I went here for a field trip for school and I just have to say, the art was so inspirational and it was so gorgeous. I really did enjoy this and I would recommend to ANYONE in the area :)
Great Art museum with rotating exhibits. A really unique place with plenty of events for people of all ages. If youre in town, you have to check it out!
A great little museum, the Beach has a variety of paintings and sculptures to inspire you. The Chihuly glass sculpture in the stairway looks like a fiery Christmas tree. It’s amazing that the Beach has one of his amazing pieces. I love the children’s area, with puzzles, coloring pages, and beanbag seating. Make sure to check out the native plant gardens in back of the museum, no matter the season.
Nice, albeit somewhat disjointed, [free] museum to visit on a lazy day. They seem to be under construction or changing out exhibits currently, so part of the space was empty. Free parking is available in the adjacent visitor lot, which I found nice since I dont have a university parking permit.
I wish the exhibits would change more frequently but this place is pretty cool.
We came for a field trip with our homeschool co-op. Really enjoyed it
Really enjoyed and friendly staff.
Went for the Souza Tale of Two Presidents (Reagan and Obama). Clean. Friendly staff. Great displays.
Beautiful art museum! The Reagan and Obama photo display was amazing!
Enjoyable little art gallery. Manhattan is lucky to have such as museum. It revolves a lot of its gallery which makes for a nice monthly outing.
Cool, I had fun and learned some of the murals that came back then :)
Went on a field trip with second graders to the Beach museum. The lady who did our tour & presentation was fantastic. Very patient yet from about rules. The kids even did an art project at the end. It was very interesting
The art displays were very interesting, it was very relaxing. Totally enjoyed it
Always something new to see and very interesting.
This place is free to visit and is a great place to stop for a moment of quiet reflection. They change exibits often.
Good collection but clearly a regional collection. I went with my brother. Hes the art major and was considering KSU for his masters and was fairly impressed with it. From the laymans perspective, I enjoyed it and would recommend it if you enjoy art and are in the area. Free admission (suggested donation). It is right on the edge of a beautiful campus and has free parking.
Great place and free.
Awesome. Very beautiful pieces and paintings.
Such a fantastic museum, and constantly working to bring great programming and exhibits. A real gem in Manhattan!
Had a great time with Meadowlark and my mother he had a really good time very interesting well worth going to
