Was brought here by a fantastic friend of mine a few nights ago. I had an absolute BLAST. Everyone was super friendly! I felt at ease with proper security on a Saturday night, and completely safe for a small girl like me, despite the place being PACKED. Had a great time, and loved the $5 shots! ️ 10/10 I can’t wait to plan my birthday here!

Bartender was cool but the rest of the vibe wasnt my scene. A dude got weird with me and made me wanna leave. Maybe it was just a bad night on Fourth Street for going out

Was such an amazing experience!!! Young, old, and in between its an amazing experience. The mechanical bull is a great time to experience and to watch.

I went to a place that had great music awesome staff and just was a great place again now so if you want to have fun experience then go to head this bar

Two words: MECHANICAL BULL. Im a Jersey suburbs girl, but I think a hometown country girl at heart. Cannot resist a mechanical bull, and this place had free rides. So much fun, with people of all ages, sizes, and colors hopping on and the crowd cheering on everyone. Theres a dancefloor where mostly country played with occasional dabs of hip hop and alt rock. It was a really great time. The staff were friendly, as was the crowd, and we had a blast. We spent most of our one night in Louisville here and have no regrets.

Was having a great time until I got on the bar to dance and they freaked out on me yelling even the girls dancing up there as if I took their dancing power from them. They yelled at me like I was starting a fire little did they realize I was with my dance moves. They only let girls dance on the bar or bartenders. If your a guy you can forget about dancing on the bar here.

Had a great time in this bar. The mechanical bull is a blast. The lovely Buckle Bunnies will keep your drinks full and keep you entertained with their seductive dancing. Drinks are a little on the higher side but worth it for the entertainment. This is a must stop if you are in town.

Good atmosphere. A large variety of music, which is a nice change from most places. Drinks are expensive though.

I usually don’t post reviews but the service at PBR is terrible. On 3 separate occasions I have been cheated when ordering a drink. Recently I Ordered a red bull vodka they put no vodka in my drink. I take it to the bartender to fix the red bull no vodka beverage she then pours me a shot of vodka & tries to charge me 7.50 when I tell her never mind I don’t want the shot she called security to try to get me kicked out by saying I ordered a shot but never paid for it. I never took the shot or was even handed the shot. This is the 3rd separate occasion I’ve been cheated on my drink. Security is very rude, unreasonable by cutting me off from ordering any more drinks. Very antagonizing blowing up an issue when there didn’t need to be one. Almost as if they walk around looking for confrontation. Poorly trained staff as a whole. Again, this has been a frequent problem!

Easily the worst bar on 4th street. Sadly, the options for alternatives down there are dwindling.Most of the seating is rEsErVeD fOr ViP and roped off. Pretty buji for a good ol country bar, if you ask me. The bartenders are all pretty rude, which goes great with the overpriced beers.No specialty drinks or anything advertised, either.

Granted its a warm winter night and its kind of early. Not much atmosphere and the drinks are over priced.

This place is a great time good music,great atmosphere and lots of good looking people.

Was worried that my friend had drank too much at PBR. Didn’t have the $10 cash to get in. Offered a credit card and was told cash only. Was told I could wait by the door only to be asked to leave shortly later by security. They had a LOUISVILLE police officer escort me out! Holy cow, I was just standing there causing no trouble and not in the way. If anything happens pbr and officer 7056 should be held responsible.

Very crowded. Really great service and the atmosphere was cool. The music was very loud though, my ears are still ringing after 13 hours.

Great atmosphere!! Lots of fun. Such a courteous staff who can also dance. We closed it down and I happened to drop my clutch on the way out. I live in Nashville so I was concerned when I discovered I lost it. No worries. They found it an overnighted it back at their expense!! Great service!! I will be back!

Had a great time 5 of us rode are motorcycle down from northern Indiana and found this gem. Would definitely go back. The bull riding was interesting to watch.

Lots of loud music! Plays a wide variety and keeps them coming. Local and tourist spot. Great venue for concerts!

Normally I dont write reviews but Im just lost for words at the bouncer situation. After being cleared to enter by two separate bouncers, I realized I didnt have cash for cover so I started to leave. Then I got stopped by a third bouncer who demanded my ID when I was trying to leave? Bending it and questioning it all over and when I asked him why the big deal, he said youre on my property. Guy, you make $15/hour here as an employee, its not your property. And what are you gonna do, kick me out? Im trying to leave. Get rid of this dude sheesh, what a power tripping douche

Had a great time at PBR Louisville the girls where great and great dancing. The bull was fun too and got to ride with a buckle bunny just wish I knew her name!!!!

Stopped by there last year with a group while in town for business, had a great time. Contacted the Bar about VIP seating and bottle service for our visit to Louisville this year, they contacted me with information within 2 hours. Very impressed! Will definitely be visiting again this year VIP or not.

I had a great time

The staff is very lively and energetic, they even take over the dance floor occasionally for some cool line dances. The DJ is awesome and continuously had an awesome mix of songs. Definitely will be going back on my next trip to town.

I absolutely love this place. Have been several times and always have a great time. The entire staff and bartenders are always so friendly and helpful. Everyone I ever bring here loves it! If your going out in lousville I would always suggest PBR!

Fun bar in the area. Dance floor is fun when the DJ is good, watching people riding the bull is a riot as well. Will return on my next visit.

Great place to take you lady for dancing

If you’ve never been here, the female staff dance in chaps that expose their bloomers. I imagine a lot of the men really enjoy this aspect, but most of the dancing girls appeared miserable. Outside of that, the western theme is a lot of fun and the mechanical bull was a hit with all the members of my party!

This is my 3rd time there. 4 stars coz of the maintenance. It was raining and there was so much water at the entrance. Otherwise, this is one of the best places to party over the weekend. They have a variety of cocktails and the price is not so expensive.

Only 1 issue! Everything including service and atmosphere was great, BUT I rode the mechanical bull and woke up with huge bruises on my inner thighs. I thought maybe it was just the way I rode it, but other girls I talked with the next day also had bruises. I have riden bulls at other places and have never experienced that.

Exactly what you’d expect of a PBR in Louisville. Often packed full of bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Worst VIP experience. Save yourself the hassle and money. Go to a different bar

$5 cover and its just a so so bar. Nothing special unless you are there to get on the mechanical bull.

The girls who work here are rude and are racist and made rude comments to my friend because she was black. This is ridiculous She had a sleeve tattoo and black hair and looked under age. I can’t believe the way we were treated there. Save your self the money Do not go there.

If you want a free punch in the face, thats the place to be. My friend got punch in the face for notning. One tooth is moving one is chipped, nobody did nothing. Thats your southern hospitality. Very disappointed.

Fun place to party it up. multiple bars, great music, mechanical bull and massive dance floor / stages make for a great night out at this place.

If youre looking for all country music oartying this place is for you! Made a weekend trip for this and was in for a not so good suprise

Awesome spot for a drink. Met some characters here to say the least.

We go here every year for the Marine Corp Ball and it is some of the best memories I have. Great music, good beer and fun people, with the added bonus of a mechanical bull.
