This park has a lot of potential . They just put in new swing sets and a play area. I think it still could use more to attract people to it. A new basketball court and grills for cookouts would be nice. But all in all not a bad park.

Clean, no graffiti, large green space, picnic tables, nice playground equipment.

Have a penchant for low-key parks with wide-open grassy areas, quality playground equipment for the kids, maybe a bit of kickball or whiffle ball, all within walking distance to some beer, pizza, and other deliciousness? Try Rubel Park, a simple, just-the-basics, hidden gem in the lovely Phoenix Hill neighborhood.

Always have fun there

Nice park. It needs a lot of work. If it had more to offer like swing sets and better grill areas. If the grass was maintained more and had a better basketball area. Other than that it just looks like a ran down old park.

Nice brand new play unit

This park is pleasantly large, but it could use better equipment. Its located in a neighborhood where a lot of kids use it, so the issue is certainly germane.
