Love this mural, it really pops. The whole @GreetingsTour mural project around the country looks cool too, happy they included Louisville.

I love the Greetings From signs. Ive seen the one in Seattle and was happy to see the Louisville one while I was in town. The paint is very vibrant and its very well done. It is a nice tribute to Louisville and definitely makes for a great Instagram photo op. I would be careful visiting this area though (especially at night). It is located in the Speedway parking lot across from Churchill Downs.

This is so modern, beautiful, and special. I love it!!! I hope we have more like this soon. I was lucky enough to be there when the artist was there (when he first painted it). I live VERY CLOSE, so I can visit daily just walking my dogs! Its a great addition to the South End. I hate that people just liter all over that area. How disrespectful to that artist, to the neighborhood and to ourselves. I hate to start on my soapbox, but Im so embarrassed by this. The trash around that area is unbelievable. I dont understand what has happened to this area in the last five years. Its the worst. This beautiful mural and we dont respect it enough to take our garbage to a can which is literally feet away at Speedway. It made me apologize to the artist. Its funny how city workers are everywhere during Derby And Derby festival, but after that NOTHING. PHONY!!! I realize this is review about the mural, but the trash ALL AROUND IT takes away so much from it. It was on the news, Mayor Fisher was there, it was being talked about all through Louisville. Now the cameras are gone, the Mayor gone, no more social media stories and now a beautiful mural in the middle of a alley with beer cans, liquor bottles and today I saw a used diaper. Sad!!! Mural Beautiful!!!
