Nice place, music sometimes on, even at night, in the cooler months a fire burns. Great for coffee with a friend or a place to sit and relax after the sun goes down.

Festival of lights was entertaining! Loved the random Halo guy out there tonight posing... warm bathrooms on sight.. wish the fire to warm everyone was warmer, but fun nonetheless...

This is a fever public place that is beautiful. In the summer they have a splash park and in the winter they have the largest musical tree in the state. They have free horse drawn wagan rides, ice sculpture events, free hot cocoa, and more.

Our family often joins friends at the splash park at Blue Earth Plaza. It never fails to be a great time. The area is always clean and often full of life with other young families playing in the water. Its a great place to have a picnic and let your kids burn some calories.

Beautiful park to go with kids during summer to play in the water and you can relax with your pet as well (on leash). They have beautiful lights and the most amazing tree during winter holiday.

My family loves The Festival of Lights. Its always fun to walk through and see.

A very pleasant, well kept area with a nice courtyard, and local shops. They have a nice Christmas Light show in the Winter as well as a fireplace and fountains that kids like to play in during the Summer.

I believe we like this splash park more than the city park just because it has the shallow water and fewer people. Its nice at dark because its lit up.

I love this spot. My dogs love the sprinklers, the lights look magical around xmas!! Must-go-see

This is a great park with a fun splash pad for the kids. There is also a covered patio area with places to sit and eat, nicely kept grass, and a fireplace that runs in the winter.

Nice space to spend some time. Can get a little crowded but not overwhelming. Within walking distance of shopping, the Flint Hills Discovery Center, restaurants, coffee shops.

Great free place to take the kids. Eat lunch in the shade on the picnic benches and play in the fountains and little river.

Really nice area with tons of shops and its close to the mall. I did a presentation on that grass once to an audience of 300 people for a solar event. The people were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would visit again.

Great outdoor hangout spot in Manhattan. They have an outdoor fireplace, within walking distance of Sparrow and Radinas coffee and dozens of restaurants. Kids play in the little waterfalls and fountains. Large grassed area for recreation. Covered picnic shelter.

Really nice splash park area, with shaded seating and music playing. Great open space for frisbee or running off energy for the kiddos.

This whole place is pretty cool. Nice Sirius music throughout the whole park, a very large lighted water feature and a pavilion/patio with a huge gas fireplace.
