and went to Andretti throughout my childhood and wanted my daughter to experience it for her 5th birthday. But to say I’m disappointed in my experience here today would be an understatement. This place has seriously gone down hill and needs some serious maintenance ASAP. How do you advertise rides like the Andretti 360 ride and the coaster on a website that have been shut down for over 8 months? (that information came from an employee)The go carts are also in rough shape and a number of the laser tag things were broken. Our group had quite a few smaller children wanting to do the rookie track. The employee running the rookie tracks behavior baffled me. She was beyond rude and acted like it was such an inconvenience to her that our children were wanting to ride the rookie carts and that she had to start them. The attitude she showed was actually mind blowing especially to our children. The entire time she complained that she had back problems and made the biggest deal in helping our children. I’m sorry but if you have back problems then why are you working there? We spent a large amount of money to go to Andretti for 3 hours to be treated like our group was an inconvenience we were there. We will not be back and I would recommend to anyone to not waste your money at this poorly run establishment.
I went with my family and had a blast! I would rate them five stars but there are some issues that need to be fixed. The go karts in my opinion is probably the most fun activity to do there, but the majority of them dont work properly. Its always a gamble wether or not youl have a fun time on the track because your stuck with another bad go Kart. The inside arcade area is a complete rip off. Youve gotta spend a crazy amount of money for barely any game time. Its ridiculous. So i suggest their outdoor activities more. With Covid going on right now, I also saw that nothing at all was being wiped down, Inside or outside. Also there wasnt anything for me to use myself if I wanted to sanitize a game. And alot of the employees wear their masks under their chin and not over their face. I think they need to take sanitation a little more seriously with whats going on right now. But I still had alot of fun and ide love to go back again one day!
My daughters best friend had a birthday party there. We are being extra careful during the pandemic because we are high risk. We dont go indoors anywhere except for my parents and necessary shopping. I called to ask their COVID precautions. They assured me indoors they required masks and enforced physical distancing. We decided to make this one exception for an indoor gathering. The employees wore masks, but the patrons did not! We were in a small birthday room with about 30 people and only 2 or 3 others besides us were wearing masks. There was no distancing. Very frustrated, and we are now quarantining ourselves as much as possible for the next 10 days just in case. If you are looking for a safe, indoor place, this is not it.Outdoors is very nice with a lot of fun rides for the kids. Stick to the outdoors to stay COVID safe there.
Dont bother wasting your money with this place. Several of the rides were closed on Sunday. Laser tage and the climbing ropes were closed for maintenance. Really, the only things we got to do were the go carts (except the Andretti Challenge since that was closed as well), mini golf and the drop n twist ride (which was closed when we got there but opened back up. Also, there is no twist. Like, at all). The mini golf was a joke. The course was cluttered with leaves, the turf was ripped in places, no water was running and where there would have been water, there was dirt (and what looked like mold) everywhere. At least a quarter of the time, you cant get the ball to go where you want because the smooth places are so uneven.Oh, and if you are afraid of Covid-19, definitely dont go here. I think there were about maybe 15-20 people wearing masks (including myself, my bf and 3 employees).I would have asked for something in compensation but we just wanted to get out of there and take showers just to feel clean after visiting that place. It was absolutely disgusting.Andretti Thrill Park, please do better.
We had an awesome time on our anniversary date! The staff were friendly and helpful and the Go-Karts were great. Definitely going back for another date night.
The Melbourne location is in need of some serious maintenance. The go-karts were fun but we were quite disappointed with everything else. The mini golf course greens were ripped and tattered, fences were rotting, water fixtures were dry or dirty, the playground was old, rusty, and burning hot, several of the paddle boats were full of water and the dry one we got didnt turn properly to the right, the arcade games are outrageously overpriced (we saw 1 short game was $6, most others were about $2 for a less than 30 second game), 2 of our 4 vests for laser tag did not work properly and it was extremely difficult to see around the laser tag course, the batting cages pitched the balls pretty wildly and almost hit my husband and another boy in the next station. The wood of the steps to the bridges around the mini golf course were in desperate need of pressure washing, the railings and bridges were rusty and in need of paint. It was our first time going here. We probably wont be back again
The Go-Karts are the best thing about this place. I didnt play in the arcade, but I did do laser tag and I would rate the laser tag 2 stars because only 3 vests worked, the guns dont keep score, and the actual obstacles and stuff were just not very fun. The rides are pretty fun, although when I went a lot of them were closed. I 100% recommend the go-karts; there is a junior course for little kids and two other courses that all have double karts so you can drive your child. It was a fun Friday night trip.
I’m sorry to write this, because we were very excited to bring the kids here. The place is not very clean, the attractions are very old and not well maintained. For the cost, it always seems like there is always something broken. All this I could have overlooked. My biggest problem was the workers. Look, I get that it’s hot out, and that you may not have the most interesting job in the world. But, everyone (with the exception of one guy running the go carts right by the entrance) were miserable. They were visibly not interested in watching anything going on, couldn’t even smile of say anything nice to any of the kids or families. They acted like everyone that came to them was a giant inconvenience. It was the most odd experience for a family fun place! If your job is to watch kids on a go cart track, put down your damn phone! No one seemed to care what was going on. There were not enough staff to even have everything open. I will 100% never go back. It was so off putting.
Great place to hangout, ride rides, play mini golf, play video games and last tag, go carts, and more!Theyve added carnival rides.Best deals are found on their website.Coupons and discounts are available. They offer birthday party packages, too.Good place for children, teens, and adults.Perfect date night place.
Finally had a night for me and my wife to have a alone night without our 5 kids and had probably the worst experience of our lives here. We spent over $200 for nothing i would highly recommend spend your money elsewhere.
I just wish they have more rides for the little ones instead of an old playground. Other than that, it is still a fun little place to go on weekends
This place is kinda ghetto. With that being said. We still had a good time.
Had a blast with the grandkids!! As expected, the standard kind of stuff burgers, fries, tenders and, pizza but a great value for the price, friendly staff, and prompt service.
Nice little park. Great for kids and easy on the wallet. The Go-Karts are always fun as is the mini golf. Not a bad way to kill some free time.
Awesome family place. Good time. Thanks Andretti.
It is a very fun park to be at. However, there isnt much to do there. Thats why I gave it four stars. I purchased the full day pass and I feel like that price should be a lot cheaper because there isnt much to do. Besides that I really enjoyed it. Its a great place to go on a date or take your kids. Id recommend getting a 2 hour pass. Youll have more than enough time to do all the rides a few times. The staff was super friendly! Also, Id recommend going during the week. I did the Go Kart races 3 times in a row no waiting because it was so empty! The mini golf track is really cool too. Id come back! I just wouldnt spend that much money on a all day pass.
Go-Karts were great. Video games are mostly win ticket type games for prizes, and the ones that are not are a lil over-priced. Fun none the less.
Seriously do not waste your money. For a full day it’s like $48 and half the rides are broken, laser tag is down. This is a cheap amusement park and nobody wears masks here. Plus the front desk person that I talk to lied to me about the pricing. This is a terrible establishment.
It was a lot of driving the carts and I enjoyed the laser tag my nephew and I had a great time.
Would give negative stars if I could. Paid $75 for a 3 hour pass. My husband, me, and our 5 year old son. Our son could do all the rookie rides and the F1 with one of us. None of the rookie rides were open. Not one person at them and the water boats were blocked with a wet/dry vac. After walking around for 10 minites we went in and asked for a refund but to be charged for the F1 sine we did go on that. Manager told us no offered a 25 dollar game card reluctantly took it since apparently they werent giving us a refund. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend. Will never come back.
Very fun and pretty clean. Go carts are awesome
The staff is rude. One particular staff member likes to yell at everyone like your a child. Mind you, Im old enough to be his mom. Had a party there for 2 birthdays. We even paid for the private room. Had some issues, asked to speak to a manager several times. After staying there for about 5 hours and spending hundreds, never once did a manager come to address our concerns. And P.S. they dont clean and sterilize the laser tag equipment after each use.
Go carts are a little on small the small size to sit in but overall the park is a great place!
Great concept but features are not up to par for the price, needs to be updated
Spent the day with the kids there. My daughter wanted to do the rock climbing but the female that was there was a bit rude as if we were putting her out or something. She was on her phone most of the time and seen she did it when kids were in the boats. Other than that it was a nice day.
Was ok but way to expensive for what they do for a child’s birthday party, room still had trash in it from the last party and food on the tables. Employees were not even active or Acting like they were enjoying their job at all like they were a robot really. My granddaughter had a good time once we got outside.
Great family fun. Several go kart tracks so that younger kids can drive on their own track, laser tag, arcade, ropes course, photo booth, VR game, paddle boats, miniature golf, and a few amusement park rides. We were able to get all day unlimited rides after 2:00 for approximately $25/per person. (3/2019) There is a snack bar on premises and a Hardee’s in the parking lot. The snack bar was a bit slow on services and the bathroom could have been kept up better but all in all my family had a wonderful time. Our wristbands were good until they closed at midnight and we are definitely going to come here again. Please like if this review helps you. I also posted menu and prices in pics. Have fun
Lots to do here. My personal favorite is the go karting but youll find me giving it my all in the batting cages too. Not the cheapest place you can go for entertainment but there is usually a special out there somewhere if you care to look. Lines are usually not long at all so you can do the whole place and have a ton of fun in a half day.
Staff was all very helpful, park was not very busy and we had plenty of time to see all of the attractions during the 3-hour window.
Is not huge or anything but is a good day of fun.
Lot of attractions shut down on our visit... No discount for inconvenience
Staff are extremely rude. I didnt see one smile the entire visit. Half of the attractions are down. We were told to get off a ride without the ride without an explanation or apology after waiting in line for it. Not enough go karts for kids to ride that are under 48 so you have to wait in line forever. Not worth the money in comparison to similar establishments Ive visited.
Its a bit rundown. Theres still a lot to do, but the arcade is run down and the put put is rough around the edges. The staff is not very engaging, but theyre friendly. Needs a real facelift.... And $1.25 -$4 for an arcade game is crazy. I used to love this place back in the early 2000s, but now there are better places to go spend your cash.
Visiting from Louisiana. The place has some fun activities, but it needs an update. Everything is worn and showing wear. My kids loved the go-carts and laser tag. The staff seemed inattentive overall, but were friendly when we needed help. Check Groupon for discount admissions.
Not what it used to be. Took my son there on a Saturday afternoon and yes I understand the circumstances of everything going on but every game he wanted to play, Halo, Terminator, Jurassic Park, Transformers etc didnt work or was broke in someway or another. Batting cages were mostly disappointing. The go-carts he loved but the employees working those rides need to be trained on their people skills. Other than that it is what it is nothing more nothing less.
Great batting cage, game room, and package deals for fun.
We brought the kids here, and we had a BLAST!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Good value, just some of the rides were down. Guessing its Corona related balance.
A super good time for my 6 year old son. He was able to ride his first go kart by himself and play some really good games. Go karts tracks are clean and open. Staff is nice and generally attentive but short staffed at times. Love the location layout as they definitely fit everything in without much unused space. Its in need of an updated face lift as its starting to show its age. But nevertheless its a fun little amusement park that can occupy about 2 to 3 hours easily.
Super fun! Was very impressed at the reasonable prices in the snack bar/restaurant. All of the staff were polite, well spoken and helpful. They were a bit short staffed when we were there, but they did their best to keep all the rides open anyway.
Great family day out. There are enough things for all age groups. The grounds are kept clean and staff is friendly.
For over $25+ bucks to enter it should be a little more kept up in the obstacle courses. There is so much potential in this place. I had to ask workers for information on when they were going to open the kids car race. They nicely paged another employee from another station to come and open that. I had JUST seen her at another station which I felt bad that they would basically had to figure out where they go based on Im guessing customer attendance. The employees were really nice but you can tell they were like over their day being there. We spent over 100 bucks which we all had fun despite the weather but for that much I can continue to pay my monthly passes to other parks that actually invest in their park to improve. I luckily purchased my adult tickets at a discount online versus paying more on their normal site/instore. It is fun for teens and small kids but for the price per person I rather go somewhere else. Despite my views my daughter loved it and will continue to visit but major TLC is needed.
Unfortunately this place doesnt deserve more than 1 star. The park on itself is fine with some cute outdated attraction. All of that would be well expect for the manager and personal. Who during our interactions was sweating and cursing. This is in no way a place to bring a kid when personal staff is cursing and being violente. Not recommended.
Nice setup. Good family fun. Glad we stopped in. Kids loved it
The manager or owner was screaming to an employee in front of everybody. The place its cool tho.
Not quite disney world, but its close to home, the prices are good, and if you go Monday thru Thursday you might find that you have the place to yourself.
Not amazing. Many ride did not have attendence at them. The go carts had 1 or sometimes 2 people at them but they just played on their phones the whole time. Not paying attention to the track. The arcade games are very pricy and many of them did not work or just ate our money. Sad.
This park was ok. Young immature employees working. They were as bad if not worse than some guests
Really fun games to play foe whole family
Great fun with older kids. The groupon is the best buy for unlimited play. We loved it!
Place is very dirty. Im surprised with all the fuss about covid-19 and the masks policies in place yet the place is sticky, dirty and smells awful.Half of the arcade games are broken and not included in the wristbands $$We waited 25 minutes for a 5 minutes game of laser tag.EDIT: your place looked like hasnt been clean for days prior or during my visit.
Rides are down. Some due to covid-19 some due to repairs. All race tracks are open.
Honoerwd my all day pass from groupon. Kids drove the cars as much as they wanted and had a blast!
Staff was friendly and helpful but the rides seemed sub par to the last time I was here. They really need to kick the speed up a notch
This is a good place to take kids and teens for a pleasant day or afternoon. They have arcade games inside. Miniature golf and carnival rides are outside. They also have several different cart tracks. This is not Dsiney but it is a lot cheaper and closer too.We have taken our grand kids here for years. There is something for every age group and we have always enjoyed it.
The little ones really loved it. Great place to take the kids.
The go charts are THE BEST, theres is so much to go like mini golf, baseball, amusement rides, Lazer tag, arcade games and much more.
We always have fun here. It’s a great option to bring kids who are to w old for Chuck E. Cheese. Arcade is fun and prices aren’t ridiculous. We really liked the laser tag and mini golf.
Always been fun for my son and his friends, the outdoor attractions are a little aged though and showing it.
Purchased 3 hour passes online but when we got there Andretti Challenge, Andretti 360, mini-bowling & ropes course we all closed. I was very disappointed. They shouldve said this online. The minatuare golf course really needs some attention and cleaned up.
Just amazing 3 hours there went by so slow and so fun which was surprising due to the fact that when you have fun time flies but it didn’t here having fun slowed down time definitely coming back for round 2
It was fun, but one of the go-carts were sparkin, either way, great time
Greatest fun racing go carts with your children and not making a dent on your wallet!
Good park you should visit
I always have such a fun time when I go here! Im a local, and so when my buddy from Ohio visits, it gives me an opportunity to visit Andretti and have fun like a tourist. Such a great time, as always. I look forward to coming back!
Our boys enjoyed themselves here but felt that Andretti in Orlando was better.
Great place for the kids to run around and have a blast. Go carts are super fast. Laser tag was fun and nice and cool in there. So much to do. The wrist bands are well worth it. You and your family can do everything there in a few hours. Lines were not long at all. We have a birthday party there every year and everyone has a great time.
Great way to spend a day.
Attendants were helpful & courteous. Lot of debris on the various tracks. Maintenance crew needs a safety refresher course.
Pretty disappointing experience. We had to wait at least 5 minutes for an attendant for several of the rides and tracks, the attendant on the ropes course never looked up from his phone while my 10 yr old daughter was on the course, and the family coaster had overheated, so we had to wait 15 minutes for that ride. 3 hrs sure goes fast when you just stand around and wait. No need to come back here.
Same games broken for months on end. Batting cage machines are inconsistent. Used to go here twice a week. Last visit put $20 on a card and didnt even spend half of it before walking out due to broken games. We have since gotten our arcade fix by driving an hour to Dave and Busters in Orlando.
Batting cages never work complete waste of money and time
I went to the arcade side. It was nice. Got sprayed with cleaning solution but she apologized.
The kids had a blast! This is a staple to our family gatherings for fun and games!
Batting cages are the best way to release stress... Employees absolutely friendly.
I’ve been here two times each time we had a blast staff is really cool sad that there going out of business experience them before they are gone
This place is a bit pricey for what it is... only go every once in a while because of this. If you’re into go carts I’d probably recommend fun spot before this. If you’re looking for a go cart place in Melbourne this isn’t the worst place, just pricey and kind of small.
I wanted to have a better time than we did, but it was hard to do in such a cramped indoor space. We couldnt comfortably do the bowling game upstairs as it was crowded by the laser tag line running into the line for the suspension bridge walk-thing. Outside, the go-kart track was the main attraction.
Every time I have been here the staff are friendly even when we get the Florida rain and the inside fills up the employees never lose their cool. They just keep going and are very nice cant wait for this place to open back up.
Not really worth the money and not many attractions. 2 rides down on top of not having a lot
So much fun. Brought the fam of 7 to play (6 adults and a 5 year old). Wristband prices were spot on! Suggest that one look for coupons before going, because they must be printed - wont accept digital copies. I was surprised at how well the video games were priced. We live in Orlando, but Fun Spot is way too touristy, and pricey. Everyone had a blast. Also, food prices were on point; affordable. Super impressed, and highly recommend.
My kids and husband loved it here!
Fun place to spend a good few hours. The kids (10Yrs) had a really nice time. There was plenty of options for everyone to last for a good part of the day. Lunch was better than expected. The food is standard kinda stuff burgers, fries, tenders and, pizza. They do offer salads too which was a nice surprise and the prices were decent. The acarde was lacking, its not a very big arcade and quite a few machines were out of order or run down so it was pretty underwhelming. The cost per play compared to other arcades we have been to was over priced.
I havent been here in years. I took the family and we had a blast. Its a little costly for what it is but theres enough to do to keep you busy for a good 3 hours at least. Theres a few decent rides and the Go-Karts are pretty fast. The staff made sure to check or bracelets and followed all the safety rules to a T. The golf course code use some upgrades or at least some upkeep and the food is pretty much what youd expect, nothing fancy. But overall, my family and I had a great time and its a safe and friendly environment.
Overpriced cost $21 a person to ride gocart for 2hrs in a small ring . Most of the Games were not working . Most games cost $5 to play . The variety of games is disappointing .
The wife and I like air hockey, and pac-man.we are old school.
Great place for lots of fun with kids and not crazy like Disney
A good way to spend the day with the kids
Employees are rude to customers and the park was not for adults to enjoy the karts you have to pay extra to ride faster karts. You also get check marks on your wristband if they think your bumping other karts and if other people cause an accident on the track you get a check and after 3 checks you have to leave the park. Not recommended by me or my family very disappointed.
My twins turned eight years old at their birthday party there. They told me it was one of the three best days of their lives. LOL it was fun
Fun for kids and people of smaller stature. Go karts arent very accommodating of taller people and my husband was stuck watching us have fun. Probably should hire more staff because we were stuck waiting for the putt putt for a solid 20 min. Kids had fun but I wont be returning.
For the most part it was a blast. The safety rules were not enforced equally on all tracks. One set of employees were allowing a little bit of bumping where the other set was trying to discipline you if you even got remotely close to anyone else. Rubbing is racing and what makes go carts fun. If you cant race then it would be way less enjoyable.
We had a great time.
