Chuck E. Cheese here for a few years now. Always great. Dinning in or delivery. My last delivery order came slightly cold and after one call, the manager sent a second Chuck E. Cheese(nice n hot) over no charge.

Good ole Chuck E. Cheese. I always drove by the place and didnt think much of it except it must be dirty inside. Reason being is its located in the MacArthur park area! However, it surprised me to see that the inside was pretty clean. Lot of fun games for not just kids but also adults. Pizza was bomb. Will be back!

I liked the wildlife learning center its small but it has a variety of of animals and I feel like your more closer to the animals, Chuck E. Cheese is great people are friendly and even though its small and you can go through it within 15 minutes I would totally come back with my kids since its near my house

You can never have enough fun at Chuck e Cheeses. To me, its better than the Burbank one because its much more mellow because there seems to be a lot more space for the kids to play and areas for the parents to sit. Cheap enough too. They give you more points if you order the $20 package.

This is a great place to bring the kids for an afternoon or evening of fun. Its very safe, so you can let them run wild if you want without worrying about anything. Games are inexpensive to play, and there are a lot of them. The kids like the food, but its not gourmet. Plenty of seating and a animatronic show rounds out the experience....

Was kind of slow today which is good so my kiddos could play whatever they want with no wait time. Staff here is very nice recommend if you have down time for the kids. They have Wednesday special on games for 1 hour of playtime for $14.99

Go to their website and youll get good deals for game cards and food for the kids. The custimer service is great. My nephews loved our visit. Will definitely come back again to this location.

I had so much fun with my nieces. They do 1 hour for $20. Play all you want with your loved ones or kids. They have great customer care. Prizes need to be better. I really had fun with my family here. The best location.

I went for my co-workers daughters Birthday. Its a fun place for kids and the pizza is good. The staff is very helpful.

Lord, I am not a fan of Chuck-E-Cheese but my grandson is! The salad bar is actually okay for adults and the sampler platter is a menu item I can recommend. The pizza is, at best, average. I always by the timed ticket for the games. For around twenty bucks my grandson has an hour of unlimited play on any and all of the games.

Pizza is ok. It just has a funky odor like dirty clothes, funky socks and wet dog . Maybe the vaccum they use is making the carpet stink

Was here for a birthday party. Service was horrible. The party attendant was rude and unavailable. My friend had to continue to run back forth because there was no service. They even started singing happy birthday without the birthday boy!! Ive had many parties for my own children over the pass 23 years and Ive never experienced anything so horrible. Currently speaking to the manager because my poor friend missed valuable picture opportunities.

Ive came here for years since I was a kid. The place is good and the children will enjoy their time! The smell coming in here is weird, smells like smelly feet and sweat lol. The food is good, but they have to be careful with this. My pizza came out like this and we werent satisfied with the look of it (it tasted delicious, stuffed crust sausage pizza) prices are expensive for food. We spoke to a worker and they were great and made a solution.I love the change with the time card instead of tokens. I feel like the children have more time to play than before. My son loves coming here with his grandparents and he has a blast. Just wish the quality of this place was better.There is a worker that seems like the manager. I have to get his name, but he is a very enthusiastic worker and Everytime we go he is always in great spirits. His co-worker need to follow the same, especially working with children. I work with children and know how stressful it can be, but if you cant work with children find a new job.The Chuck E Cheese in Burbank has always been my preference, since it is more spacious and cleaner. But this one still makes my son happy. And that is all that matters.

Ive had bad experiences with certain Chuck e cheese where it was gross walking on the carpet and even worse getting down on my knees to be at children level. But this one I go quite often and its always clean I actually felt comfortable enough to lay down. The pizza is always delicious and the games are for everyone. My 1 year old daughter enjoyed the games my 5 year old loved them and my husband and I as adults enjoy them as well.

Really enjoyed being able to play on a timed card. Lots of fun for an hour no limit to the games you can play.

Free parking. They have Wi-Fi now. A lot of it depends on what time of day you go, as to how many other people around and how much stuff they have helping. The all-you-can-eat lunch buffet is worth it. Various game options. Chuck-E-Cheese appears and does his dance and throw tickets hourly on the half.You can print coupons online before you go.

Well...I went to this Chuck E. Cheese for the first time and honestly it was pretty amazing!I like the food,It tasted pretty goodI also really love the gamesI found them pretty fun and very worth it!!I enjoyed the time here with my family!!

Came for a childs party. Service was good, staff was polite and not difficult to find if anything was needed. Restrooms were very clean.

The stench of expired milk or cheese is very strong througout the place. Ive been to other similar places, but its not this bad. Maybe a kid recently vomited, i dont know? Ventilation needs to be better. 3-4 of the play machines charged our card, but did not start. There were no signs of Out of Service. Staff needs to be more available to provide assistance.

Would be nice if the card worked.Half the machines didnt read the card, some asked for coins but neither of us could find where to insert them.Supremely unimpressed, not recommended, will never return.

First time, with my Daughter Tori, I ordered Hawaian Pizza, With Buffalo Wings, Order took 40 minutes, then play Área, Strong Smells, dont know exatly what IT was, but, its okay, for once in a While.

With the new timed unlimited tokens, it has made Chuck e cheese and easier place to visit. With a multitude of kids it can get expensive, but we eat beforehand or after to bring the price down.This location has easy parking upstairs or downstairs if you want to keep your car cool. Just enter into the mall and take the escalator or elevator up to the second floor.They do have beer and wine here and like all Chuck e cheeses, they limit the amount that you can buy.Lastly they do have gluten free pizza options.

We take the kids here often. They love it. Also their pizza and salads are pretty good. I like that they now have unlimited one-hour game cards! On weekends this place can be pretty busy and hard to find tables. They seem to be short staffed on weekends and dont clean tables fast enough to make room for new people.

Pretty clean Chuck E cheese in the eagle Rock mall, by the Target and Macys. Sometimes they get over crowded and certain games are not working. Cool spot for the little one. I would recommend they fix the games and Ill give them five stars

My girl got the stamp with my kid and I dont want a stamp on my hands or wrist. When I told the guy at the door he looked at me with an attitude and then after like 5 seconds he said ok. #1 it should be instant when my partner is getting a stamp. #2 I dont need his facial expressions of being upset because I dont want a stamp. We would all recognize it as attitude. Other then that it was a good time.

Had my daughters birthday party here a few weeks back and I cant say enough how hard these people worked to make everyone happy and give her the best experience. I was honestly so impressed. Adrien was our party host. He hustled, organized, problem solved, kept his eye on everything (he still had to handle non-party issues), and never missed a beat or lost his cheerful disposition. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and genuinely helpful We would recommend it for anyone considering a Chuck E. Cheese party.

Very pricey! $98 for 2 pizzas 4 drinks and 2 game cards for 1hour use.

It always smells like feet to me. Probably from the kids that vomit and it only gets cleaned up superficially. They should do away with carpeting and put in hard floor. It would be easier to clean but Im sure it would get dirtier quicker and thats why that hasnt happened.

Ive been to a few different locations and this one by dad is the best. The staff are super friendly and they also take care of you rite away especially if the games mes up on you or your child... Also its very clean and organized.

A very great place for kids

The feet smell in here is horrible! It doesnt feel clean in here at all even the cheese and pepper shakers feel sweaty and sticky its gross. The place gets jam packed on the weekends and theres always a huge line to order. I think itll be a better idea to take this CEC out of the Eagle rock plazza and put it in its own building. Give it enough parking, more games, more staff, more tables and MORE VENTILATION

Fun for the kids. If tou get the unlimited but timed card to play beaware that there is a machine to pause the card while you eat or have to step away from the games. The machine is in plain sight but you would never know it was there. Be sure to ask the staff to point it out so you get maximum play from you timed card.

The buffet food was cold and the cinnamon sticks were under cooked. I ordered fresh pizza which was a lot better.

My family got a Chucky e Cheese pass and we had lots of fun for hours great deals down load the app on your phone and you even more deals.

Its cool here cause its not ridiculously big like other ones Ive been to. Theyre in a shopping center so if youre there for a while and want a break and your kids to use some energy its perfect. The only thing was when I first walked in it smelled a little weird

This Chuck E Cheese is located inside the Eagle Rock Plaza on the 2ND floor. Many games available and pretty fun for kids. Food is overpriced but OK. Beer is sold here but probably not worth it. Prizes are a rip-off as they can be found at your local Party City. The bigger prizes are better but require a high amount of tickets. Tokens are not used here. Instead a card is issued with play points. They conveniently sell a wrist band to hold the card for your child as well. Staff is friendly and appear caring towards children

I love bringing my family to this place. Make sure to come in early if you want to beat the crowd because this place gets super busy! Im not surprised to see that because the staff here are friendly and the facility is clean. Unlike some places we rarely run into broken games or rides here. I have two boys ages 5 and 3 and they love this place! Definitely recommended. Oh and the food.... not that bad either. Tater Bites are awesome!

Fun place for childrens birthday parties

Its a good place with employee really fun and enjoyable for my kids but I believe it just need some more ventilation because its smells like sweaty kids.Of course, it will but just a little air will be just a little bit more pleasant.

We like Chuck E. Cheeses a lot. Its a great place for kids (and adults too) who like to play games. Though, it is mostly geared towards children since at least half of their games/rides can only fit little ones... ; ) We are in Cali visiting for several weeks and this happens to be within blocks of where we are staying, so super convenient. Playtime at Chuck E. Cheeses is always a fun time, so very good nighttime or anytime thing for us to do while we are here as a filler play event or dinnertime activity. The pizza has definitely gotten better over the years at this franchise and I now actually like it. We dig their salad bar, especially the Jell-O for my girl, and the souvenir cups are cute with free refills for whenever you bring it to any Chuck E. Cheeses. My girl can spend hours in this place and just has a ball! Its where a kid can be a kid, after all... isnt that their slogan?! : P This location looks newer, but maybe everything is just in good condition? Staff is friendly and tries to make things happen. It was busy this evening when we went and I believe they were understaffed, but they still did a good job. We were there for about (2) hours and Chuck E. didnt come out to do his dancing and ticket giving thing once, so Im thinking they were super understaffed today. And, I could only see one public trash can in the entire place, which I thought seemed odd. Fun place, you basically know what to expect when you go, and if you get a good crew the staff can make it more enjoyable. ; )

Not sure how to rate this one, I suppose as far as Chuck E Cheese goes its not bad. No worse then the rest anyway, but in my opinion any Chuck E Cheese location is a terrible place to take your children. Chuck E Cheese wouldnt exist if they didnt serve alcohol, its a compromise for parents who need a place for their child and their childs friends, but also want to drink. Besides a private residence there really arent other places that can fulfill both those requirements.

Fun for the kids and one of my favorite pizzas! Pull up coupons on your phone before placing your order.So..... Why not 5 stars?This location needs to do a WAYYYY better job with the exit policies. I love the fact that hand stamps on the kids must match with the parents (or any adult that they are leaving with) however. The staff tends to get distracted or pulled away to another position and this leaves the exit unattended which means its a useless procedure.The exit should be staffed at ALL times to check the hand stamps. Whoever works that station must be prohibited from getting distracted or pulled elsewhere to do something else. The exit should never be left alone. Maybe managers should add more employees to the schedule (especially during peak hours) so that this person is never pulled from their position to cover at the registers or fix a broken machine.
