Amazing show on derby night! VIP tickets gave us a great view of the stage & super close access to the artist (Brrrrrr)

BEAUTIFUL venue! Great service behind the bar. The sound in the building is awesome. Easy to find from the expressway and parking right across the street.

Beautiful venue done Prohibition style. Excellent effects stage lights fog etc. Old OMalleys location. Great selection of Bourbon and have other alcohol like Vodka too

Great place to see a concert. Not a bad spot in the venue and plenty of bars are available to get a drink.

I dont know what I expected. One of the babies was supposed to be in by 10pm. Nothing but every level acts and NO smoker area until midnight. Avoid this venue at all costs.

This place so unorganized. They didnt have enough staff to cover the bars. People waited 30 minutes in line just to get a drink. Security was rude, yelled at people, and after I paid for VIP, they ended up letting GA people pass the barrier. After waiting in the cold rain to get in, they opened the doors 20 minutes late. We were all there for 5 hours listening to openers and the main performer ( Da Baby) never came out. People just left. I will never go see a performance at Bourbon Hall again. It seems like dont care about their customers and just want to make more money selling drinks, so they let the main performer come out late. In reading other reviews, this happens alot.

First we get in a block long line (no signs anywhere, security answering no questions either) for an hour. Then someone tells us general admission is a different line (which wraps around the other side of the building). We move. Wait in line for another hour and a half. (Security gaurd then allows another group of 10 people cut in front of us). Finally get in. Wait 40 minutes in line for a beer. Wait another 4 hours of very untalented artist screaming into a mic (keep in mind during all 4 hours we were being told the dababy was about to perform) Finally we had to leave due to having a job to go to in the morning. This venue is incredible unprofessional as well as extremely unorganized. Will definitely be my first and last attendance to the bourbon hall.

We purchased tickets for The Kirk Tour Featuring Da Baby. The ticket and event page listed that it began at 7:00 pm on 2/5/2020. The only performer listed for this event was Da Baby. We waited almost an hour in line to get into the event. Venue staff were dishonest to concert goers in line saying the performance was about to start in attempt to lure people into buying last minute VIP passes at an additional charge. Once we entered the venue, dishonesty continued by venue staff informing guests periodically that it was about to start for 3 hours! Rumors circulated that the performer was not even there and when I asked a worker they answered with I dont know The ticket/event said this concert was to happen on 2/5/2020. At midnight we decided to leave because the performer still had not come on stage. The concert did not actually occur on the date scheduled, it happened the next day at 12:30 am after many people left. This event was disorganized and dishonest and I believe we are entitled to a refund.

Headliner was trash and lasted way to long. I came to see DaBaby not whoever was up there. Waited outside in the rain for hours then left early because I couldnt stand it anymore. Respect to all the artist but yall need to organize better. Hope to see DaBaby someday though

This place is awesome! Have been here a few times so far and its been an amazing time every time! They seem to be embracing more of them EDM scene and have put on some exellent shows! I will most definitely be visiting again attending any of the EDM shows they have! Have recommended this place to many many people and will recommend to many many more!

Gucci Concert Derby Night 2019Artist (Gucci) didnt come out to perform until 3am HIDEOUS to say the least because the entire crowd was exhausted and sleepy by this time. Standing room only so ladies choose your heels wisely.

Great listening experience! Kevin Gates was dope. The bar would be my only complaint. They need more stations and bartenders! Like SERIOUSLY. It takes entirely too long. Too much time in line and not watching the event that I paid for.

Second time going there was last night, first time had a little wait but no big deal. But when it states the show will be finished at 11:30, I don’t expect it to be 2 a.m. before an artist comes out. Left before he even walked out on stage because I had been waiting for 4 hours, then the dj says we can leave if we want they have our money already. What a joke, no sir, you got $60 of my money, which could have been hundreds. Won’t be going back here even if someone bought my ticket for me.

My only complaint, for a 5 hour show there should be a smoking area or at least let paying customers be allowed reentry with appropriate wristbands to smoke.?

I saw 42 Dugg. The venue had tight security. Nice place, lots of room with plenty of bars for drinks.

Venue appeared to open up 30 minutes late.Good luck getting a drink. The bar situation is a joke. We waited in line for almost 35 minutes.

They have a little something for everyone from live music to a wide selection of bourbon.

Great concert venue. I would have given 5 stars, but there was no place to sit down on a recent visit and we were there for nearly 4 hours.

Loved it! Went to David Allen Coe concert. Lost my ID. Emailed this place and in less than an hour I received a call they found it!

Good venue but if it says the show starts at 8 don’t expect it to start until 10, they will keep you waiting for your show so people buy more alcohol
