Went to see Thomas Rhett here and was very impressed with the venue. My only complaint is that theres some sections that you dont actually access from the main walkway and you have to enter the arena and walk around the wall to get to the section. Very odd and creates a big bottleneck when leaving. Other than that its a very nice place to watch a great concert.

The staff was absolutely rude!! The facility was very nice. We had a suite for the louisville game . Very awesome experience, except for the staff! 3 out of 6 we encountered was rude.. as someone how works in customer service, this is not ok...

This arena host many events and has plenty of seating! The experience is never one you want to miss or youll regret it! The food tastes great. However; the food and beverage can be a little pricey depending on what you get. The staff are always friendly and helpful when it comes to anything. They always have plenty of security visible. Its always a fun time at the Yum! Center.

Beautiful, large and efficient stadium for sporting events or concerts. Main entry is easy, especially the escalators that bring you straight up to the 3rd floor. All seats have a great view, with little obstructions. Food and drink options as well as restrooms are plentiful throughout the building

Saw Celine Dion at Yum Center and she was absolutely stunning! The venue worked surprisingly well with her stage set up. We were in the fourth row, center stage....Great view. The staff was friendly for the most part...the bartenders were very pleasant...the food service vendors were nice as well. The seating was very tight...not much room to move, however, it was well worth it to be so close. I still say Yum Center is best for sports, after all, it was designed for that as the main purpose. All in all, a great time was had and I hope Celine Dion comes back to Louisville! Side note...she had a wonderful bit in her introduction about Muhammad Ali...she and her husband were friends with him and have a lot of respect.

Yesterday was my first time visiting the yum Center to Vote, it is an amazing building from what i could see hope to be able to see more soon

KFC Yum! Center rocks! Totally! A great venue located right in the downtown Louisville entertainment district with easy access from all points. Parking is easy and affordable, generally $20 for a major event. Traffic control is outstanding with quick and easy in and out. We were on the interstate home in less than ten minutes and parked directly across the street. The venue is fabulous with well appointed concessions marking a long standing Louisville tradition in class and style. Not a bad seat in the house whatsoever. As home to the Louisville Cardinals, KFC Yum! Center can offer a cozy and up front feel to all. Must repeat. Highly recommended.

My cousins and I went to see Celine Dion. I’m not reviewing the concert here, only the venue and customer service, which we found second to none. Everyone from the time we reached the center until we left was excellent. The elevator operator told us she loves her job, that she wants to “die with my finger on the (elevator) button.” All the employees we met acted as though they enjoyed being there and helping customers. It was my first time at the center and it was pretty spectacular visually. I’ll definitely look forward to returning.

Great energy at the stadium ... home of some basketball royalty

This was a great venue over all. Theres parking nearby. Theres also plenty of places to eat and drink around the arena. Security was very easy, and it was fast to get inside. All the workers knew exactly where to direct you to the seats. There is plenty of food and drinks nearby. My only complaint would be the floor seats. Theyre awful close together, and obviously not stadium seating, so theyre not great for shorter people. But the venue is great for a larger place, and I would come back for another concert.

Ive been to a lot of venues for various things. This one was the cleanest and nicest. We were there as volunteer helpers for a concert and met first in the Legends room. It was nice and spacious and very clean/new looking. The music was a bit louder than i like (and I DO like to jam, but the concert by For King and Country, and all the staff we encountered were very nice and friendly.

Was here to see Disney on Ice with the grandkids. I have visited KFC Yum Center several times and it always has been a great experience. The layout and atmosphere makes it a great venue. Recommend a visit if you havent been here before. Food and concessions are a bit pricey, so be prepared.

Great experience minus $10 beer prices but sadly were getting used to that. Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen and Jameson Rogers were awesome! The box seats were great!!

This may be the best college basketball venue anywhere. Great sightlines for every seat, padded seats with drink holders, big video screen at eye level for upper seats, and video stat boards. And the audio is actually pretty good. Lots of food and drink choices close to wherever you are, including lots of bourbon choices if you need your bourbon fix. And Louisvilles bball teams are generally very good. Parking isnt a problem in the Louisville downtown unless its a workday game (e.g., NCAA tourney). Lots of good, some excellent, restaurants very close by. The is a venue thats worth a visit even if youre not a hard core fan.Love UofL womens team!

Great arena! Its professional sports level for a college team and its a great place to see a concert. Saw The Lumineers there recently and the sight lines were very good.

Blood drive offered here. Very professional. Was able to social distance BUT I did not see anyone wiping tables off after each draw. Plus no one had eye covering. Yikes!

Family visiting & wanted to see tbe Yum Center in person; we werent able to go inside but they enjoyed the experience from outside the facility. They had only seen pictures online or on TV

Nice place to see a concert...plenty of close parking and its all covered so like me and my son last night you dont have to clean snow off your car...the staff was nice and helpful... coming from Winchester the exit you get off goes straight to the parking garage and same thing when you leave,the on ramp to 64 is right next to yum center...really handy

It was great. I have worked the Yumm! Center a few times and they never disappoint. The people who work there are very helpful and friendly. But I did learn that their chicken strips suck. They need real or a better quality of chicken. For $16.00 they need to get that together.

Came to visit this town. Couldn’t leave without watching a Louisville Cardinals game! And boy, I wasn’t disappointed. Tickets are reasonably priced and I had a great view of the action from the 3rd tier. Staff was also very helpful and police ensured that fans would get to the stadium safely. OH and the atmosphere was great too!Well done Cardinals, and best of luck in your season :)- A visitor from Michigan

Pretty dang good arena. Helps that its less than 10 years old. Good signage on the doors to make sure youre in the right line. Its big and spacious, but not too big where the upper seats are way far away (ie, the United center in Chicago). They even opened some doors a little early for the Metallica concert, so big bonus there.

The Yum! Center is a great venue. They have all of the food and drink options youd want for a show, plus the seating options ensure a good viewing angle from just about anywhere. They host a lot of very talented acts too.

Love the venue! They handle crowds well. There is decent food options available. Drinks are good. Bathroom lines not too bad. One of the nicer venues in general.

Brandon lay. Dylan scott and brently gilbert put on a great show. We parked a block or two away from the center super easy to get out and on the interstate. My only complaint was the seating very little leg room the ladies behind me kept hitting my head all night. And hard for someone in the middle seats to go anywhere.

This place is just GORGEOUS!! THE WHOLE building is beautiful. The huge (building length) windows are so gorgeous to look out of and see the Ohio river and all its glory. The concession stand employees could use a couple manners and a smile but other than the concession and wait staff.. A-1

Went to see Phil Collins on October 9th. Great Concert. Phil can still sing. Not all seats are good seats. Chose wisely. It got cold in there that evening. Dress in layers. We walked to Yum Center. We got a local hotel room and walked. The ushers were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms close at all seats. Going in was crowded and leaving was crowded but not for long. We waited and it cleared out before we left. There were food vendors but we didnt eat. We did get beer $8 and wine $10.

The arena was really nice. However, I felt like the traffic surrounding the area could have been felt with better by the city. It took me almost 30 mins to get a few blocks so give yourself time. And also, maybe minor but it was a huge inconvenience for us but the cup holders are not deep at all and we spilled 2 out of 4 drinks just by barely touching then and knocking them over, we just wasted about of money when they are $9 a drink. Lower level, there isnt a bad seat in the house. We were level V and felt like we were almost on the floor!

We were in town for the Alan Jackson concert and had an amazing time. It was our first time at the Yum Center and we will be making more trips here for concerts. Wasnt a bad seat in the house! Also the staff was terrific there. My girlfriend lost her phone and was returned to her by a lady cleaning the bathroom! Thanks!

Even up in higher seats, nice view!! Lumineers! Ridiculous vending prices $8 for soda in collectable cup ..5.50 hard pretzel... Etc. Bring your money

Really good show but we thought we had good seats .. they were dead center but too far up. You would have to spend well over $100 to be able to really see Cher. Even with big screens she was soooo small. Seats are very tight. Every time someone gets up .. the whole row gets up.

It is loud. It is bright. It is impressive. I had the chance to go to many basketball stadium in USA and in the world. That place is one of the most amazing I went. Top three easy. I have been very surprised how easy it is to move in or around the center. Easy access from the highway (little traffic).The seating are extremely enjoyable. The staff is super sweet and very helpful. I totally forget it was college basketball until the student section started to chant. I love it.

The KFC Yum! Center is one of the nicest arenas in America. Built in 2010, the facility hosts a number of events every year between University of Louisville athletics to comedy shows to concerts. The facility has great concessions (bars, beer, food -- KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut). The Yum! Center is located in downtown Louisville and is very accessible.

I wont post the whole story but I was deeply touched by the compassion and inclusive nature of the staff at the Center! I will be back as often as I am able. Exciting place to watch a U of L basketball game. Guarantee the vibes will have you out of your seat cheering, dancing, and screaming with excitement. Highly recommended to at least witness one college game in your lifetime.

We love attending concerts here! There isnt a bad seat in the house. Last time we were in section 106 row S; this time we were in 107 row T. Both seats were awesome. Well worth the 3 hour drive. We will be back.

Louisville is an interesting town. KFC center isnt the only thing to see. The Muhammad Ali center is fun and interesting. There is several distilleries to visit too. The river is beautiful. There is a restaurant for every taste. If you dont find something you like, you dont know what you want. Go visit.

I have been to the Yum Center several times for different events and its always a good experience. Most recently attended the Thomas Rhett concert. I was a little shocked when I bought a bottled coke and it was $5, which I thought was outrageous.

Ive seen good basketball and great concerts here. Its an outstanding venue thats very close to home. Its very clean every time I have been here. The suites are beautiful and have a private bar, which is nice!

I have been to YUM for sporting events, graduation, Disney on Ice, Cirque du Soleil shows and more! This arena was truly built with great views no matter where you are seated! The complex itself is beautiful and overlooks the Ohio.

Best place to go and watch concerts near where I live. The venue is always very clean and one of the newest stadiums in Kentucky. A lot of popular bands playing at this Arena every year. Personally I am a rock person so those are the concerts I go to see and I am never disappointed. If you get a chance to see a concert at the KFC Yum Center I would highly recommend going regardless of the band playing.

I always enjoy going to the Yum Center. Weather its a U of L Basketball game or Concert. I took a friend to a U of L Basketball game. It was her first time in the Yum Center. We had good seats which made it even better.

This might be the best venue I have ever been to a concert. The place seems smaller than it is but in a good way. You feel like you are steps away from the entertainment. There was never a line for the bathroom or for drinks. I have been to many different venues for concerts but this has become my go to place.

Theres not a reserved smoking area were you dont have to pay for more tickets. The guy we asked was really rude on when me an my husband just asked very nicely were we can go an he rudely said well if you wanna smoke your going to have to buy a ticket again. I would give less but i did like the set up they had. I come from denver the Pepsi Center at least has a smoking area.

I saw the band Tool in concert. They didnt allow cell phones to be out of your pocket whatsoever to take pictures, video or audio recording of any kind. I imagine that is a rule set by the band over and above the house rules of the Yum! Center. I really respect that rule. It makes the experience feel more sacred, if that is the right word. Beer and drinks were extremely expensive and they were out of most beers worth drinking before the concert even begun. I paid $10 per 12oz. draft pour of a Blue Moon beer. The light show was absolutely amazing. The sound system was very good. We had nosebleed seats, but this venue wasnt that bad with those seats. I would go again if there was a band on the level of Tool. Otherwise, the ticket prices are too expensive at $1200.00 per seat for 7 rows back from the stage. Because it was Tool, it was an amazing night.

First and last time I bring my family here. Usher in section 106 was extremely rude and unprofessional. My 12 year old son said she was rude. Complained about her and was told there was nothing they would do. Made the whole experience terrible for us. Never will I bring my family to a venue thats doesnt care about their customers. Lost us forever. Brantley Glibert was awesome well be finding venues to see his performances from now on

Nice venue for concerts, seats comfortable. But, refreshment prices are out of control. This is not a family friendly place due to overpriced refreshments.

Well my visit to the Yum Center was very nice, I went to see the Globetrotters it was great to see the new Globetrotters because I had the good fortune of also seeing the OG Globetrotters and also My first experience at the Yum Center..... Its a nice venue with all you need to have a great time!

Been going to Yum to support the University of Louisville women basketball program. So easy to get to downtown, plenty of parking and just the most amazing arena around. Service inside is just as spectacular plenty of food choices, drink and there not a bad seat in the house!!!

Every employee we encountered was so kind and professional. Everyone from the security that was doing the safety screening as you entered the arena to all the concession attendants and the seat ushers. Was so grateful for the pleasant atmosphere. We had a grand time and would definitely visit again.

Phil Collins concert was a standing ovation. Excellent. His son is a fantastic drummer, following in dads footsteps.The Yum Center needs to better organize the lines for getting in. It was horrible. I know a lot of people missed the opening songs. They should start letting people in more than an hour before the concert/s start.

I absolutely love the Yum Center. I attend my Dr.s office there. Dr. Brent Duncan is an amazing dr. Norton Health Care. Great group of people, wonderful environment, and amazing care. Dr Duncan is so awesome i followed him from his previous location. Hes just that good. Try him/them. I say them because hes awesome. But, it takes a team to do what they do. Thank you for being so amazing Dr. Brent Duncan. Id follow you anywhere.

Went for the first time to attend the Luke Combs concert. Great place from an acoustical standpoint. Comfortable seating and great sight lines. Easy in and easy out.

Been here before but Oct 22, 2019 will definitely be my favorite day ever. Celine Dion is amazing. Glad I finally got to see her where I live. Seats were up really high but I still had a good view because of the big screens.

Great place to take in an event. Food choices were excellent. Customer service excellent. Metro police presence excellent and with a measure of hospitality. Keep doing what you are doing.
