The food was delicious and the servers take care in making your food. Such a rare find for a good price during the pandemic! The best part is that they will even bring the food to your theater! 100% recommend

Nice theater, were visiting and this is our second movie here. Great food options, and the drinks are normal sized. Adult drinks available as well, just some of the seats in the back are pretty high so be ready for a climb. Seats are good sized and reclining.

Went to a matinee on a 100 degree August afternoon, found our seats in a VERY hot theater. After a few minutes I went and find an employee to let them know it was extremely hot. He said he would tell a manager. Noone ever returned and the air never came on. After sitting through an absolutely miserable two plus hours in the heat, we told the cleaning crew that it was incredibly HOT in the theater. They were not surprised and said, Oh yes, the air conditioner is broken in this theater. WHAT?? If he had been told that when we arrived, we would NOT have seen the movie. Very poor management!

Love it, great way to spend a couple hours

Love the convenience of this movie theater located next to the South Plains mall. Seats are very comfortable; just like a recliner. My only complaint is the popcorn. You fill up your container yourself from a large dispenser which is convenient but the popcorn tends to be cold and often crushed from the popcorn on top. I always ask for fresh from the popper and by pass the machine. Other than that, this is our go to place for movies in Lubbock.

IMAX is a good place to escape reality every once in awhile.

Send people in your movie rooms and tell them to actually turn their phones off or at least put them away. I sat at the top and all i saw were phones the entire time bright. Movie the rise of skywalker was amazing though.

Lots of options at this theater. They have more than your average concessions, including pizza. The discounted ticket price for early showings is worthwhile. Also like that seats at the end of the row, where I sat, arent right up against the wall.I look forward to another movie at Premiere Cinemas.

Literally any movie theater that Dippin’ Dots will get 5 stars from me....it would take epic failures to reduce the rating from 5 stars. The popcorn was surprisingly delicious and normally I’m not a fan of the corn that pops. The theater seating was up to par but can you please be a normal Texas establishment and have Dr. Pepper, what drink service establishment in this great state is open and doesn’t have the only soda needed to economic superiority....I’m saying Premiere add the Doctor and watch profits spur high and away...your profit/loss analysis would show profits higher than Willie Nelson the last time he played a concert @Billie Bobs FTW.

Great theaters with good leather seats and wonderful picture quality. The seating arrangement allows for good views of the screen from all but the first row. Better than Tinseltown on 82nd.

Our first time in the theater. Very nice. Only a few people attended the showing. We go during the day as seniors. Lol. Our son bought tickets at the kiosk and that was easy. Reserved seats. Wow!

10 oclock does are insert 6$. Buy your tickets online to save time and reserve seating. Nachos, drinks, and popcorn are self-serve and theres cheese and chili for the nachos. You can make an entire meal for the cost of the chips and eat them on the conveniently placed trays by the seats

Premiere Cinema is a Class Act. The concession workers and the ushers to the movie theaters are all very helpful, welcoming,smiling and friendly. The bar is a fun place to meet before a movie.

Ive always had a good experience at this theater. It has always been clean and all of the workers have been polite. I would reccomend going early because it can get pretty packed.

The great movie theater with the incredible customer service.You see Im in a wheelchair and not only do they have special seating for those of us with disabilities but their employees always kind enough to help me carry my popcorn and soda to my seat it is difficult for me. Premier should be very proud of this theater, their employees and staff.

We love going to premiere! And the drinks and popcorn are unending refills for your visit, but, the soda machine is not always up to par. Its flat or doesnt taste like the drink you got at all. Otherwise good food and willing to make right any mix ups.

Took my 3 year old to see the Lion King. Love the bigger seats and the fact they recline. The tables are small but you get your own personal space. Wasnt too pricey for movie theater snacks and drinks. Clean theater. One of my favorite movie places to enjoy.

I really enjoy being able to reserve my seats. It is comfortable and there is a place for your drink and food. It is really crowded for the 10:00 PM shows during the summer. There are a lot of teenagers out and a little bit on the noisy side. I did not think about this when I made the decision to go. But. It is what it is.

The theater was very clean. The seats were comfortable. I like that I could refill my kids icees and pop corn myself. The only thing that was weird was sometimes in the movie when they were talking is was hard to understand what was being said. I donno if it was just where we were sitting or if it was just the speakers. But it was still great. My kids had a blast.

When we got to the theater we grabbed our food and drinks and gave the man our tickets but when we went to sit down a bunch of kids where in our seat. they sold double tickets so they made us move to another time just because we didnt get there before them. they did refund us but it seemed a little odd we had to move they didnt even consider moving them they just automatically moved us. we normally go to Tinseltown or Alamo. so we are going to go there from now on because waiting in a theater for 2 1/2 hours was just ridiculous no sincerity in them in fact h had time to yell at another worker jokingly, which was very unnecessary. the handling of the situation just seemed very unfair and a slap in the face since they made us leave ! Without bothering the kids in our seat! Its still upsetting the situation and we were not taken care of by a manager only someone who had access so he couldnt care less he just said here is your new seating and free popcorn. Rather than trying to make us feel good about being the ones to HAVE to move.

Was able to take my son to see Sonic the hedge hog for his birthday and got early bird tickets so for almost the regular adult price 2 adults and a kid got to see the movie it was nice

I brought my daughter here for her 10th birthday. This was her first time ever to the movies. The gentleman that sold us our tickets explained the procedures for just in case my daughter freaked. He helped is pick out good seats. And we enjoyed out movie and were very comfortable.

I gave it four stars because I love the little restaurant/bar inside the server is so friendly and always remembers my wife and ls drink order.... but the movie theater is s different story as long as you go when its not the weekend your good and if you have a complaint dont expect it to be resolved because you wont even get a call or email back... other then that not to bad.... they have kids running the whole place but I guess what you expect from a college town theater attached to the mall

I love the seating.I perfer the 2D seating. Recliners are comfortable. Being able to reserve before you go is so convenient. My friends and I ordered appetizers from the bar and grill and it is taken to right outside your theatre.

Well considering a homeless person just walked in and was standing in the front looking back at everyone was a little different. Not impressed with the food at all pretty old frozen taste to it. Also last but not least a guy got up 2 times to take a call but too the call and was talking before he even left the movie theater. Premier doesnt have people monitoring who just walks in theaters. All around the reason I will stick to going to Alamo Drafthouse because they understand how to give movie goers the best movie experience. Mic drop

Traveled from The Woodlands to work out here and decided to go see a movie. To my disappointment the screen was too blurry and the screen was too dim to even enjoy the movie at all. It even started to give me and the person I went with a headache. Very unsatisfying experience.

Kudos to Senior Associate Director, John Sampson of Premiere Cinema. My date and I had a bit of a mix-up with our tickets and he fixed everything in a matter of minutes. He went above and beyond to make our entire experience wonderful. Theater itself is also great. Love the stadium seating. Picture and sound were perfect!

This is the worst movie theater in Lubbock even though Tinseltown smells like urine. The employees are always in a bad mood. I asked concession what sodas they have and he said the machines are over there. I assumed these were like any other soda machines, but they only had coke, diet Coke, water, Pibb extra, and like two other options. The whole reason I asked was because I didnt want to pay $6 for a soda I didnt like. Literally every time Ive come to this theater its been a terrible experience.

Nice comfortable seats and only two other people love early movies

We enjoy watching movies here when we can. We watched a movie in the IMAX theater and it was clean and seats were comfortable.I just learned they have a D-box theater. Its a little expensive to choose that option for moving seats but I definitely want to try it (without the kids, of course).

By far the BEST movie theater in Lubbock Texas. I will only watch a movie at a theater in IMAX 3D. When youve seen the best you dont want the rest. To all of the naysayers, watch an IMAX 3D movie before you judge it. Its worth the extra $3.

This was an awesome theater. Nothing in Tucson Arizona can match it. I love that they sell pickles, have small tables on the seats, and the head rest adjust.

My family loves this theater. Its large, you can refill. Your own popcorn, and drinks at a coke machine. Recliners are super nice and it has stadium seating, which is a plus! I love coming here with the family. This is by far my favorite theater in Lubbock.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I ordered food at the bar and was asked if I wanted condiments ( Ranch) etc with my order . When I received my food I had zero condiments with my order. When I go back ( mind u i am now missing the movie) ask for them hoping they just forgot them, I was told to wait 30 min and come back !! Now who in their right mind would let their food sit for 30 min ?? It made sense to the staff here apparently. Never again !!

Very clean. We enjoyed the movie Shaft 5 stars. We ordered a Cafe Americano and a Tazo tea, which the staff had to confirm with each other on how to make. They did it very well and in a timely manner. They were very polite. Of course we will go again!

We absolutely love going there. We did have a little trouble the last time we went but it was resolved very quickly. They have a great staff. You can order food and theyll bring it to which ever screen your watching. They also have reclined seats that i love! It also has a charging port so you can charge your phone and it has a little table and drink holder so you can eat comfortably. Over all its a great place.

Great place! The food is tasty, the snack and beverage options are extensive, and -I can’t stress this enough- I have never gotten freezing cold in their theatres. I don’t have to bring a coat! This has always been a thing for me so I like the climate in here. Bathrooms are clean and well-maintained and easy to find in the corridors.

The place is good and everything, but I went there to watch the new Avengers yesterday and I couldnt really watch it bc a lot of small kids and babies were crying during the whole movie. Those kids certainly didnt want to be there. I think this politic isnt fair that kids and babies, no matter their ages, can still go and watch the movie with parents.

Very pricey but they have all of the coolest most modern features Ive seen.
