So fun! You can walk to the river and see Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio each separated by a bridge. There are boat tours and you get amazing views of the city and historical buildings in the city. The most amazing building is the Mohammed Ali building. When you first look at it you see a beautifully designed tile building, however if you look closely you can see the tiles are actually poses from Alis must famous poses, its amazing.

Its a great place. Leave the homeless alone. If anything give them money

2019 WorldFest 4 days of worlds food and country celebrate.

Great place to take the family or go by yourself during the day. If you go there at night stay aware of your surroundings. Great view of the Ohio River and Indiana. Plenty of space to walk around enjoy yourself or sit and read a book. Lots of events all year round. Great place to watch the air show and fireworks during Thunder Over Louisville.

New to the area so we went out and did some exploring. The kids were very happy to find a waterfall it was a nice area and was pretty clean. A fun area to explore.

Music was good, theres a lot of different cultures with novelties to see, and many different cultures of foods. But the heat from the sun sucked would of been better if I had one of those cold towels around my neck to keep me cool.

Pharaoh Oni at Peace by the Ohio River loves photography. Nice place to relax and think of life and just a peace of mind. Try it.

I was biking downtown and following the Louisville Loop which includes this destination. Its kept very clean by the city and hosts unique events throughout the year. Easy access in and out if you are walking or biking. Parking can be challenging downtown, although luckily Louisville installed meters that take credit cards years ago!

I still love the Belvedere after all these years I remember my momma in a few Run For The Rose` cheering her on as a kiddo not to spill her glasses of wine to the finish line ... so several years ago when Winefest was introduced as a new Derby event I started going with my friends... I have been many times I love this event, I love wine and I love Derby time!!!

Nice place to visit if you are a tourist.

Visited for World Fest on August 31. Has a wonderful time. Only issue is they ran out of hand sanitizer for the Porta Potties.

The place is beautiful. We went today for Worldfest and other than it being hotter than Hades, I had a wonderful time. Its also very wheelchair accessible.

It features lovely views of Louisville, lots of room for picnicing and water features in the summer.The Belvedere is prime viewing for pre-Kentucky Derby events in late April/early May: Thunder over Louisville, The Chow Wagon, and The Great Steamboat Race.

Great place to be with you need to think and view the river

As an ex local photographer in Louisville, I loved shooting the scenery and river and statues. Sometimes they have events like Abbey Road on the River and Irish fest I believe. I loved going to those and just to sit and look out at the river. Night photography is great here too with the street lights all around. Just so beautiful and peaceful.

Went to World Fest. It is where different cultures come together over Labor Day weekend and sell items like clothes, jewelry and soap. There are also people who play music and dance, people who draw and there is also good being sold. Good for families and individuals.

Beautiful, man-made park area with fountains, benches, views of the Ohio River... listening to the calliope on the Belle of Louisville (parked below) has to be one of the most unique experiences. ..an eerie-sounding and captivating instrument! Check it out!

I love The Belvedere but the events that happen there tend to be too crowded. Move those events elsewhere, downsize, or plan better.
